I came in with a couple photos of how I wanted my nails to be done and a piece of fabric of the dress that I was going wear for the wedding. Tiffany patiently went over the photos and discussed the pros and cons to help me pick one. Then she picked the color that matched my dress the most. We decided to go with builder gel nails. Tiffany was professional, patient, and detail-attentive. She spent time drawing every single small flowers for me and fixed what I did not like. The results turned out to be amazing. It was elegant and cute at the same time. And the quality of the nails are beyond expectations. I am not the gentle type, and I have to do house chores. But none of the nails has broken so far. Not even a scratch. The surface is still glossy. I have a pit bull puppy who keeps on munching on my fingers, but the nails didn't have a scratch (of course I didn't purposely let the dog chew on it for a long time). The cost isn't low, of course. But with the dedication, the customer service, and the results, it's all worth it. I highly recommend this place

The way he spoke to us was beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable. No customer should ever be treated with that level of hostility, especially over a toddler crying. Life happens, kids cry, and the way he chose to handle it was cruel, embarrassing, and incredibly unprofessional. If this is how the owner treats paying customers and families, that says everything you need to know about this business. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of salons that know how to treat people with basic human decency and respect. This is not one of them.

I did a walk in which is atypical of me, but to my surprise - they were able to see me right away. Cam worked on my manicure and was meticulous about his craft. I appreciate how he took his time and even started over if he didn't like how one finger turned out as he was layering on the coats. Tracy worked on my pedicure -- y'all need to book with her! She ensured the pedicure mirrored a spa experience as much as possible -- from the leg and foot scrub, to the clay mask, all the way to the hot stone foot massage -- it gave the right vibes all around for a pampering session. The salon itself isn't very big -- 7 pedicure massage chairs and 5 manicure stations but these guys are quick, efficient, sanitary, and reasonably priced. I'm order to have "V" I need to make an appointment which is usually for me Sunday's. V is so nice and gentle with my hands, does a good job and I leave happy with the end results. Pedicures I'm ok with the other ladies helping me. Often the ladies will double team and work on hands and feet at the same time and I'm ok with that too.

She kept looking about the room and speaking in her native language and slammed one of her nail tools on the table and then insisted all the nails were the same length. I kept trying to get her to actually look at my nails. When she finally did, she said someone else would have to help me. When I called her out on her inappropriate and unprofessional behavior and action, she said she was not going to help me as I "don't like" her. I reminded her that I've been to this salon several times over the last year and this is the only time I've ever been treated in such a manner. Nu ended up doing my manicure and was able to fix the mess that Linda left. I'm typing this up as I'm in the massage chair receiving an amazing pedicure from Susan. I never walk-in to salons/restaurants and only make appointments/reservations because my time is precious and I hate waiting around. It's disrespectful to your customer's time to not at least give them a heads up. I was waiting 40-45 minutes past my appointment time today and left in the middle of what I was doing to get here on time for you. In the same way you would not take me 45 min late, it's unacceptable to do so with me. Please give me a call or text next time as I'd like to continue being a regular here; that's all I ask. Thanks.
