The last time I got my lashes done, I was given a "cat eye" look that really did not match my eye shape. Ella took the time to figure out a good style that would suit me better, and she got right to work. She is very methodical - she knows exactly what she's doing. Her fun music and soothing voice are a nice touch when you have to lie still with your eyes closed for two hours. The pricing is also quite reasonable - just note that she prefers Zelle as a payment method. Because I have a smaller bank that doesn't use Zelle, she downloaded Venmo for me to pay her. I am sorely disappointed.. after the disaster of going through my lash lift through Milita (see…read morephoto evidence), I was upset. Milita offered to re-do some lash extensions at their expense, which I thought was really generous. However, after conferring with about 4-5 other lash studios and having them take a look at my lashes, they all advised me not to have any lash lift or lash extensions done to my eyes until they had time to fully repair. I waited several weeks and did not get a lash extension fill anywhere. Now that it has been months and my lashes have finally had time to heal, I sent an email to Milita asking for the lash extensions and even offering to pay. They declined me on the premise that "since we could not handle this privately, they cannot offer me any service." I am sorely disappointed in this entire situation. I have always been a huge supporter of the lash extensions at this place. I have only sung praises about the extensions. However, my eyes were burned and my lashes were fried, frayed, and simply unacceptable after the lash lift that the tech tried to do on me. I know that it isn't just my lashes because I was able to get the lift right at another location (see my other reviews). Rather than making good on their promise to allow me to have lash extensions done, I am now denied service entirely. When I expressed my frustration at the situation, I was emailed back that they simply did not want to make me unhappy again. Which makes no sense as I had only sung their praises at the beginning (see below) and have never been disappointed in the lash extensions. Regardless, it makes me feel as though I am being denied future service because of a poor review I left on some genuine low-quality service that really did damage my lashes and ruin a lot of my self-esteem for a while. I would never return to get that service, but I am sorely disappointed that I am not welcome back for the services I did enjoy. I will move on to another location.

I've done the fake lash extensions for years now and they just don't do it for me anymore. I also don't want to look like Mr. Snuffleupagus when I'm trying to look cute. If I do get falsies I'm lucky if they last a week. I've also done magnetic lashes too but those don't stay on well resulting in the corners being undone. I wanted my lashes to look as natural as possible with some curl to it. My lashes naturally lie flat and even with mascara, they don't appear to stand out. Lash perms can give your own lashes the extra curl needed. Most of all the perms last for at least a month! Odette was sweet, calm and patient with me given this was my first time doing this. She explained the process and checked in with me often since the perm solution they put on can cause mild stinging. I felt that but it didn't cause serious discomfort. In the days ahead, my eyes did crust up but what I was left with were a beautiful set of lashes that were of my own, just a bit enhanced to give you that va-va-va voom oomph to your look. If paired with eyelash primer and a coat of mascara, they stand out guaranteeing you won't get that Snuffleupagus aesthetic. I would definitely recommend lash perms for a special occasion/vacation. My session lasted an hour allowing for relaxation. In fact, I took a 20-minute nap while on the table! Parking is a breeze with Posh Beauty situated in a large strip mall with adequate free parking.
