Again very shady business. Untrustworthy people who take advantage of customers who are in a bad situation. Not helpful at all. A sink leak is the best comparison that you can make? No, when a sink has a leak they fix the sink leak and there is no further problem in the shower a week later lol what a joke of a company. And I had the same issue the very next day! Very unfortunate that you took advantage of the fact that you saw I was in a bind with a leak and decided to play the guessing game with my car. I just hope that you do not further take advantage of people in the Long Beach area as they deserve an honest mechanic in their area. I should have known better and should have went with my gut feeling and took off when I had the opportunity. $500 later still the same thing maybe even worse than it was originally to happen the very next day. The customer service is great. I sent a diagnosis by mail and then he sent me a quote very fast. Then the check engine light started to blink and I had to reschedule sooner and he rearranged it for me. The service it was great too. I'm not knowledgeable about cars and Ayrton explained to me every detail of what he was doing with the car. My car was fixed in the same day and I had no more issues after that. You can come and feel safe at Spada Autor Repair, they will not take advantage of you! My car was making a very loud noise, so I went to 2 different mechanics near my place in Inland Empire. One told me me to replace the bearing and the other one said to replace the gas shock. I felt they were both seeking up to sales to me, I didn't know what to do. So a friend recommended me to see Ayrton because he is known to be a very skilled honest mechanic and engineer. Ayrton took the time to diagnose the problems, keeping me informed all the time. He said the bearing and gas shock were in good condition, and the noise was actually caused by the tires. All he did was rotate the tires and, surprisingly, the noise was totally gone! His communication was very clear about the tires issues. I realized that the other mechanics were charging me for unnecessary repairs.
