    I recently bought a Kia Optima here about a month ago. A week in I told them the car was shaking and they told me to bring it and they would do the oil change and tell Kia to pick it up since it was a recall issue. They told me in the beginning that they would help me fix the door handle as the person who owned it before has reported that it got broken into. They kept saying they would make an appoint after they changed the door handle and never did. So I have to open the door from the inside. I told them I wanted to break the contract because the car had stopped on the freeway. They told me there was nothing they could do about it since I signed paper work. I test drive the car and it did not do this shit while driving it. I can say the people do have great customer service but the manger not a nice person. The car stopped again on the freeway and me and my husband called them and said since Kia has it they can't do anything about it. Then proceeded to tell my husband "I don't like the way your talking to me and I don't have to give you shit" Kia called me and told me the oil change was never done and the car has a broken axle, back breaks are fucked which is another issue they said they'd fix. It has bunch of problems. Anyone trying to buy a car do not go here as they will fuck you over as they did to the many people that are on these reviews including myself.

    BEWARE: I was in the market for a new car since my little Toyota Corolla was giving out on me and I read so many great reviews about Diamond motor cars and if you visit their Instagram page you will also be fooled because you see all the smiling customers, Anyways i decided to give them a shot because as previously stated you would think their customers were happy and satisfied when reading reviews and browsing their social media . I arrived to the dealership on 03/18/2021 I browsed the lot with the sales person and she was super friendly the whole staff puts on a great show while your browsing the lot they sweet talk you and make you believe their honest and trustworthy and honestly it's easy to fall victim and believe them . Immediately after you sign the paperwork and pay the down payment it's like you visited a whole different car dealership they stop smiling they barely even acknowledge your there it's crazy they stop the show or effort to even show any customer service skills which is crazy because at this point they have all the signatures they need and now your thinking wow did I get screwed over what happen to the nice and honest character of these dealership personals .They are not very upfront with the conditions of the cars they sell . They buy crappy cars from the public do the bare minimum to have them up and running for showing . Most of the cars I viewed had to be jumped started , were missing headlights and door handles just a mess kind of looks like a junk yard at first but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and test drove a 2015 Buick Regal and notice after the test drive there was smoke coming out the tail pipe so I opened the hood inspected it and found the oil was dirty the battery needed to be replaced and I had their mechanic run a diagnostic and he told me it had no codes and that he would replace the battery and do an oil change . I told them I didn't feel comfortable signing a sold as is form until knowing for-sure the car wasn't going to need any immediate repairs, the mechanic and the sales person then said no worries we'll give you a 30 day warranty to bring it in if any issues arise . I ended up trusting the mechanics diagnostic of the car and signed all the paperwork and took the car home . Two days later the check engine light turns on and all my engine cylinders are having misfires and my car is jerking while driving on the highway . I take it back to them the next day after having these issues and they supposedly fixed the issues and 20 minutes after leaving the lot my car starts jerking again and my dash lights are going crazy and I have to turn the car around and drive all the way back up to the dealership with hazard lights on . I end up going back and the mechanic once again is supposedly trying see we're he went wrong and running again another diagnostic keep in mind there was tons of people there with their cars they purchase from here with their paper plates and dealer permits so clearly they had just bought their vehicle and having to bring their cars back for repairs . I then see the owner Sergio and I verbalize to him that if I have to keep bringing my car back and having issues with it that I was going to report him to the better business bureau and make a Yelp and google review warning the public and then he started screaming and cursing at me he said he didn't give a f*ck and that I was f*cked because I signed a sold as is and he said get your car and get the hell of my lot I don't care what you do you already signed everything and then he continued to curse and yell and shoo me away he got super aggressive and defensive all in my face and mind you I'm in shock because this is the OWNER he threatened me he said " keeping f*cking with me I have all your information you better watch out " which is super unprofessional because he threatened to use the info from my auto loan application to retaliate against me if I made these reviews and honestly my sole purpose is to warn people to not allow their fake act of kindness make you vulnerable. I understand sometimes we are in such need of a car we'll go anywhere as long as they guarantee an approval,what's the point of a guaranteed approval if your car will stop working a few days laters . People work hard for their money and people are paying monthly to finance companies to get these cars out the mom and pop dealerships the least they can do is be honest and make sure they sell you a functional vehicle. Anyways the whole time this is happening and I'm being harassed and threatened he said if I did f*ck with him and do the reviews he would f*ck me up and mind you this is coming from Sergio the owner some people that were walking by called Long Beach Police Department and then two officers arrived to assist in making sure I left the car lot safely and that they turned my car back into me . Horrific experience I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody .

She kept us updated throughout the process, and our car arrived right on schedule in March. Going into delivery day, I was honestly prepared for the typical dealership experience where you have to say no over and over to extended warranties and add-ons. Fortunately, that wasn't the case at all. The whole process was smooth, fast, and very respectful. Angel, the finance manager, was a pleasure to work with. He was efficient, professional, and didn't feel predatory or salesy, which we really appreciated. They also gave us a fair deal on our trade-in for my beloved 11-year-old Prius which made the transition feel a lot easier. Overall, everything felt transparent and low stress. We're very happy with our new Grand Highlander and would absolutely recommend Tara and the team at Cabe Toyota.

    I'm sharing my experience so others can avoid what I went through after purchasing a vehicle from…read moreHilltop Cars. I was told the car had been inspected and was in good condition. Very shortly after buying it, I discovered major safety and mechanical issues that were never disclosed, including:    *   Torn/damaged engine mounts - a serious safety issue that is visible with even a basic look under the wheel well    *   Worn/unsafe tires that needed replacement    *   Alignment problems affecting safety and drivability    *   A chipped windshield that was never mentioned These were not minor fixes. I paid $3,105.47 for the mechanical repairs, plus another $147 for the windshield chip -- totaling $3,252.47 out of pocket to correct issues the dealership failed to disclose. When I brought this to their attention, I was given conflicting explanations about the "inspection." At first, I was told the car was inspected. Later, they claimed it was only a visual inspection. Even if that were true, a proper visual inspection would have clearly caught torn engine mounts, because they are visible without even lifting the car. That tells me the inspection was either not done properly, or not done at all. I was also told more than once that I would be reimbursed and that they would "cut me a check." That promise was repeated several times, yet there was no follow-through -- only delays, excuses, and shifting responses. Buying a car is a major financial commitment, and customers deserve honesty, transparency, and accountability. My experience did not reflect that. I hope this review helps others approach this dealership with caution, ask detailed questions, and insist on proper documentation before purchasing.
