Typically when I get a massage, I like deep tissue massages for the pressure. However, I just got off a flight and wanted a more relaxing massage and made reservations for a swedish massage. I felt the massage was more like a deep tissue though. I thought about saying something but that's my usual go-to so I just went with it. It was a decent massage. The location is not very relaxing though as it is adjacent to a bar with loud music. It might be better to come here when it's not happy hour / late afternoon because the walls were bumping with the loud music and chatter next door. The massage is a 4/5. Location is a 3/5. read more

I sincerely appreciate the quality of the massage therapist in this place. However, the receptionist was passive aggressive in handling a cancellation. He never requested my credit card and never informed me about cancellation fees so he couldn't charge me due to his lack of diligence. This guy hung up on me and said nothing to me when I still showed up for my massage out of respect and tried to communicate with him. I booked an appointment for my mothers birthday and the receptionist was very kind to me and due to my mom running a few minutes late due to unplanned traffic on the PCH AND THE RECEPTIONIST was the one who told us to just come at 3:30 instead of our 1pm Appointment and then the OWNER called me while I was riding on my motorcycle and told me I'd have to pay another $160 for the couples massage on top of the $160 I already paid just to RESCHEDULE. I scheduled a 50 min Swedish massage and it was wonderful ! They recommended parking across the street at the park (plenty of spaces) and there are a few spots on the street in front. When you walk in you're instantly transported into a more zen vibe. There's a small waiting area with a reception desk and sofa. After being greeted by the receptionist I filled out your standard , brief , spa forms . Shortly after I was led to my room. The room I had seemed to be available for a couple's massage, but I was able to have it all to myself. There was a small locker available in the room to store my belongings as well as the massage table. I wish I had gotten my masseuse's name because she did a great job. She started off wiping my limbs with a warm cloth and instantly got into the massage using a nice warm oil. She paid extra attention to the places I mentioned on my intake form . All and all this was an enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a straightforward spa experience (and don't mind a limited amount of extra frills) - this is the perfect place ! read more

So happy I found this place. Have been to a few other massage places and chiropractors offices in the area in the last few months trying to fix the pain I've had in my back and shoulders for months. Nothing helped fix it even when I asked for deep pressure and described the pain I've been having. After coming here, within a few days my pain was gone. I asked for a deep tissue massage and I definitely got it. It was not a relaxing type of massage but it's fine because what I really needed was someone to really get into those tension areas that have been causing me problems!
