This is absolutely on me for giving this clinic three chances. I kept hoping each visit would be better, but instead the incompetence only got worse. There were multiple issues over the course of several months that should have been enough for me to take my business elsewhere. The final straw happened today. I was told my dog needed blood work before they could prescribe medication for his allergies and itching. The blood work would cost $300, and I was quoted $100 per month for the medication. While it was more than I expected, he's my dog, so I agreed and authorized everything. After they drew his blood, they came back and said they had "made a mistake." The medication wasn't $100 a month--it was actually $250 a month, on top of the $300 I'd already agreed to spend on the blood work. When I expressed my frustration over being quoted the wrong price, their response was essentially, "Well, you should have gotten the blood work done anyway." Not an apology. Not accountability. Just complete indifference. Mistakes happen, but how a business handles those mistakes says everything. This clinic showed no concern for the inconvenience they caused or the trust they broke. There are far too many excellent veterinarians in the area to settle for a clinic that lacks professionalism, competence, and basic customer service. I cannot recommend this practice to anyone who expects accurate information, honest communication, and respect. read more

We took our fur babies in this morning for their annual vaccinations and wellness checkups. Everything went well initially. Upon arriving at home our female cat puked up her breakfast, we initially thought it was a reaction to the vaccines. She was acting normal being playful and loving. A few hours later my wife noticed her face swelling up and her being lethargic. We contacted the vet and they directed us to bring her back immediately. Upon arrival a tech was waiting at the door and took the cat from my wife and rushed her to the back. After a short time Dr. Heinsch came in and explained to us that the cat was experiencing anaphylactic shock which they deemed an emergency and administered treatment. Thanks to the vet's quick response and treatment or this could've been fatal. Dr. Heinsch and her staff were amazing and took great care of our fur baby with the utmost compassion and sympathy. I took my cat to VCAA Animal Hospital for what was supposed to be a routine checkup and microchip appointment. During the exam, the veterinarian told me they felt a concerning mass in his abdomen and immediately started talking about expensive testing that would cost thousands of dollars. I told them I needed to talk it over with my wife first and asked about financing options. That's when the conversation went completely off the rails. Before a single X-ray, ultrasound, CT scan, or any other diagnostic test had been done, they started talking about euthanasia. Not as a worst-case scenario after testing. Not if a diagnosis came back confirming something terminal. Right then and there. I was told my cat was likely in significant pain because of this suspected mass and that if we couldn't afford the testing and treatment, putting him down was something we should seriously consider. I was honestly stunned. How do you go from "I think I feel something" during a physical exam to talking about euthanizing someone's pet when you haven't even confirmed that there's actually a problem? I left that appointment upset and decided to get a second opinion. The second veterinarian was shocked when I told them what had happened. They did bloodwork, X-rays, and an ultrasound and found no abdominal mass whatsoever. None. In fact, they even joked that whatever was felt during the first exam may have simply been a buildup of feces or something similar. Other than the hyperthyroidism my cat was already being treated for, they found absolutely nothing that suggested he was suffering from a serious condition or living in severe pain. That's the part that still makes me angry. I understand that vets aren't perfect and mistakes happen. What I don't understand is why euthanasia was even part of the conversation before any testing had been done. That's not a small thing to bring up. You're talking about somebody's family member. You don't start talking about putting an animal down based on a guess. To me, it felt like fear was being used to push us toward thousands of dollars of testing. Maybe that's not what they intended, but that's exactly how it came across. When you're telling someone their pet may be suffering, may have a serious mass, and may need to be euthanized, people panic. That's exactly what happened to us. My wife and I spent days worried sick over something that turned out not to exist. What makes this even more disappointing is that we were already clients and had been bringing our two dogs there as well. After this experience, we'll never bring any of our animals back. If your pet receives a serious diagnosis here, get a second opinion before making any major decisions. In our case, that second opinion completely changed the story and probably saved us from spending thousands of dollars chasing a problem that wasn't even there. read more

