My son and I are planning to take a road trip to "Hearst Castle". With that being said, knowing that it's a long 5 and a half hour trip from Studio City to the Castle, we had to be smart about it and go with a rental. We walked into the lot today around 11am, and as we were looking around for few cars, 3 stood out. Prius, a Ford, and couple of SUVs. As we were in the process of looking, 2 employees approached us and wanted to know how can they be some assistance to us? At the moment we said, we need like 7 to 10 more minutes. They said, we will be right here, when you are ready. No rush at all. Which we both loved! After scoping out the place, we approached one of the employees and wanted to see the Prius. The car itself looked very nice and clean. From inside and outside. We moved to the next car and got the same feeling. Unfortunately, prices were a tad expensive. Lot was a decent standard size. Could fit about at least 20-25 cars..easy. The employees were not pushy nor were they forceful to rent us a car. The waiting area looked nice and very clean and so did the lot. We told them we will think a bit more, and will definitely come back to this location. I hope my 5 star review will make a BIG difference next to all the other 1 star negative, bad reviews! Enterprise, YOU ROCK!!! Thank you employees at Enterprise, and management, for your help, dedication and loyalty for all those years...we have rented a car from them twice in the past. I regularly rent cars for work and have recently started to use this location instead of the Burbank Airport location. The only issue that I have ever had here was that they didn't have my car that I reserved and they tried to call me to tell me, but I didn't receive that call because the number they had on file was not the correct number (don't know how that happened). So, I show up and there's no car for me, and we don't know what to do because they think it's my fault that I didn't answer my phone. So they want to put me in a different (more expensive) car and charge me more, which I am not okay with. All to say, it was the perfect recipe for a disaster... But then it wasn't. Shamika was amazingly understanding and accomodating. We changed my information in their system, and I got into a car at the same rate. I was beyond impressed with the phenomenal service and top tier professionalism here, from everyone including the managers and customer service specialists. Ahmi, Kevin, Ellie, and Josh were an absolute delight to work with. They were friendly, efficient, extremely patient, communicative.. and actually made this a memorable & fun experience! I needed a long term rental after my SUV was totaled by a negligent driver. The entire team went above & beyond for the duration of my contracts (2 different vehicles for nearly 2 months) which is proof that the excellent level of service is consistent and standard at this location. I appreciated that they took such care to get me in safe and reliable vehicles, which was my highest priority. As if it couldn't get better, they just happened to have the ideal makes + models that I wanted to drive.. already clean & ready to rent in their lot. Enterprise location is near my house and I was thinking to have a great service throughout the convenience of this location unfortunately after scheduling a rental I found out that the service is 0-0 speaking to a manager Joel or Jerome who was fool with attitude zero Customer Service and when the time came to get the vehicle he start making all kind of stories about the inventory, he doesn't have any vehicles available right now or whatever he has on the lot are already been reserved and if I would like to get a vehicle, I need to go with him to different locations in the city to obtain a vehicle I was more than happy to be at their office and wait until they will deliver one but unfortunately enough he said that's not good enough for him and I have to go with him to pick up a vehicle I said how come you guys don't have a driver drive one to your location stuff now so if you are thinking about renting a vehicle, skip this location don't go through the trouble of poor management, especially service and customer service read more

My experience was great. Mika (I believe her name is) dropped my car off to me in the pouring rain down the block. I had a Lexus that was spotless inside and was really fun to drive. I had to return it when my car was finally done at the shop, and the checkout process couldn't have been quicker or easier. Everyone I interacted with there was very nice. Okay This review is for the young lady Amni, I got into a very stressful situation with my insurance not calling in time to get me a rental, and almost causing me to be late, so I have to pay out of pocket for my rental. Amni deescalated a very stressful situation and got me in a car right away, another gentleman helped me pick a car and now all done. If only my insurance adjuster was this efficient. I wanted to arrange a large vehicle for a trip with friends to Big Bear, so I reserved a Suburban with Enterprise. I was concerned about getting stuck in the snow so I tried calling the local office in Studio City to ask questions. But like most large corporations these days, Enterprise steers the calls to their call center. The woman there told me that they don't rent snow chains. Further, if I tried putting chains on the wheels it would void the warranty. I explained I wanted to rent the car to go to the snow and she assured me the car was four-wheel drive. I thanked her and hung up but wasn't convinced. I had rented a cabin for over $1000 for my wife's birthday party so I needed to be confident we would be able to get there. By digging through endless menus, I located the Studio City office. When I called, the guy working there said "some Suburbans are 4WD and some aren't". I told him 2 wheel drive wasn't an option so he suggested I call their exotic car division to be sure I was getting 4WD. This really annoyed me. I had been assured the car would be 4WD and now I was being asked to spend MORE money just to be sure. So I contacted Avis, one block to the west. They assured me it would be 4WD but told me to book soon as they would have to sublease (probably from Enterprise!) I wrote to Enterprise customer service and told them the situation. If they couldn't guarantee me the vehicle would be four wheel drive, I would pay $75 more, to rent from Avis. I waited three days and never got a response so I cancelled the Enterprise rental and booked with Avis. We took the trip last weekend and it was great. Next time, I'll just call Avis first! read more

