You could tell he genuinely cared about what he was doing. He asked thoughtful questions--whether I wanted LED or a traditional red bulb--and walked me through the pros and cons of each option in a way that actually made sense to someone like me. What really stood out was how hands-on he was. He picked out a few options, brought them to the counter, and used a socket setup to actually show me how each bulb looked when lit. Then he carefully explained the differences so I could make an informed decision. That level of service is rare. The store itself is incredible--if it exists in the world of lightbulbs, they have it. But what made the experience memorable was Guy. He was knowledgeable, polite, enthusiastic, and took real pride in helping a customer. You just don't see that level of care as often anymore.
