I brought my bike there with a wiring issue about 3 weeks. Ivan told me to go two doors down to an aftermarket accessory shop for Harleys as he didn't have his wiring guy. That shop got right on it and couldn't figure it out. They referred me back to VTC. He said they're friendlier and less expensive than the dealer. Ivan said he was busy rewiring handle bars and to come back the next week. The next week they were still rewiring the handlebars (so he says). I brought the bike in this week, and 4 days later, Ivan gives me the same excuse. We're busy rewiring handlebars.....3 weeks later and that will be a couple days until they get to the bike. Still waiting....gonna yank the bike and take it to the Stealership if not done tomorrow. Update: Took bike out. Never got to it. read more

No STARS here, seriously stay away from this place. Here is just a few things. Took my bike in for service. 5 days later I don't have it. Supposed to have it back 24 hours later. Excuse after excuse for a 10k SVC. Ordered two new tires for three days he says he cant get a rear bearing out. Go too pic it up, no new spark plugs, never touched the air cleaner, scratched the tank, scratched the frame removing the rear tire and broke the R Front brake lever trying to adjust the forks. I had to go to LV HD and pay over $600 to get this Gem right. The list goes on, never answered the phone, clueless, does not know the true HD script on a bike for service. No wonder why the local HD dealer told me I should not have gone to this place. STAY AWAY SERIOUSLY !!!! read more

My friends bike broke down on a Saturday off of Decatur and Alta. He called this shop for assistance and they advised him it would be a 2 hour wait (9:44am). About an hour later he told me he broke down and I took him some water and waited with him so he wouldn't be in the heat by himself. We waited until 12pm in over 100 degree weather and then called back only to find out that they don't have any mechanics in on Saturdays and they do not work on his type of bike. Information that would have been useful the first time around maybe? This is time that could have been spent in a cooler location searching for another shop who could be of assistance. read more

Pinky and Ivan are rock stars! I'll fight anyone who disagrees... I inherited a Harley from my Father. The bike had not been ridden in 10+ years. It had been collecting dust and cobwebs. My father had passed away I have taken the bike he had left me To the shop 4 an a 1/2 months later I went to pick up my bike By time I got home everything he fixed was a no go I attempted to explain to him What was going on He was being Very rude Using bad words And hanging up on me He said when he is ready and gets a trailer he will come by and pick it backup I asked him how long will it take to fix it again he began with his attitude an hanging up on me he needs to understand that he is playing with people's lives read more

. Dropped off pair of Harley front forks to have chrome lowers put on. They said it would be ready by 3pm .Left there and drove 40 minutes to home only to get a phone call that they do not have the seal kit. They said Harley does so I drove to Harley to pick up seal kit for them.Harley didn't know what kit she wanted so I tried to call Pinky back for over a half hour only to get a recording. I talked to Harley salesman and he felt that maybe she was talking about a certain kit for this type of job but was uncertain. I bought it anyways and afterwards she finally called back. I told her I was on my way back to her shop with what she wanted for parts. Got there by 3;30 only to be informed that now forks wouldn't be ready until next day. Their posted hours say they are open until 6pm but they decided to close at 4pm.I decided that this shop was too unprofessional for me so I asked for my parts back and was charged $40 for them to remove retainer clips and empty oil. NEVER AGAIN. read more

They had my motorcycle for over a month. I took it in for 1 problem and they said it was one thing then that didn't fix it and kept going telling me it was something and it wasn't. Would never take my motorcycle to them again! They pretty much guessed at what the problem was with my motorcycle. After them rebuilding my carburetor it leaks out of the overflow valve if I dont shut of the pitcock valve off. I didn't have this problem before they worked on my motorcycle. read more

I had a very bad experience with this shop they sold me things I didn't need lied about the work they did damaged my bike trust me go to the dealer was charged $4000 dollars to put handle bars clutch cable on trust me not creditable people I own quite a few bikes never again take tour chances pissed off read more

What a nightmare, Trans broke down in Vegas, Ivans quote $750 rebuild kit, week later, needs many parts, i give him credit card and say fix it, another week goes by, Baker Trans in Mich. tells me all parts Ivan ordered would not fit my trans. After two weeks he says not going to work, i cancelled all credit card transactions went and picked my bike and old trans in a box with a u haul and went back to calif. I sent my old parts to Baker trans and they sent me a whole new cassette for a thousand dollars, paid a shop here in Calif. $400. to put it in, works beautiful. Ivan put a Lien on my bike for $2500. Calif. sent him my title, this went on for a year and a half. That two week stay in Las Vegas cost me a lot of money. I would think twice before handing him over anything he might not be familiar with, better yet do as one other person suggested take it to a dealer and save yourself the misery. read more

Just called this shop for a price on having my fork seals replaced. The woman I spoke to I'm assuming is pinky thinks I'm calling about a price for the parts and almost immediately replies with "we don't carry those you need to call Ride Now or some place like that". I apologize and say I'm looking for a price on the repair. I give her my year and model (94 Virago) and after some chatting in the background I get "we're not taking those in right now you'll have to call someplace else". Really from what I read on their facebook I thought there was no job too big or too small, all makes and models serviced etc. I wasn't even entertained with a quote just brushed under the rug like my bike and job wasn't good enough. I'm sure this shop does great work on the bikes and jobs they deem worthy to have their famous techs touch as for the rest of us who can't afford Harleys and ride Japanese cruisers we'll have to look elsewhere. So much for trying to support a local small business. read more
