Was searching for some time for a specific make and model. Contacted the dealership online and Rex was very responsive. He answered all our questions and provided a very good background on the vehicle. When we went to drive the car it was clean, ready to drive and he allowed us to take it anywhere we wanted. Carfax was provided and it was consistent with the condition of the car. Unfortunately we could not schedule a PPI but thankfully the car fully checked out clean after purchase, whew. Rex took care of the purchase process and made it one of our easiest transactions. I know the reviews here are on both sides of the spectrum, but when buying a used car it's important to do your due diligence and get everything in writing. It would have been a 5 star review but, and I shared this with Rex, their showroom looks like a frat house. You have 100-200k$ cars and there are water bottles and junk food lying around, and broken chairs to sit in. The key provided was not a full authentic set, and tools like the hub cap remover were missing. None of these problems were disclosed in any conversations. Untrustworthy Dealership -- Be Cautious and Read Between the Lines I was close to purchasing a car from Veloce Auto Center & Leasing, but thankfully I decided to get a pre-purchase inspection, which cost me $210. That inspection uncovered over $7,000 in repairs the dealership failed to mention--including a leaking oil pan (so bad they had to add oil), leaking rack and pinion, leaking front differential, and a misaligned rear bumper with visible damage. These are not minor issues, yet the sales rep repeatedly told me the car was "flawless" and "inspected by their mechanics." That was clearly false. On top of that, they used high-pressure tactics, saying another buyer was "very interested" and the car could be sold at any moment. They pushed for a non-refundable deposit via Zelle, which is highly unusual and risky. Most professional dealerships accept credit/debit cards and offer refundable holds. They claimed the deposit couldn't be refunded because they'd "have to turn away the other buyer," but given that the car had been sitting on their lot since January 2025, I doubt that buyer existed. It felt like a tactic to rush me into a bad deal. Also, take a closer look at the 5-star reviews on Google. Many of them sound copy-pasted or AI-generated--short blurbs like "James was great!" or "Kayla made everything easy!" with no actual details. No mention of what was purchased, how the financing went, or what the process was like. That's a red flag and doesn't reflect my experience at all. Bottom line: this dealership misrepresented the condition of the car, pressured me with shady tactics, and tried to lock me in with a non-refundable Zelle payment. I walked away and I'm glad I did. Let me first start with the good: This dealership is excellent when it comes to the logistics in purchasing a vehicle from out of state; that part of the process was seamless. Now, for the bad: As mentioned earlier, I was purchasing this Porsche from out of state, and being fully aware I was buying a used vehicle, went back and forth with Viola requesting complete transparency before finalizing the purchase, to avoid any potential surprises. I repeatedly asked for images of any blemishes or imperfections, to which she informed me there were none other than a minor paint chip, which she sent me a picture of; she confirmed this vehicle was in pristine condition and that it had not been in any accidents. All corresponding videos and photos she sent confirmed it was in fact in pristine condition, so I proceeded with the purchase. When I received this vehicle, I was stoked. But the more times I washed it over the course of the first couple of weeks (it'd been raining A LOT), the more major scratches were visible, including one on the hatch that was over two feet long. I then took it to a professional to find out what was going on; the professional took it a step further and using a paint meter informed me the entire front bumper had been repainted. Not only that, but the overspray from repainting the front bumper in the cheapest way possible was all over the hood of the vehicle. At this point, I was furious and confused as to how the vehicle could look so vastly different from the videos they sent; the professional explained that sometimes used car dealerships apply their version of 'makeup' to get the car sold, but that like with all 'makeup', it eventually washes off. I reached out to the dealership in hopes they would rectify this situation by paying to have the scratch removed from the hatch, and front bumper repainted by a Porsche professional; when they weren't ignoring my calls or texts, the explanation I was finally given is that repainting an entire front bumper along with all of the other 'modifications' to make the sale was considered by them to be 'reconditioning' the vehicle. The best part is that they didn't deny any of these misrepresentations, which tells you that they are completely comfortable being dishonest if it means them selling a car. I'm solely writing this review in hopes that others think twice about being taken advantage of like they took advantage of me. EDIT: No 'high-pressure water guns' have been used to damage the 'reconditioning' that was never disclosed, nor did a 'car wash guy' repaint the front bumper. When someone repeatedly tells you the vehicle has 'no damage' other than a paint chip and offers pictures and video to corroborate it, you would have no reason to believe a car dealership would intentionally deceive you or misrepresent a vehicle with a temporary washable 'fix' just to make a sale. read more

Horrible Horrible avoid at all costs. They have a black s63 benz cabriolet s63 for sale for $80,000. Was ready by Viola "car is an excellent condition. Our mechanics looked at it and there are no issues." All lies. Euro Star 5 star Clinic in Signal hill mechanic found it needed 17k in repairs. Transmission leak, gasket leak and needed new ceramic brakes on all wheels and rotors. Then after I showed them the report "o we never look at cars that are on consignment so not our fault" sure guys $80,000 for a car that needs $17,000 in repairs- Do yourself a favor and avoid these guys. Happy I spent $325 on a pre purchase inspection. Saved myself 17k - worst part about it, they weren't willing to negotiate not even $1 dollar off price. Then Viola LIED again and stated that the people who had the car on consignment were not gonna move forward with selling the car.