My review is ONLY for the incredible Vet Assistants, Vet Techs and CSR, client service reps who are the front and back office staff that really love your animals and talk to you. NOT THE DOCTORS of VCA A Plus. Unless you pay for an exam, you don't get the privilege of seeing your own doggies doctor...but you can spend 189.00 without talking to your own doggies doctor...there is something wrong with this.....what??? My little doggie came in for a shot so he would not scratch. It is called a Cytal point shot. It cost around 79.00. I met with Enedina. She is a veterinary assistant. She weighed Aki and took him back to be seen by our doctor, Dr. Johnson who also gave him his Cytal Point Injection. I was told that he did great with his shot. Enedina did my whole appointment and Julia & Jenny clipped Aki's and Olivia Cocobeans nails. Great job from all of you Vet Assistants. You were so great, I hope you girls become Vets someday. You were my doggies doctor today. I am so appreciative of your kindness and love. I was at the vet for over hour and spent 189.00. I never saw our doctor, Dr. Johnson once. Not even just to say hello. Each can of food I bought was 7.00 each. I bought 5 cans for Aki to try out to see if it is a food allergy that is making his skin so itchy. I spoke to Enedina about all of my concerns about Aki. She was caring and very professional... The 2 Nail trims for 2 doggies, 34.95 each. Because we didn't have a physical today, we were not allowed to get any ointment for Aki's skin. I feel so sad. Even if you are a dedicated customer, the doctor can't even say hello unless you pay them for a full appointment. I think spending 189.00 is a lot of money to not even talk to a doctor. My dog and I are SO grateful for VCA A Plus and their fabulous team. My dog is a senior rescue, was morbidly obese when we first got her, and a very cranky, easily irritable, sensitive, tearful, snappy girl (she's working on it, okay?). After getting told by another vet at one of the non-VCA clinics around town that this dog was a "lawsuit waiting to happen" and that I should "return her to the rescue immediately," my partner and I were at a loss. We were recommended VCA A Plus by one of his coworkers as she said they've worked wonderfully with her own rescue, we took a chance. We are so so thankful for the amazing team at VCA A Plus. They do their best to work with our sweet, misunderstood girl, and they have helped us through eye infectious, ear infections, skin allergies, and even back pain from a dog attack. My dog and I had an early (pre-scheduled) appointment at VCA A Plus Animal Hospital. My dog had a bit of dry-eye problem and a consistent itch in his right ear; so, VCA staff took a look at him, ran some tests and after diagnosing the problems, sent us home with a couple of medications to treat him and scheduled a follow up visit two weeks later; total cost of today's visit: around $400+; the price kind of hurts financially but it was necessary and I could tell my dog immediately felt a lot better. The staff at VCA were really nice, the two tech and the vet who took care of my dog were super-patient because although he's small and manageable, he tends to be really wiggly and works himself up so much that he was visibly shaking when the vet was still in the process of doing the initial examination; so I had to hold him because he wouldn't stay still. He's a good boy the tech said but he scares himself silly. Thanks to the staff for being understanding and patient. read more

I've been coming to A Plus since my older dog was about 5 years old. She was 14 when I had to say goodbye to her a little more than 2 years ago. I was always very pleased with their veterinary services and how caring and patient they have always been. I used to board my dog with A Plus for my annual vacation and chose that time for my dog's annual checkup, booster shots or any other care. A Plus sent me updates on my dog and provided me with a "report card" on her daily activities and care. When my dog became sick, the staff and doctors were wonderful and sensitive through the entire ordeal. Losing my beloved girl was horrible and I greatly appreciate all of the care and compassion during the difficult time, and I decided then that I would not have another pet. Now, more than 2 years later and due to some unforeseen circumstances, I am the very proud and happy mommy to a new puppy. I, of course, would not take my precious boy to any other place. He has now been for 2 visits for his first shots and check-up and 1st boosters. We have been warmly greeted by staff, he has been handled with much care, and I am still very pleased with the veterinary services. I love that they take the time to answer my questions and address my concerns and I appreciate how quickly I am updated on his tests and results of our visits. We have used A plus for about 15 years with 6 different dogs. (4 of the German Shepard) Our 7 year old German shepherd who didn't have behavioral issues (according to their records) until a new doctor starting seeing her about a year or so ago and not allowing us to be with her when she gets her shot. We had to find a new vet because when we pull into the parking lot she doesn't get out of the car and is scared. (She needs allergy shots) She is never like that anywhere and our dogs go everywhere with us. That's when I knew she feels this place has bad juju. Thanks for your response but I'm sure I have the correct hospital. I corrected my wording that you guys don't allow us to be there when you do the actual shots, since the new doctor. Dr April H. (Who we have never met nor has she even talked to us) I had your staff print the records and it mentions you muzzle her and never mentioned it to us. She has never been muzzled. Didn't even discuss other options. And there has not been a behavioral issue with my dog at your hospital until the new doctor. Your hospital has thousands of patients and usually extremely busy so I find it interesting that you had time to look them all up and have a quick response to say I have the wrong hospital. If you know your pet isn't anxious and starts to be anxious at this hospital most likely it's something to do with how they have been treated. It's very hard to deny animal instinct. read more

