Complete waste of my time…read more I arrived early, filled out the long e-verification and history chart and got an ultra-sound prior to my visit as mandated by my insurance company. I had to wait 1 hour and 15 minutes to see the doctor, the practice wanted me to take another ultra-sound because they didn't read my chart and realize I had already taken an ultrasound the week prior and had sent the chart and scans to them. Doctor didn't look at my leg nor my chart nor my personal history. Entire visit could have been covered in an email. Go get a pair of compression socks and come back in 3 months. $50 co-pay and half a day off work for that, wow thanks. You couldn't tell me that on the phone? No educational materials, no consult, and doctor was visibly annoyed the entire time. I have no idea why. Bizarre. Leg has been throbbing for 2 weeks, low level pain but difficult to sleep, that's normal according to this practice. Again, could have been a phone call or email.

I was a little skeptical at first when it came to getting poked a bunch of times with a needle. I'm a needlephobiac (if that's a even a thing. If it's not, I'm making it!) Suffering from exhausted legs and circulation is no fun. After doing my research I decided I wanted to give varicose vein injection a try. No one likes exhausted legs nor spider veins on them. Am I right or am a right? The Vascular experts right away set me up for an appointment and explained the process through the phone to make sure I was taken care of and answered all of my many questions. Upon arrival to my first treatment, Dr Howell explained the experience to me. She even went to the point of warning me before every "pinch". She had the most stable hand and relaxing demeanor to her. Every time I got "pinched" I would barely feel it. Her voice was very calming and soothing and her whole vibe just kept me calm during the whole procedure. After doing my two sessions, I definitely see huge improvements and she sure did an amazing job. Of course, two sessions will not remove everything but at least it will for sure alleviate the whole situation and make your legs less veiny. After each visit, she made sure to do one leg at a time and carefully wrapped it and explained how to take care of it. Recovery was quite fast. Compression socks are highly recommended. Mild bruising but nothing crazy. I told her I'd definitely go see her again even without the Groupon. I would love to finish my whole treatment with her since she's so awesome. Highly recommended!

Totonelly, one of the finest medical doctors in the Hudson Valley, with over 30 years of experience. In my first visit to Dr. Totonelly an ultrasound was performed on both my legs which helped to identify damaged veins. I was then very well educated by Dr. Totonelly regarding the varicose vein treatment I was to receive to relieve my vascular problems. I was really happy when my Aetna insurance approved the surgery, called Endovenous Ablation. That surgery was done in the office under local anesthetic and no hospitalization was required. It took approximately 45 minutes per leg, which were surgically repaired with a one week interval between the two surgeries. In both instances I was able to walk without any problems the same day of the respective surgeries. Amazingly, within a couple of weeks after the surgeries I STOPPED FEELING burning and annoying pain in my legs. Dr. Totonelly further advised me about cosmetic Laser spider vein treatment and Sclerotherapy to both legs. I received 4 treatment sessions to address my numerous spider veins. I could not believe it, but the treatments resulted in the complete disappearance of huge brown spots on my legs caused by poor blood circulation. With my spider veins now vanquished, my legs currently have a healthy , young look. I am very pleased to be a patient of Dr. Totonelly and his very friendly, very well trained staff. Dr. Totonelly has such an amazing, compassionate personality. He's a highly trained, highly skilled professional, as well as an incredible human being with a huge heart. He is truly dedicated to his work and he really cares for his patients. I learned Dr.Totonelly not only does treatments of the veins but also does amazing facial and body laser treatments . His great work returns health and youth to people. Thank you very much. Sincerely, Elena.

First of all DEWEY IS A TOP NOTCH ACUPUNCTURIST! YOU WILL NOT GET BETTER CARE, bedside manner, and just an overall caring experience. He literally is the best! Here is what really upset me and made me sour towards this business; since I didn't agree to get a nerve blocking procedure/elective surgery, they are refusing to provide me any additional care. (No more acupuncture) They claim to be a "wellness and pain" facility but it seems to me you need to play by their rules in order to get treatment. I was instructed that I needed to follow their protocols, surgery or PT before I can continue treatment (acupuncture). That is in other words telling me what to do with my body and not what I know is good for my body. This left a real bad taste in my mouth. I would have never thought that a "wellness and pain" place would tell me how to manage my pain and what I'm comfortable with especially that I have been progressing slowly in the positive direction. The PA was only doing her job but who is she and Dr. Molina too, to tell me what is working for me??? In conclusion, I recommend DEWEY, but if their dictation or suggestions are not taken, they cut services off to you. Completely unacceptable especially when you're there to feel well and painless!

The service offers several benefits. One of the most important benefits for me is virtually instant accessibility to him and/or his staff 24/7. However I called back and they said that they were going to call a mediation to my pharmacy. I go the pharmacy and nothing was called so naturally I called them back. Some rude assistant picked up trying to rush me off the phone and she said they never called the prescription because the dr wanted to talk to me. I said I wished you called to let me know. She got so rude on the phone and saying she doesn't have time for that and that they are short staffed. I said please do be snippy with me, and as I was speaking to make an appointment she hung up. So I called back, I don't know who picked up (most likely the same person) I said why did I get hang up on, and she hung up again for the third time. Someone called me from the office and without asking me what happened stating that I am being rude to the staff. I laughed because at this point it was funny. I explained myself again, and made an appointment that I cancelled right away .this was just for a physical appointment , what if I was sick and they act like that again and again ....I was going to ask to be a concierge patient, but they don't need my money I guess. Do not recommend them at all very very, very rude people no social skills whatsoever shame or Dr, Saunders employing people like that..
