I was able to get him seen on the same day. Normally we would go to our regular vet but my work days have been extremely busy and I needed a later evening appointment. Both the Nurse and Vet were extremely caring with Coal. We did have to wait a bit because they were having an emergency but I expect that at an Urgent Care. I felt the care we received was very thorough and appropriate. Charges for the visit and mediations were in line with the care we received. They even sent the medical notes from our urgent care visit to our regular Vet. Hopefully we won't need urgent care too often. But I am very grateful MetVed is here and we will continue to use them in the future. Location is convenient as well.

They were able to get us in same day unlike other vets when we knew she had cancer. They also took us same day 3 weeks later when we said our goodbyes. The room was spacious. Although the carpet was really wet and we had to ask for an extra blanket to sit on so we could be with our dog during her last minutes. As I write this I'm tearing up inside remembering her last moments with our family. My husband paid to have her ashes boxed up and her paw print memorialized. It was done beautifully and personally hand delivered to our door by someone. That last touch of the hand delivery really made me appreciate this facility and while I hope not to have to use them again soon, I wouldn't hesitate.
