Came in with not one, buy two metal punctures in my tire. This place was recommended and it was super close. They took a look and started the repair. Before they did much, I asked if they could just replace the tire as it was an older tire anyways. He was able to find a used one that fit my car! Was on my way in about 30 mins. read more

These guys were awesome! Steve and his brother helped me out with the TPMS sensors for my 2008 Mercedes E350! Versus another local tire shop who messed up the placement of my TPMS sensors since my mechanic couldn't read the sensors from my car, Steve installed the replacement ones my own mechanic gave me, while his brother was trying to figure out why the sensors were not being read by my mechanic. Turns out that the sensors given to me by my mechanic were Nissan sensors and not Mercedes ones. Would have never known this if Steve's brother didn't take the extra step to figure it all out. Will definitely have a talk with my mechanic about the sensors being wrong. Thank you Steve and Brother! You guys are very genuine, wholesome, and friendly! These people were selling spline lug nut keys on offer up it was $10.00 for the 6spline key and I called for a 7spline key they had for $20.00 the guy said it was his last one and he didn't want to sell it I told him I had a flat and I was visiting from San Diego he didn't care I could leave him a deposit of $100.00 and he closes at 4:00pm and it was already 3:30 no way would I have Been able to drive there and back in 30min it's a 40min drive one way so I would have lost $100.00 for the key he was not understanding at all he told me he would take $100.00 for the key if I wanted to just buy it when they don't even go for more than $15.00 for I was okay paying $5.00 more cause I needed it not $80.00more !!! you can't take advantage of someone who needs help no way will I ever call or recommend these people ! read more

Excellent customer service! My tires blew out on the freeway on my way to see my parents in North Hollywood. Luckily I had a spare tire with me so I was able to make it safely. My brother recommended this place, in fact he's sent many people here because of their service and affordable price. As soon as I drove in, I was greeted right away and the gentleman started to work on the tires. It was done in less than 30 minutes. Hopefully I won't have to come back here soon, but if my family or friends need tire service, I would send them here. read more

I was very pleased with the service. The owner, vanessa appears to be a very friendly, knowledgeable, and honest person. she told me exactly what I needed to know about my tire situation. Her main priority seemed to be safety, but she also did not suggest that I replace my tire unless it was absolutely necessary and she explained to me why it should be replaced. she recommended quality tires for safety and warranty, but she also informed me that I could opt for a much less expensive tire. Her prices were better than the nearby other tire shops The mechanics were fast and efficient. It took less than 1 hour. Also mc donalds is very close if you want to wait there. I drove in with my prius, and this young guy in his early twenties helped me getting my front tire, mounted and balanced it. He was super duper cool! He even armoraled all my four tires and checked all four tire pressures. I've been in so many mechanic and tire shops, and didn't see anyone polite as he was. This is one of the best experiences I have had period. The tire pressure signal in my car had been telling me for a while that my tire pressure was low. I put air in the tires a couple of times hoping it was not a nail. After about a few weeks I had to give into the idea that I probably had a nail in my tires. Yes both tires on my left side had low tire pressure. I looked up the nearest tire shop to my neighborhood and Venegas tire shop came up. I was promptly greeted and helped right away. Low and behold I did have a nail in my tire but that was not the end of it. When they removed my tires they showed me my rims and they were both bent! Needless to say I needed more than just a tire patched. They told me they could fix the rim but they needed to heat up the metal in order to hammer it back in place and that there might be damage on the inside of the rim. Honestly, that sounded like a much cheaper option than buying 2 new rims. They did quick work and for a very reasonable price. The owner, and what I believe were his sons were very helpful and friendly. They did good work I am very satisfied. I would definitely come back for any service. They were quick, honest and humble! I'm lucky these guys are in my backyard. The chrome on the inside of my rims started peeling several months ago, causing my tires to deflate. These guys cleaned up my rims a couple times really well and in time I saved up enough money to buy a set of almost new rims from this shop and new tires... The rims are sick, light, clean as hell and the brand new tires I got are so quiet, a much smoother drive than previously and at a steal of a price. Just had my first experience with Venegas Tires, and it was so good I had to write this comment. I needed low-profile tires for my wife's car, and they are always a special order item, and more expensive than I like. Anthony, son of Moises the owner, was very professional, polite, and thorough -- he even called the distributor to make sure what warranty came with the tires. He gave me a very good price on Sumitomo, and they were balanced and installed quickly. Venegas Tire just became my "go-to" tire store. (I notice some negative reviews, and they all appear to be from a time when the shop had a different owner. Moises bought it since then, and from everything I could tell, he is really running the place right.) read more
