A spark of modern creativity tucked into a small, date or group friendly bar. Environment: The unbecoming entrance on the side of a building was a curious experience but as soon as we walked in, the ambience changed our minds. With a modern and moody vibe, the Vault is a nice late night hangout or date spot. There was only one server and one bartender but both were knowledgeable and friendly. Drinks: We started with the sergeant peppercorn and the phocking gimlet both of which did not disappoint. Sergeant peppercorn was a vodka? Based cocktail with just a hint of spice to balance the sweet notes of the drink. The gimlet had all of floral gin notes that you would expect with an asian twist. We also tried the Pina Pina which had our party in 2 camps. One of us appreciated the savory/sweet take on a pizza and the other thought it was a little too out of the box. Rating: 5/5, overall the creativity at vault was par none - this is a gem of Fayetteville. We will definitely be back to experience the rotating menu and ingenious of the bartender!

We popped into the Vault on NYE and were lucky enough to snag a table inside before a crowd arrived. The service was fantastic, as was the great selection of cocktails. Our server was helpful in guiding us through a few of the selections to help us all find the perfect beverage for the evening. Cheers!

Upscale little hidden bar! This is a nice quaint place if your going out and want to stop in for a drink. The bartenders are very attentive and look to really enjoy making drinks.

Omg. This drink. It reminds me of the Mexican candy . Not super sweet. Got the tamarind and hint of chili that the candy is known for. Gonna attempt to replicate this bad boy at my house. If I fail, I know where to go to get this delicacy.

Every drink I've gotten at Vault has been wonderful. They are artists in the craft of mixology. My favorite one is the Old Fashioned. That hint of sweetness to play off the oak of the whisky, while the citrus dances around the edge. Once you finish your drink you have a little dessert of cherry. The large ice cube lets you enjoy your drink without the fear of over dilution. Vault's attention to detail shows in every drink they make. Ask their knowledgeable bar staff for recommendations to find a drink right for you. They have a wonderful patio with heaters to so you can enjoy being outside even in winter. They also have drinks to go to enjoy in Fayetteville's outdoor dining area. Which has honestly been one of the best things ever.

Alan is an amazing bartender! Ask for the his new special cocktail. I could drink 20!

Great ambiance, delicious cocktails and attentive service Such a unique spot and the bartenders have extreme attention to detail and craft every cocktail!

Join happy hour from open to 630. Best for parties of 2-4 people. More of an intimate bar spot after work.

The drinks are great and the service is fast. If you like pickles - they have the best house made pickles & pickle juice!

Best drinks in NWA. Sure, they're pricey, but I'm willing to pay just to watch the bartenders work their magic and make all the drinks.

This is the best bar in Arkansas. Bourbon selection is second to none and the cocktails are exceptional.

The Vault is aptly named; tucked away on the back side of the Fayetteville square in an old bank vault and serving up the best cocktails in NWA.

Hugo's, much like Herman's Rib House is a Fayetteville tradition. Since the late 70's Hugo's has…read morebeen serving an eclectic American classic menu ( with some European influences). A well established hangout for Hog Fans especially on game day and you may even run into some Razorbacks legends while you are there. Pros: Consistent, quality food at a reasonable price. Great menu selection from crepes to steaks and everything in between. Cons: Hugo's is a basement restaurant location. This means seating is limited and the wait can be long. The stairs leading down to the restaurant can be hard to navigate if you are physically impaired, and depending on the day or time of the it can get quite noisy. If stairs, togetherness and nosiy spaces are not your thing, then this isn't the establishment for you. Overall, you can't go wrong with the food or hospitality, and if you're a Razorback fan, student, or alumni of the University of Arkansas dining here is a right of passage. Highly recommended Hugo's... come be a part of a Fayetteville tradition!

The place is always busy so prepare for a 30-40 minute wait as we went on a Monday during the summer break and they were still busy around 7pm. The place has been around since 1917??? so everyone wants to try an ole' original while in town. It is in the basement so low ceilings and it is fairly noisy but the place is worth it as it is all part of the nostalgia. Their desserts are worth saving room for. The apple pie and mint ice cream are my favs!!

My friend and I were in Bentonville from out of town (we were DJing at the Momentary) and we came…read morehere out of convenience as it was across the street from our hotel. Everyone was nice, the ambience was typical of a sports bar, and we had an easy going experience overall which was nice as we are both very visibly LGBTQ+ and Arkansas has been a political battleground for our community. The food was solid -- we were in a bit of a rush, so we each ordered pretty basic stuff (I got hand breaded tenders and my friend had the nachos). As far as tenders go, they were nicely seasoned, had a good coating of batter so the texture was nice, and were pretty juicy. The fries were okay, but the onion rings were really good. Worth noting that the honey mustard here is the good kind that's a little dijonny (not the thick Heinz or Ken's kind of honey mustard). My friend was pretty pleased with her nachos although she wished they had more melted cheese on them (it was buried beneath a layer of chips and other toppings). So why not a perfect review? Our waitress was nice enough, but my friend and I were surprised that she didn't stop by at least a couple more times to make sure we were good... at one point my friend tried to ask something and the waitress ignored her and went to another table? Benefit of the doubt that maybe the waitress didn't hear her, but still a little jarring nonetheless.

Trying to be charitable here, but there is not much to like about the food. My boneless wings were…read moreover cooked, over seasoned, and just not good. My mother did not like her food either.
