DO NOT GO TO LATINO TIRES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!! If I could leave 0 stars, I would. I went to replace my tires yesterday and they didn't tighten my rear left tire's lugnuts. On my way home, the car was wobbling so we called to ask why that was the case. The owner, Tony, said it was because I needed to get an alignment, and he tried to sell me on that as well. 2 hrs later on my way home, the tire fell off and caused damage to my rotor and car. I went back this morning to complain and conveniently, Tony wasn't at the shop. The workers called him and he took no accountability for damages. He yelled at me on the phone and said it wasn't their fault. The customer service is horrific and you'll end up with more damage to your car. Tony is the worst owner/manager I have ever encountered and even his workers apologized and took accountability, but he didn't. I've attached pictures so everyone can see what a horrible place this is. I will be filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and suing Latino Tires for all damages and negligence. read more

Update: It's been less than 24 hours since I was there and the "used but good tire" is flat. This is the tire that was replaced. It has a massive crack in it. This is people's lives you are messing with if someone's tire explodes on the freeway from shotty work that is on you. The shop doesn't open until 9. Now I'm at another shop who told me that both tires that were replaced at your shop were bad. Two different tires and two different sizes not to mention that massive crack. It was 120 bucks and I was asked to write a review for a discount. Believe the people on here and don't go here! Oh yeah and my perfectly good tire that was patached last month he said was bald and needed to be changed so I paid money for him to take my good tire and give me two bad ones. read more

They changed the tire; I drove home and as i got out the tire looked different. It was then I noticed they gave me the wrong tire size. So unhappy with this tire shop. The young gentleman working the night I took my car probably didn't really care to fix my tire the right way and was more worried about going home. Approximately two weeks ago, I was out around 6pm and my tire pressure light came on. I checked my tires and I had a nail in my passenger side rear tire. Unfortunately the tire shop I've been using for 15th year was closed and my wife found this tire shop. We came here and a young male helped to remove the nail and plug the tire. I guess he was more worried about going home then making sure my tire was fixed right. For the past two weeks my rear tire has been leaking air and I had to get it fixed again at a different shop. In October 2023, I called Latino Tires and asked for 4 used tires for my BMW. I provided Latino Tires with the size and rating of all tires. They told me that they had them available and that I should come in. One day after installation, one of the front tires popped. They replaced the tire, but I noticed they replaced it with a mismatched brand. They told me they would get the matching tire, call me, and put it on. Four months later, they had still not called. Further, during an inspection, it was revealed that the replacement tire they used had rips throughout the inside, which could be dangerous, especially when driving my toddler. I also found out during that inspection that ALL 4 TIRES were completely incorrect and did not match the required size or rating for the car. Latino Tires put two tires of different sizes on the front of my car, neither of which were correct. And both back tires were also wrong. He told me he would replace them for free, and would have the replacements in on Monday February 26. He did not--he's claimed that the size is difficult to get. He's continued to completely blow me off. They are liars, fraudsters, and deserve to be shut down. They'll put you and your family's lives at risk to make a few extra bucks. read more

A month ago, I had a nail in the front passenger side tire of my Cadillac SUV. Called the shop around 6:45PM. The guy told me "If you get here before closing I'll take care of it." I was there at 6:55PM since I was not far from the shop. Pulled in, the mechanics took care of it within 15 min. Repair was fast and professionally done. Was Treated with respect as a customer. No issues with the tire after the repair within a month. Will be back in case of tire repair and/or replacing my tires with new ones as they sell too. Overall great job guys. read more

So nothing against the workers. Even though I asked them if the tires were fine. They seem to have a lot of options and place looks clean and convenient parking in the rear. The owner looked like a proper guy and sounded legit on the phone. However, the tires he sold me "almost new" were not accepted by the BMW so I had to pay twice. Maybe do your own due diligence and not rely on other people. Update The owner Mike did call me back the next day and tried to resolve it. Even though he did offer to take the tires back it was an inconvenience for me still. I won't be doing that because I have no trunk to put the tires in. I took my car for an early checkup at 8:00 AM on a Sunday and they keep the car all day and did absolutely nothing. I called twice and both times they told me the mechanic was working on the car. At 4 p.m. they called me, and they rudely told me to go get my car because the mechanic hadn't had time to check it. Needless to say, I pay Uber to drop me off and get it, they wasted my time and lied to me all day. The owner, who is the person who was going to check my car, never showed me his face, some women that are always there were the ones who called me and told me that they were not going to check it, because on Sundays it is very difficult, they would have said it from the beginning. Terrible. I do not recommend this place and I would avoid this shop at all costs. I called Mike looking for used 19 inch tires for my company car. He said he had the tires in stock and assured us that they were all matching tires (I will get to that later) and offered them to us at a reasonable price. I showed up, had the rear tires mounted first (they were off the car) and went back to install the fronts. After having the rear tires installed, I dropped off the tries to grab the front pair when I realized rear the tires he sold us were Dunlop's but different models? When I returned back to the shop to have the fronts mounted, they scratched our wheel taking a huge part of the paint off. I asked how he would fix this situation and the only form of condolence he offered was to sell us a new wheel at his cost? Really? Maybe his workers should learn to properly install a tire instead? As for the wheel he said he would get for us, he never asked what size, brand or offset the wheel was. I simply got fed up and left that place knowing I will never deal with them again. When I have the chance to mount all of the wheels back on our car, I noticed that all of our wheels were slightly damaged. Trust me, I order 18-30 tires a month for our fleet vehicles and this shop had the worst installer I have ever seen. read more

They will play you if you allow them to, I spent hella money with these guys, referred them plenty biz and in return I got shitty service when I called and told them my tire that was recently replaced by them was damaged! I changed my tire a week and a half ago and went out of town the same day.... I got back over the weekend and haven't driven my car since and within 10 mins of driving my tire blew out, I called Tony who I thought was a solid individual and would show some respect. I told them I was over 45 miles away and my only option was to get a new tire from the place I'm at. I asked them if they could reimburse me or meet me in the middle on pricing... I was told "that's not my problem" and hung up the phone! Let me say, I'm almost never one to write reviews, so if I do write a review, the business was either so amazing or so horrible that I feel the need to let others know my opinion. In this case, Latino tires' service was far below what anyone should have to deal with. I bought two tires and paid for an alignment with Latino Tires. After this was done, and I left the shop, my car was unsafe to drive on the road. Whatever "alignment" they did and tires they gave me, caused my car to shake violently on the road. When I confronted them about the issue, they would not take accountability and said my car had an issue mechanically. I had to go to another tire shop, pay for another set of tires and perform another alignment. There, the mechanic was amazing and even showed me how Latino tires completely messed up my alignment. I would not recommend anyone perform an alignment at Latino Tires, as they do not know what they're doing. I spoke with the owner of Latino tires and even showed him proof that his workers did not perform my alignment correctly. I understand people make mistakes and gave him the opportunity to own up to it, instead I was yelled at and denied my money back. I hate being negative and am never one to speak badly on others, but what I went through is not right. Do not go to Latino Tires, there's a million tire shops in LA, do your research and you can find a better place to go. read more