This location used to be great about a year ago. Now they changed their staff and the employees are far from exceptional. This review is specifically for Ammi. She is the absolute worst person to work with. She made me drive jump over backwards for her to only screw me over at the end. The enterprise on victory in Burbank was charging me $50 a day for a Audi q3 but unfortunately they rented it out to another person since I was unable to pick it up the same day. I found another Audi q3 at this location & Ammy was trying to rip me off. She tried to charge me $60 a day plus tax & I tried to let her know that the other location was able to give it for $50 a day. But she wouldn't budge. Then they tried to over me a Chevy trax for $50 a day. Absolute liars and thieves. Chevy trax goes for $25 a day average. I've also called corporate and filed a complaint because these employees should not have the power to rip people off. read more

Terrible customer service. Cars are not ready when u are coming, seats in 90% of cars are dirty, no windscreen liquid - so you have to fill it by yourself. People in this office HATES their jobs, they are unhappy and dont wan't to help you. Insurance tales - "buy $30/day insurane or you will be busted by cops". What a joke. I agreed only for damage waiver and after that they changed our car to cheapest one with terrible CVT gearbox. Manager name is Anik Mojumdar. But main SURPRISE was when we come back for return and OFFICE WAS CLOSED due to memorial day on May 27. They know our return date, but nobody warn us about that. And it was only 3 hours before our flight. I've tried to call enterprise support but its literal garbage - robots telling you press 1, press 4, wait 10 years and other shit - we lost 30 minutes trying to call and ask if we can drop our car in LAX airport but nobody told us yes or no. So I decided just no matter what to go to LAX and return the car. And of course they are holding $200 deposit - surprise again! In summary - ALAMO is much better for the same price and I'll never come back to enterprise. read more

The employees are wonderful and very friendly. However, Enterprise co. policy leaves a lot to be desired. Made a reservation well in advance, say about a month. Ordered a certain size car. Got there and had to take a smaller car than reserved. And even had to wait for that. Less price, but again - not what I ordered. Brought the car back a day early and they were relieved as someone was waiting for a car. I was a 1/4 tank less gas, And they even charged me for 4 gallons of gas, at over $5 a gallon. I usually find Enterprise rental car places are one of the best as far as car rental places go- the staff at this location were all friendly and I didn't have any issues with my rental done through USAA insurance- no surprise charges or hassle, they do put a $300 hold on your credit card though. The car style I wanted wasn't on their lot, so they drove me to the Lankershim Blvd location and I was on my way in a newer model Camry. They also vacuumed it before I drove off without me asking. They are located close to several auto body shops on Ventura Blvd, including Autobahn where I was having my car repaired, so they're convenient/walkable if you are getting repairs done. read more

I have to be honest and let the public know, My car broke down, a while back, so luckily I was covered for a warranty, the warranty sent me here, and first impression, a couple was arguing with the manager , not a good way to start my buissness, the cars are crap, maybe I came on a bad day, But here is what made them a 1 star for me, when you leave a deposit you expect to get it back within 1-3 days nope!!! After 2 weeks nothing I called no one ever answers. Honestly could get in trouble for this but I don't care if. Had to go up there and get my money back someone is leaving in an ambulance in it sure wasn't going to be me. Anyways after 3 weeks still no money, I had enough I filed a complaint with BBB with this buissness, called my bank and to get my money back. The thing that was pathetic about these guys is, a detective had to get my money back, the second a detective should up had my money 3 days later. We actually flew in on 8/31 and picked up an Enterprise rental car at the Long Beach location. Those people we very friendly and very nice too. However, after we picked up the car, and in the light of day we noticed some spots on the seat, and the tire light was on - so we asked if we could switch cars when we were here - no problem! The staff and Jonathan were great. made the change seamlessly. Final notes: We had one issue with the remote access key - called the customer service 1-800 # - handled quickly and with great service! funny story on the 24 hour emergency email request - they responded a week after we got home We turned the car in at SFO- again fast, efficient and friendly staff - I am fan of Enterprise after this vacation trip! read more

I used to rent from enterprise all the time. This past year I was renting for 11 months straight with enterprise. I was in a near death car accident. Someone hit me head-on and my car was totaled. These past 11 months I have been renting different cars through Enterprise and for the most part, it was a good experience. The selection is limited, but I was always able to find a decent car. I really appreciate Kevin who helped me a lot finding cars and giving me great deals, this review does not reflect him it reflect the overall business and current manager. As everyone knows as you rent cars, you have to pay upfront for how long you need the car. This has been the case the whole year that I have been renting. This last experience when I gave back my BMW I was a hit with a $3000 bill. I have already paid this before I gave back the car, otherwise it would not be possible to be renting the car. This has been the case all along. My credit card limit for the specific car wasn't even that high so it would be impossible for me to pay this at the end of the rental. I have all the receipt saying that I paid this car on my credit card bill, which I have already paid off. When I gave the card back, the manager Ami told me that I have to re-pay for the card because the card was not authorized. Even though I have all the receipts and paper copies saying that I fully paid this. After not hearing from them for a few weeks, I get a voicemail tonight from them saying that they will be sending this to collections. Shame on you guys. I paid for this car already and you guys know it. I have the receipts that I am looking at right now. Sadly, this looks like it will be a lawsuit, and I will never rent from this place ever again. Some other little bad experiences happened over the air not significant enough to mention here, but let me tell you if anyone needs a rental car place I would go to MidCarRentals on Lankershim. They have a better selection, are honest about payment and cars are cleaner and in better condition. SMH read more
