I Love this Salon. I was referred by a friend and I'm so happy with my hair. Jackie the owner she's amazing I will not go anywhere else. Plus the color that she used on me. Omg! Run From this place!!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!! JACKIE was the stylist, from the beginning it was a horrible experience!!!! My appointment was at 4:30 and I didn't get taken back till 5:15... then the lady that washed my hair used cold water. I told her it was to cold. She didn't listen. She kept talking to me in Spanish... I speak perfect English!!! There is no need to speak to me in Spanish! As soon as she had taken me to the seat... Jackie took forever to get to me!! I told her numerous times I DO NOT want it short. By the time she came to finish my cut she had another hair dresser blow dry my hair!! Wtf!!! So then she came back over and finished the style. She never showed me the back of the cut. I don't know what she did. She was My hair was shoulder length. She butchered it!!! Luckily it will grow back quickly. However.. these people DO NOT listen. I called back the next day for a refund. Little girl at the front desk refused. These people have NO concept or skills when styling and cutting hair. Save your money!!! As I was leaving... one of the business owners in the same shopping strip had mentioned that they had fire trucks in the morning. Something about someone leaving something on in the drawers. Seriously. That they had to send clients to other locations. So that explained the chaotic experience. They were so far behind, and a nervous wreck. Pt 1. JACKIE (THE OWNER) & HER BLOW DRY LADY BURNT OFF MY HAIR. Jackie didn't even have the decency to message me back, accept that I wanted a refund or offer products to help restore the hair. On top of this, the service here is AWFUL. Every hair stylist is always running late, the water when they wash your hair is AWLAYS freezing cold! This place will blow dry each section of your hair until they see smoke coming out (and in my case no heat protectant was added! Cheap ass place doesn't not really care about your hair). Pt 2. I know SO many people in the Colombian community who have came here and said they will never come again because of the horror stories they see themselves or hear! My friend the other day was there and said she jumped out of her chair scared as the lady next to her was SCREAMING that her hair was falling out (highlight appointment). Did I listen to everyone telling me not to go.....obviously NOT because the only thing I go for is a wash and hair cut and just this once I wanted to treat myself to a blow out... big mistake! Pt 3. I will attach the message below of what I sent to Jackie personally and her company. "Jackie, I am FURIOUS. I came into your salon July 13, 2021 and my appointment was at 4:30. I want not tended to till about 5 pm but, that is not a surprise since the customer service is so horrible and infuriating. 1. I get my head washed with ONLY SHAMPOO and no conditioner??? Wtf! 2. I asked for a blow dry and NO product or head protectant was put in my hair! 3. You & the lady you have worked for you were burning my hair. I kept saying "not so much" obviously my hair is dry. There is no need to blow dry every strip of my hair until you see SMOKE! You both dismissed me and did not listen to me! You brushed it off like you just totally knew what you both were doing. I could smell my hair BURNING OFF! I leave to get in my car and all yesterday until this morning my hair is falling off of my head Jackie! I've been crying since yesterday. The only thing you put in my hair was BS oil at the end. This is HORRIBLE. MY HAIR SMELLS BURNT!!!! The smell of my hair is so bad. I've never experienced this in my life! I have washed my hair and it still smells like someone took fire to my hair, burned it, and it sizzled and crunched up! I want a full refunded ASAP and I want you to fix this! Well! I don't even know where to start! This place is absolutely horrible! They burnt my hair, their products are cheap and they don't do anything but damage your hair, they used this "botox" on my hair! Horrible thing!!! After few months I went back to get a balayage and they ended up damaging my hair ! Please be aware!!! They are not honest at all ! My stylist deliberately gave me a different color than what i asked for because she thought it 'looked good.' The front desk is totally disfunctional and incompetent! My 4:00 PM appointment was made in the morning and upon my arrival at the salon I was informed that the technician I asked for was not working that day, so I wasted my time to drive there. No apologies, just some stupid excuses! Also, without proper notification, this salon adds a surcharge to the bill for payment with a credit card. Although this practice is now permitted in Texas, the surcharge cannot exceed 4% of the bill which they continually violate and should be reported to the State Attorney General's Office. When you look up their business, everywhere says appointment required. But they said they don't do appointments, which is fine. But then you'll probably be told you have to wait 45mins or come back like they told me. So I asked if I come back in 45 minutes are you going to tell me to wait another 45 minutes and she said maybe. Also when I came in I asked whether there was a sign in sheet since It was my first time there, and she rudely said you're going to have to wait. I knew I was going to have to wait but at least say hello or answer my question. I decided to leave and find somewhere better. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

When it comes to my eyebrows I am very very picky especially since I like them threaded and not waxed but I read the reviews and decided to give this place a go. I'm so glad I did. The staff were very friendly. I did the Lipo laser 3 times and unfortunately did not see any results. I work out on a daily basis and eat right. I was told I should see some change, but didn't. So I give it a few stars because of how nice the staff is, but didn't give it a full 5 because of paying for something I didn't see any results on. read more

This was the worst experience ever. I paid for a 45 minute massage. I didn't get the whole 45 minutes I paid for. The room was very cold. The massage therapist sprayed cold massage oil on my back. The towel she used was dirty. You can hear the children running around playing and yelling in front. I will never go here again. read more

COMPLETE NEGLIGENCE. I have chemical burns throughout my scalp due to the salon having someone WITHOUT a cosmetology license perform a hair straightening treatment. The attention super good, very nice staff. Lovely girls.The service well done, the girls know how to work your hair . The product bad, horribly bad. I purchased a Groupon for hair Botox, I had done a lot of reading about it and found a couple things weird when I was at the salon. 1 : the stylist didn't know the name of the product she was applying when I asked her, 2 :they didn't leave the cream on me for not even 5 minutes, nothing. I went straight from the application to the blow drier and iron, and I had read that those creams needed some time to be absorbed, 3: when she was done she told me I couldnt wash my hair for 3 days and with Botox you can wash your hair the same day if you want to. On day 3 my scalp was burning and itching I washed it and never in my life my hair had been soooooo tangled. It was stiff, and when it finally dried it was opaque color , dry and with still a bit tangled. Even though I washed it and apply a hair mask afterwards it still smells chemical and my scalp is still a bit itching. I don't know what product they use but it's definitely NOT CAPILLARY BOTOX. At least not if you buy it through Groupon. read more

Got my haircut here and the tall lady with long curly hair completely butchered it. She basically just got scissors and cut straight across. No blending or nothing. It looked absolutely hideous. I asked her to blend it and she said "no it is blended , just give it a day for it to Blend". Pay $60 for the worst haircut of my life. When I asked for an undercut, I told her a small one. She basically shaved half of underneath my head , I'm assuming it was because she had no idea what she was doing and just kept trying to fix it by shaving more. The next day I tried to style it and couldn't even do it , it was all horrible. I went to Salan Park the next day and paid $10 for the most amazing haircut I have ever received. They fixed it perfect. The lady there couldn't believe how horrible my hair cut was. She said the back was even cut uneven!! Would NOT recommend this salon ever. They have no idea what they are doing when it comes to hair cuts. read more
