Great tire place....I opened a business in 1999 next door to this place. In the early 2000s I used to take my car here for tire work and stuff and Armen was always a nice guy. When I closed the business down 10 years ago, I actually forgot about this place. Fast forward to today and I remembered them when I had a leak in one of my tires. I raced and got there about 35 mins before they closed they were so nice and friendly. Nobody tried to upsell me anything and basically showed me the screw sticking out of my tire and from the positioning of the screw I knew it couldn't be sealed. I bought 2 new fronts tires from somewhere else like 2 years ago and was told the front tires has a while to go so I just decided to get 2 new back ones. Gave me a price and got it done. Have you ever wondered where the pit crews for Nascar races train to acquire those lightning speed tire-changing skills? Wonder no more because the training camp is located right here in the Valley at Jalisco Tires. Okay, Jalisco Tires isn't REALLY the Nascar headquarters but it might as well be with the in-and-out the door service they provide. As my luck would have it, I had recently purchased a new tire (not at Jalisco) and had my tires rotated. The new tire clearly had a slow leak resulting in my having to put air in it every few days. I was crossing my fingers that it was merely a patchwork project because I didn't want to buy another tire, yet again! My boyfriend raved about Jalisco and the owner Armen so off I went to solve my tire dilemma. Although not in the best neighborhood, Jalisco is welcoming due to its sparkling clean facilities. One would never suspect that car work is done here (except for the mountains of rubber tires everywhere). Instantly when I arrived, an employee rushed to my car in a curbside, valet-style (no waiting!). We explained that there is a leak and before even finishing the sentence another employee was already removing the tire! It turns out I had a bubble in my tire. I had a bit of a panic moment when I was told I needed a new tire and that they didn't have used ones at the moment. Although not priced badly ($60); I was extremely relieved when another employee walked over and confirmed that they DO have a used one for only $20. Even though it is a little upsetting that the first guy didn't know what he was talking about, I was too happy to focus on that. Once I said okay, the tire was on the car in record speed time! I think I am STILL standing at Jalisco with my mouth open at how fast the service was! The tire was changed, cash payment was made (no receipt though), and I was done! I only spent 5 minutes at Jalisco! Had I been driving a Nascar race, I would still be the winner. Unbelievable how quick there were! In case you are wondering, the new (used) tire is in great shape and seems to be of quality (a Firestone tire). Jalisco is fast on service, high on quality, and great kind customer service. So the next time your son or daughter says they want to be on a pit crew when they grow up, take them to Jalisco Tire to begin training. That along with low prices makes Jalisco Tires unbeatable! read more

Been coming here atleast 5 years. The owner ARMEN is really friendly... has pretty good prices and does good service. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 is cause quite a few times they've been out of my size tire "used". However he usually makes a few calls and refers me to someone nearby that has that size tire. He also has the lowest prices in the Valley for new tires. Also he "patches" tires really cheap as well. $5 for a patch and he'll tell you if all you need is a patch rather than being dishonest and saying "yeah you need a new tire." Only dealt with him for tire type things but he's always been good. I highly recommend this place for females who aren't car/tire knowledgeable and need a honestly friendly person to deal with. Ask for ARMEN, he's always there. EDIT: Yeah he deserves 5-stars now... great service. I'm a delivery driver and go through tires frequently and never have had a problem here. read more
