This is such a cute nail salon. They are all very nice, friendly, and interactive with everyone. They offered me snacks and drinks as soon as I came into their salon. I came in with a certain idea of how I want my nails based on a photo of someone else's nails and these lady's helped me create something original for my own nails. I came in looking to do acrylic nails, but they educated me on why acrylics are bad and damaging to my natural nails and guided me to look at 'dip powder' differently. They informed me that my nails were already thin and weak so the dip powder will actually help my nails become stronger due to their benefits, which you can ask them about because they know the differences between the styles. They did not rush on my nails, they took their time and made sure I was happy with each step of my nails; length, thickness, color, etc. They were all fine with having a conversation with me and did not act stuck up at all, like other nail salons. My nail technician (I forgot to ask for her name) actually fell in love with my nails and posted the end result on their instagram! **keep in mind that if you're in a rush, SCHEDULE AHEAD OR LET THEM KNOW YOU'RE IN A RUSH** - I wasn't in a rush to go anywhere, I wanted to relax and enjoy a "me-day," I got there at 12pm and left at 4pm. Absolutely loved my nails!!! I got them done (my first time!) especially for junior prom and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The workers were very welcoming and accommodating. There were even snacks and drinks for the customers! I got an acrylic set with a light pink base and the glitter ombré on top and a couple of gems :)) I forgot the exact names but the color complimented my dress really nice! Fun fact: they have special rates for special occasions like prom or birthdays. Superrr affordable!!!!!!!! 10/10 would come back. I came 20 minutes before closing time thinking they wouldn't accept my mom and I, but they were friendly and quickly seated us. One of the nail technicians just took off my older nail polish since I was doing a pedicure and then left me there. Another nail technician came like half an hour later and finished me up. She did a great job and was very precise and I ended up happy with my pedicure. And there was another client next to me who was very picky and they were very patient with her. Overall I was happy with their service and I will probably come back despite how long it took. And also taking into count that although they closed they were still working on me and taking their time with no rush. read more

The nail technician barely cleaned my cuticles, was not thorough when applying the polish. Biggest pet peeve is when they dont paint the side of my nails. She also left my nail beds rough and when polish was applied, it was bumpy! Some fingernails had threads hanging but she just painted over it. I had to tell her but she didnt pay much more attention to the remaining fingers. Her next customer arrived early for her appt but she rushed to finish my job. I only came here because it's close to my sister's house but I should have made the drive to where I usually go. I was shocked when they told me how much it was. $28 for the quality of work for a simple gel manicure is way too much. I'm so irritated at my fingernails! read more

My mom and I went a day ago, she got a gel manicure and pedicure. I got a full acrylic set and a pedicure. My moms manicure didn't last a full day when the polish started peeling off. My acrylics are already coming off. I used to go here because they did a good job but now all they do is talk. Very sad. read more

Used the yelp app to schedule an appointment for me and the hubby to get some well needed pedicures, went in right on time, got seated right away. Water temperature was perfect, chairs were the most comfortable I've ever experienced, and my gel pedicure came out just how I wanted. One huge thing that I liked was the bigger lamp for the gel nail polish, every other place has smaller ones that slip and hit my foot. The lamp here was more secure and I didn't have to worry about my foot being burned by the lamp. Another thing I appreciated was the fact that I'm very ticklish when it comes to the stone scrub portion, and for the first time they realized it and just massaged the solution on my heels instead of torturing me with the scrubber. Very clean establishment, the ladies were so nice and took great care of us. Definitely will be going back! Make sure to book an appointment, many people tried to walk in but there simply weren't enough people to assist them. read more

Today was my first time at Mimi's nails and I will NEVER go back!!!! Horrible customer service! Unorganized! No professionalism! I asked if they had time for a manicure and pedicure. They said yes and half way into my pedicure they asked if I could come back later so that they could take an appointment that came in. If they knew an appointment was coming in then they shouldn't have took me! I kept asking the technician to cut my nails shorter and she said no. WTH??! If I'm paying you to do my nails and I want them shorter then do my nails how I feel is right for me. I took my business elsewhere. Garbage!! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
