Decent prices on propane, but the service could be more organized. I was asked to park and let another vehicle ahead of me, which delayed my turn for reasons unclear. While I wasn't in a rush, this could be frustrating for those with limited time. Additionally, I had to carry my own tanks after parking, whereas the truck before me was able to be closer to the fill up station and no need to carry anything. This review is based solely on this experience. They also wrote the amount of propane after he cleared the counter which I can't remember what the actual amount was and it got me thinking if I was actually charge correctly: Just the whole experience was off. On a good note they do have candy inside when you pay and credit is available option. read more

I had a tank filled at their facility off Lamb today. The young man that filled my tank was not rude but had an attitude (first turn off). When I got home and climbed in the back of the truck to unload, the smell of propane was overwhelming. I quickly mixed up some soapy water and found he hadn't closed the bleeder valve enough. I had a very disappointing experience with Vegas Propane. I scheduled a propane delivery for a Friday at an RV site we now use as a rental. The following Tuesday we realized no delivery was made. I saw the driver in our resort and flagged him down. He said that when he saw the lot empty, he called his office and they agreed to forget about it. I asked why they didn't call me to explain the situation, no answer. He looked at our tanks and said he couldn't service that type of tank anyway. It would have been nice if someone had explained that rather than just ignore me. The office never did return any of my calls. My impression is poor communication and a lack of effort to make it right with the customer. read more

Called Vegas propane to seek help in having to move a residential propane tank. Matt came by and provided directions on how to properly do it as well as offering help as needed. He was able to switch my tank out for a more appropriate tank for my needs. He worked around the work I needed to do as far as moving some block work. All in all I strongly recommend Vegas Propane due to the exemplary service provided by Matt and no doubt their office personnel. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR PROPANE. Vegas Propane filled our tank up without asking us. So we owed them lots of money. We were strapped for cash and could not pay the propane bill. Since we never asked for our tank to be filled, we thought that they could wait for payment. Our cabin was on the market and we would take care of the bill as soon as the cabin sold. But VEGAS PROPANE decided to take the tank away so when the inspectors came, there would be no propane. We had to improvise a small tank so that the inspectors could do their job. This company makes their money by filling up tanks without the approval of the customer. Perhaps VEGAS PROPANE think they are doing the customer a favor by filling up the tank. But in our case, it was a disaster. read more

So ever since my first review we have been regularly serviced, thanks in part to the new transmitter thing that somehow monitors our tank level and reports to the main office. I'm not really sure what it is, but it keeps me warm and happy :) Plus the new drivers have been really nice! read more

We are staying at Arizona Charlie's RV park space and we are new to the whole experience. We needed propane badly because we had run our gas heater and did not realize we should have been using our electric one. Needless to say we ran out of propane quickly. So when Ivan from Vegas propane came to fill our tank we had been without hot water and so on for four days. Ivan was very friendly and helpful. As for out of town I needed my propane tank filled on my RV. Lots of places have limited space to get in especially when it's a truck stop gas station. Not only was this easy to get in and out of it as I pulled out somebody came up almost immediately to provide me with service. If you have an RV this is just a nice place to go to. read more

I love this place! I'm about 10 miles away from this place and found it only because I needed to certify my propane tanks. I drove up and Kenny immediately came to help me out. He was a really cool guy and such an expert at what he does. Kenny looked at all 3 of my tanks, told me which needed to be recertified, and also repaired ones that weren't working correctly. He was able to get through all 3 and fill them up in about 15 minutes. Kenny was such a professional and made me feel welcome. I went back the day after to bring more propane tanks for them to take a look at. I will definitely be returning. read more

We needed a work around to get our fireplaces working correctly. Vegas propane came out on several occasions to provide guidance on how to solve the issue. When we were ready, they installed an underground gas line and took care of getting the work properly permitted. The final step was installation of propane tanks. Office staff are helpful, and as long as you pay attention to your needs and schedule ahead; you will get your deliveries in a timely manner. We became aware of a leak in our RV propane tank and needed the tank emptied right away. It was already late in the afternoon but Vegas Propane said, bring it on in, we'll wait for you. When we arrived they started to work on emptying the propane tank right away but didn't think they could get it done by closing, and wanted us to come back and pick up our RV the following day. But when the Manager, Jack heard we lived in Boulder City, he said if you would go get something to eat and give them an hour or so, they'd stay past 5 p.m. to finish the job, so we wouldn't have to make the long trip from Boulder City and back the following day. We did as he suggested and got something to eat and were on our way home by 5:30. These guys are the best and we highly appreciate the consideration they show there customers. read more

First the tank was put on to the wrong trailer. Call up speak to Elisha acts like she's doesn't believe. Toke a week and 4 phone calls to get in tial set up. Highly recommended...you just dont find this kind of customer service anymore!!! After a crappy experience with AmeriGas a friend referred me to Jack with Vegas Propane. Jack was great, gave me a quote on a new tank, scheduled the installation and even moved the old tank for free when that other company didn't show up to remove it.
