All the staff people were pleasant and helpful. The check-out line was long, but the cashiers were quick and efficient. More so than a lot of other stores. I was happily surprised. Training must be excellent here. Multiple thumbs up to them! There is ample parking and access is easy. Well, when I arrived home, I found I had picked up the wrong size shirts, so I returned. I popped in here for the free Kohl's Cash event and while I only scored a free $5, I still found a couple things to spend it on (and then some). Staff on both floors were friendly, and there were deals to be had. But it was odd to see large chunks of the salesfloor devoid of any merchandise. With the clearance racks unorganized and crammed full, why you wouldn't spread things out more to make it easier to look at the racks and use up the empty space is beyond me.

When we reached the front register, there was an employee with the phone to his ear, but we never heard him utter a word as we stood there for what felt like 1 to 2 extremely long minutes. Once I realized he wasn't going to acknowledge us. I asked him "who do I speak to for assistance". He then said he would help when he finishes up, because he's currently on the phone with a customer. In which I replied OK, I just needed to know who to speak to, because I don't know what's going on here. Right after telling him that a third employee came from the back of the store and immediately assisted us. After we complete our transaction, that same (on the phone) employee did tell me and the rest of my party to have a great day as if to make up for the lack of customer service we received upon our arrival. Some might consider it to be too little too late, but I can somewhat appreciate the gesture, so I replied "likewise"... Better late than never, I guess. As far as the store goes everything was neatly organized, and fully stocked with an extensive inventory to choose from. After this visit, I decided to download the app so I can accumulate points. As well as have any and all future purchases delivered conveniently to my home. That way I can get all the products that I love, and avoid awkward social settings with semi professional/unprofessional employees... That's what you call a win-win scenario.

I get that you said it's your policy and it's printed on the receipt-- but I wasn't even asking for a refund but to exchange for other items, no credit. Target has a better return policy. And the answer is...slightly. The store is definitely in better shape and much more organized. But while the ones in Wisconsin were cluttered and ramshackle, this location is sparse, with some shelves nearly empty. Also disappointing was that some marked down merchandise such as tumblers were clearly defective and should have been disposed of instead of marked down. All that being said, I did get a great deal on a paper towel holder (despite HomeGoods having zero such items at their location) and a cup for my mom. I'm not likely to run out and stop here again but if I was in the area with time to kill, I might consider it.

First off, the QR code for the waitlist is placed in the middle of the store with no clear direction. If you don't already know it's there, you'd have no idea you're supposed to check in. We stood around for about 10 minutes before even realizing there was a system. After we finally scanned in, a gentleman came over to help us but didn't ask about our place in line or acknowledge the waitlist at all. He actually started helping us first, but once he realized other people had been waiting longer, his entire demeanor changed. It immediately felt like he didn't want to help us anymore and started rushing through everything. When it came to my son's suit, he wasn't even going to have him try anything on to check the fit or size. That was really frustrating--this is exactly why we came in. When I asked if my son could try things on, he casually responded with, "if you want to, but you don't have to," which made no sense. We came in specifically to TRY ON and order suits. The same issue happened with my partner, who wanted to try on a tux just to see how it would look. Again, it felt like pulling teeth to get any help. There was no effort to make the experience easy, helpful, or even enjoyable. I ended up walking out completely frustrated. For such an important event like a wedding, I expected a much better level of service and attention.
