It's also a zoo when you go in there. It's very hectic and I've never seen the same hygienist more than once. They also have an annoying habit of pestering you. For example, I had a 1pm appt. I was parking the car and at 1:01pm I get a call asking if I'm still coming. However, on multiple visits I've waited in the lobby 15 minutes past the appointment time to be taken in. So they are fine with making you wait but 1 minute late on your part and it's an issue.

I now have a dental plan and he is working with me to get my teeth healthy again. They offer different payment plans and a few different options for loans. But now that I experienced the healing process I regret ever going to them and wish I would have spoken up about the care I was receiving. 1 year ago I had the right side done with a different dentist, the pain was minimal and the healing minimal, that dentist used the elevation technique no pliers and was gentle. At pristine dental they used pliers and brutally pulled my teeth out within minutes, my jaw was held in place by the assistant (nearly choking me), the deep clean consisted of aggresively scrapping at my teeth. The brute force and rushing technique used on me has caused significant pain and trauma. I will not be returning to this facility.

I called them twice earlier this week and again it goes to voicemail and I get no call back. They are closed Friday, Saturday and Sunday and seem to be gone for lunch Monday-Thursday for 1.5 hours. It's just extremely inconvenient to be able to schedule anything with them and there always seems to be something going on whether they have to shut down temporarily, they have no receptionist, or something else.