If it weren't for Dr. Zeal the contents and sentiment in this review would be totally different. We've been going to A Plus for almost 10 years now. In that time I couldn't tell you the name of a single doctor that's seen my dog. The care we've received has always been adequate though, and the location is right for us, so we've never thought about going anywhere else. Well, after my dog decided to crawl through some barbed wire a few weeks ago, that almost changed. Without getting into the gory detail, Riley looked like he could've disemboweled himself on this wire if he just pushed a little harder. Needless to say he needed some attention. It was just before 5pm so we called the office to see what could be done. Whoever answered the call was so far from helpful, and basically told us our only option was to go to Animal Emergency. So the day after a trip to animal emergency and a two week supply of antibiotics, we get a call from A Plus asking about the visit and if everything was ok with Riley. That's when I learned A Plus does have urgent care, but the person we spoke to made it seem like we couldn't be seen for quite a while. We showed up for our scheduled appointment a few days later and saw Dr. Zeal. Dr. Zeal loves her patients, and even though he wasn't showing it, I think Riley secretly liked her too. When she realized Riley was on antibiotics she let us know he couldn't get the shots we'd come for, and she said they should have rescheduled me when they got the report from animal emergency, which had just been scanned into Riley's chart moments before she saw him. That's when I got pretty frustrated with the operation, and it's what Dr. Zeal did next that saved this awful situation. She acknowledged there was a problem and made know bones about it! Get it??? She took note of my feedback and all of the improper communications that occurred, got Riley rescheduled and apologized for everything that went wrong in this situation. We went back today and got the shots, and Dr. Zeal did an exam. She took the time to explain and answer any and every question I had in great detail. I appreciated the thoroughness and the willingness to make sure I felt like my questions were answered, and I never felt rushed out of the exam room or pushed towards any decisions. I'm pretty sure it's that attention to the patient that had been missing from all my previous experiences here and I'm glad they've found some doctors that are willing to make us feel valued. read more

Highly recommend. Dr Nikola took care of my sweet little gentleman puppers and did a fantastic job cleaning his teeth. By far the best teeth cleaning and customer service I've ever had on my little snuggle muffin. Now I may not be the most easy owner, nor the politest. Sometimes I scream and throw things, and don't often shower due to a medical condition, but Dr Nikola deals with difficult owners like me with grace and professionalism far beyond what I deserve. Really appreciated that the staff was understanding and the way the timing and schedule worked out for us on that day and time were able to still see us even though we were 10-15 late. We drove down from Truckee and appreciate their being understanding of Reno traffic circumstances. We were lucky to schedule an appointment two days in advance and not a week out. We won't be late next time! They have us park in clearly labeled parking spots and once you call the check-in phone number they promptly came to our car. The vet tech was personable and we felt safe handing our fam member over to them. There were many other vehicles parked and they seem busy but not rushed and I appreciated the staffs apparent demeanor. We have a very old kitty (close to 19) who was used to being boarded at the same kennel off and on for years where we moved from. So a new Kennel for him was quite stressful. We did a lot of research and calling around to find a good place for our kitty. Lots of good recommendations, and I know why now!! I wish I could have actually seen the facilities in person and just not with pictures. However, I found the young ladies working there amazing! They took great care of my kitty, he got a new clean litter box daily, and they have a kitty play room! They fed him his special diet and cleaned the jars when they were empty! I'm Sure the girls spoiled him rotten the whole time he was there. I would have liked to be able to see him on my phone and talk to him as there was no visiting on the weekend (a family member saw him Friday as they had the day off) The visiting hours were not long, my family member couldn't come after work see him to reassure him he wasn't just left. But I received texts from the ladies each day but Sunday, they kept me informed he was ok. We would prefer if the visiting hours were longer for working people and if we could connect online. When we got home he was so exhausted, he slept very deeply, which isn't his normal, hard to wake him up. It was, I think too stressful for his age and that it's a new place. He's back to his old self now. It's hard boarding a kitty that you've had since birth, that is getting very old. Normally we wouldn't have, but our new house is cold and we couldn't leave him alone all day with one visit a day. We had to go out of state for a memorial, or we would not have left him at all. I would recommend this vet for boarding a kitty. I have no experience with boarding a dog here, but I'd bet they'd take just as good of care with the dogs as with the kitties!! We sadly had to put two cats down through this vet. Three years ago for our first, and today for our second. We came in for a vet emergency (displayed pupils, hard breathing, drooling, limp) my cat was fine two hours prior. They met me as soon as I pulled in at the parking lot and rushed him straight back to the er room. Within minutes I was given updates (fluid around organs) and what was wrong. I was told he was given pain meds and was allowed to hold him during the euthanasia. They were fast with getting him care and fast with getting him out of pain and helping his suffering. They were sympathetic and very good with him, very sweet in his last moments. We will always cherish our cat and the help this vet has given starting with his vaccines years ago. We were given the option for a paw print (sent in mail) and to take him home or cremate. read more

