Finally, we reached out to Ornamental Iron through their website. I received a call THAT EVENING to set up an appointment for a quote. They showed up on time, and within a couple weeks (this was over the holidays) I had an emailed quote with pictures of our actual house (taken they day they came out) and 3 possible designs. For a person who has a hard time visualizing things, this was VERY helpful! I asked them to make an adjustment to the design, and right away I got an email back with EXACTLY what I wanted! It was actually even improved on what I had requested. We made the appointment for installation and they showed up on time, in a great mood, and finished within an hour. My picky do-it-yourself husband was impressed with the quality of the install, and I LOVE my new gate.

When I first mentioned it both he and Contractor tried to convince me it was the pattern on the railing. I had to get others involved to make sure I wasn't crazy. I then found out Michael wasn't licensed and so contractor said to not have him back. I didn't pay him - fast forward to one year later and there is Rust all over the place. And contractor now claims he's not responsible bc he claims I hired him on my own when reality is he hired them. He went over engineering plans and got city permit. Anyway, I guess he finally got his license but given my experience I would not use him. His prices were also super expensive but I don't know if that's because he was giving a cut to contractor.

I had found it after my husband had left so he would have to drive all the way back home and all the way back out there and then home again. The board was $5.50 so nothing to break the bank but their customer service was bad AND they sold me a piece of crap. Soooo disappointing.
