When Jodi came to my home and did the walk through, she was knowledgeable in what equipment I would need. Come to find out she worked with JB for over 30 years! So she knew the inside and outs of security. Within a day, she sent me a quote and info video of the panel that will be installed. Day of installation, Willy was my technician and he was very friendly and respectful of my home and space. He set up his work area nicely with all his tools and equipment and walked me through what he will be doing. During our small talks, he mentioned he worked for JB for 20 years! That speaks volumes when you have long lasting employees. It tells me they take care of their employees and in turn they will take care of their customers. Everything was sent of nicely and after installation, Willy assisted me in getting me the App up and running on my phone. He walked me through all the sensors and panels. So far it's been working like it should. No issues. I'm able to disarm and arm my system whenever and wherever I am. I get to look at my front door camera without any issues connecting to it. John's Brother has been a good security company so far, hopefully they will stay at high star for me after the bill comes in LOLOLOL!!