I feel like there's been a huge change here in the last year or so. We used to love this office, my dog was even excited to go to the vet. But she's had some health concerns this last few months and I feel like A Plus has actually made them worse. She started with a stiff neck. I took her in and explained she had a stiff neck. They examined her and "found nothing wrong". I asked if they examined her neck... no. They hadn't examined the one thing I said was wrong with her??! Turns out... she had a stiff neck! Did they actually examine her at all in the first place? They also did blood tests and found that she had low platelets. Starting there, we had a LOT of vet visits with them. My dog was taken in once or twice weekly for blood tests and medication changes and kept getting worse and worse and worse. It seemed like every time she went in, she came out with a new symptom. She completely lost control of her bladder, became so lethargic she barely moved, became so cranky she snapped at and bit anyone who moved too fast near her, she lost her appetite, and she was just miserable. I never met either vet in person due to the pandemic; but my husband and I spoke with both of them on the phone. hat I find really interesting is that when they spoke with me, the vets kept on telling me it was probably cancer but never said anything about cancer to my husband. At one point, her liver function was down to basically nothing at all (she was on a TON of meds at that point) and one vet said that my dog's condition was so serious they were even afraid to start an IV line for fluids because she "might bleed out". The other vet called me the next day and wanted to put my dog under sedation and do thousands of dollars of X-rays, scopes, etc. On the dog that was so serious that she couldn't even have an IV hydration line the day before?? Finally, I was told that if I didn't do these thousands of dollars of tests and interventions, my dog was going to probably die in the next couple of weeks. They guilt tripped me BAD and once I refused the tests, they became rude on the phone. Well, at that point I'd had enough. I was already thousands of dollars in, my dog was living a horrible life, and I wasn't going to treat cancer anyway, even if that's what it wound up being. I decided to wean her off the meds and let her live the rest of her life at home, happy, and with us. So she came off the meds and did better and better... she became the dog she was before. No lethargy. Regained control of her bladder. Full appetite. Happy and wanting to play all the time again. This was about four months ago. She's alive and thriving. These jerks had me crying at work, thinking my dog was about to die when... what? THEY were the ones killing her? I don't know what else to think at this point. One thing for sure, we will be transferring care elsewhere. read more

I have been a loyal customer here for over 10 years and today they officially lost my business. They were slightly over priced but I over looked that because I that the service was good. Until till today. I took my dog in for a possible ear infection and did a follow up a week later. After the follow up was told she might have a possible foreign object (foxtail) in her ear because she had puss in her ear canal. I wanted to do the right thing and they suggested sedation for further evaluation. It was scheduled and I thought it would be that. I show up at the recommended time (7:15), waited over 30 minutes just to get processed for a drop off?! They knew I was coming. I told the tech who came to get her if it was going to be one of those days, to let me know. The tech reassured me it would get done. I get a phone call late afternoon around 3 to be told they did not get to her and that the soonest they could get to her was a Thursday. I make the appointment and get a call back 2 minutes later saying they were mistaken and it would be the following week?! To make matters worse, I get there and still had to wait 20mins in the car for them to bring my dog out. Again, they knew I was coming and it didn't help my kid was crying the whole time. They have had a rotation of new vets I thought they could get things together. They proved me wrong. I also suggest seeing someone other than Nadine Schwegel who will either scam you into getting unnecessary blood work, sedation and medication for your pet. read more

Pretty annoyed I brought my dog in for a swollen paw I was not given anything for the paw itself but oral antibiotics and told to soak his paw in epsom salt and that might not even help it from becoming an abscess. I did as directed after two weeks of antibiotics it still looked bad gooey, then this am a foxtail came out with some puss. Why did I go to the vet again?? Over 200 later? Mind you I understand foxtails might be hard to find but seeing as how they are the professionals and I went there for their opinion and diagnosis I felt like did they really care about my dog, did they inspect his paw? My baby kitten Stanley had a really bad cold and my vet couldn't get him in at all this week so I called A Plus right when they opened and they got me in the same day! It's hard to not be able to be in the room with your fur baby due to COVID but the workers here made me feel so much better and comfortable the entire time. The doctor who examined him was so friendly and put my Stanley on antibiotics and we were through! So very thankful they could see my baby boy on such short notice! So this was my first time at this veterinarian, met with Nadine Schwegel And I have to say my first impression of her is that she is an awesome vet! She has an outstanding bedside manner. My dog has a couple of issues that I have concerns over, Nadine let me voice all of my concerns while it was obvious she was listening intently, not once did I feel like I was being rushed. She then gave my dog a quick yet thorough exam. After which, she then offered several different plans of care, but explained each plan of care and what they consisted of and why she would or would not recommend each plan. My guinea pig and I were very pleased with our time spent at A-Plus Animal Hospital!! They have only one doctor who sees guinea pigs and he mostly sees patients through appointments booked in advance. My piggie had hurt himself the day before, so the staff was very understanding of my desire to get him in to see the doctor. I called on a Tuesday morning and was told that Dr. Lingenfelter wouldn't be in until Wednesday. To my surprise, someone from the office called me back later that morning to schedule an appointment for later that day! The office was very busy with dog vaccinations when we came in, but we were immediately brought into an examination room. Everyone was very friendly, the facilities are clean and we had a fast and easy checkup. I boarded my dogs in September and the vet called me saying that one of my dogs got an infected ingrown toenail that had poop stuck. They asked to give him antibiotics and pain meds. I think this visit was about $1000. But when I picked him up from the boarding his toe looked fine. Maybe the antibiotics worked quickly, not sure just stating all the facts and letting you formulate your own opinion. I then boarded them again in November and the vet called me saying that one of my dogs was yelping in pain and upon assessment the pain is coming from his back. They asked to do labs, X-ray, and meds. I did all but the X-ray. This visit cost about $1000. My last boarding was just this month in January and they called saying that one of my dogs is having difficulty breathing and asked to order labs, X-ray, and meds. I told them to do it all. They said he had trachea collapse. I made him DNR because they wanted to transfer him to an emergency vet and I wanted him to stay there. The next morning they called and said he looked better. But later that night they called and said he aspirated on his food and is having difficulty breathing and that he's suffering and that my options are to send him to ER or euthanize him. They said if we sent him to the ER his prognosis is unlikely to survive, so we euthanized him. He was 10yrs old yorkie, he had seizures, and he always had a loud noisey breathing at night. So it was hard for me to believe that he had difficulty breathing since he always had a loud noisey breathing. Also the vet doesn't use harness and yorkies are known to get collapsed trachea and that's why they recommend using a harness. And we have always used a harness since we got them both. So, I don't know if it was his old age and his disease that caused him to deteriorate so quickly. But I no longer board my one remaining dog there anymore. Also there yearly check up and vaccinations are extremely expensive. I go to pinion for everything and they have reasonable prices. I think my yearly vaccination and examination is less than $200. I use to like this place and has gone to them since 2019, but they changed a lot of their staff and increased their prices. Also, when I use to bring my dogs there they never had anxiety. But the last few times I brought them one of my dogs would run to me and wouldn't let me go and he had extreme anxiety when I dropped him off. This new place I take him to he doesn't do those things and in fact likes the people who take him in. So I think he was trying to tell me that something is wrong with vca but I just brushed it off and thought he just misses me. But it's interesting to him allow the new boarding place hold him and he doesn't struggle to get free and run to me like he did at vca. So if your dog doesn't like going to a certain boarding place it could be that they are trying to let you know they don't feel safe. read more

I have been to this vet with my dog for over a year. My dog needed her ear drained due to a broken blood vessel. I tried to get her in... but they are booked out for a month. They are accepting new dogs, but don't have time for their current clientele. The receptionist told me that there was nothing they could do and that I should just take her somewhere else. I told her that we would not be returning. She said that there will always be another dog in the wings. Rude and unprofessional. Also, not concerned with the health of animals. It's all about the money at this site. I don't recommend this vet. After taking my dog to an Emergency vet, they discovered a heart murmur that my vet at the VCA did not discover all the times she saw my dog. VCA sucks. read more

My reason for needing a vet on short notice was a tragic one. My senior cat had developed a mass on his jaw in a very short time frame, and it didn't seem to be going away. I had called around to a few places looking for anyone who could see us, but everywhere was booked out for a long time. Then I was recommended to try this vet. After calling them to explain, the lovely lady on the phone got me in as soon as she could. My first impression of the facility was a very good one. It was super clean and calm upon walking in, and the staff behind the counter was very pleasant. Shortly I was led into one of the rooms, which were also very nice. The vet tech who helped me (didn't catch her name) was very nice, and took all the info for Jack. Dr. Hsin Hung Lin then came in to give him an exam. She was very calm with him, and when he wouldn't let her open his mouth because it hurt, she was very respectful of him and what he didn't want to do. A few tests were ordered, but as a lot of us are, my budget wasn't the best for everything they suggested. The team was amazing about working with me to reduce the cost as much as possible, and we were able to figure out something that worked. Unfortunately my poor boy had bone cancer, but the doctor was very kind and compassionate about delivering the news. She told me about my options, but ultimately we all decided end of life care was what was best for him. She explained to me more about what to expect, and prescribed medication to alleviate his pain. I left heartbroken, of course, but also feeling well informed about what his future looked like, and feeling he'd been very taken care of while they kept him to run their tests. Getting the refills of his medication was very easy, just a quick phone call, and they were usually ready in a day or so. Overall, I felt the care provided by all members of the staff was very professional, compassionate, and thorough. The lobby and exam rooms were clean, and did a wonderful job of feeling inviting and not like some sterile hospital-esque place. If I were not moving I would definitely continue to use this vet, especially Dr. Hsin Hung Lin. read more

My girlfriend and I have been here for close to 3 years up until today where they will not see my cats again. First started with their complete lack of knowledge of diet for cats. I make treats and for confirmation on certain foods/vitamins they drew complete blanks. For short talk on my last visit I started to talk about all the benefits of adding a lil pumpkin to treats and I was interrupted and was treated like a monster. I was later told on that last visit my cat was scratching itself because it wasnt being fed a diet with heavy grains for taurine. News flash I looked it up and the best form for cats to get taurine is from dark Turkey or chicken meat. Grains aren't even on the top 5 and grains are still outright horrible for cats stomachs. The big deal that made me stop coming to this veterinarian clinic is the fact that they were going to charge me an $85 urgent fee to bump up my appointment from 1month 8 days to 1 month 2 days.... $85. My cat is suffering from ear mites that she should have seen in his exam in the first place! Yet you blame it on not feeding him bread from my table scraps! Outrageous! read more

I first went to A Plus when my vet from previous hospital went to practice there, like many people I followed Dr. Robertson. He was a great veterinarian, and I wish he were still in our area. That said, the whole place is great, all the front desk staff, other vets, all good.. I have felt secure in letting them take my big guys inside during Covid, knowing they would not let my dogs co-mingle with other guys. I have two Newfs and worry about somebody not being aware of what an excited 170 pound dog is capable of. Visions of accidentally squashed Pomeranians danced in my head, but these guys have a handle on it. They even made early morning appointments for us to accommodate transporting our dogs in hot weather. Can't say enough good about this place. I haven't met Dr. Nick, but understand he is fantastic too. Thanks for being there!! read more

This place goes way above and beyond when it comes to customer service!! Our first visit, they came highly recommended! We were looking for a new vet. I called I was greeted politely on the phone, and made an appointment. I asked if they could call to get me in sooner if there was a cancellation, and not a day later they worked Us in! The vet was very nice, explained everything in her exam throughly. The whole building is kept very clean. The reception area is very open, and there are aquarium videos playing to ensure a soothing environment. On the second visit, we had such a great first check up, my dog was due for vaccines so we scheduled an appointment to go back. We walked in, and my dog was "pet of the day". This includes a picture of your dog on their chalkboard I'm the front, a Baggie full of goodies (toys) and a free nail trim. From start to finish the staff is excellent, the environment is comfortable, and they make you feel very welcome. Great place to take your animal! Plus, they are open 7 days a week! :) read more
