Her hand skills are fantastic, and I have never had an issue after a session. They always look perfect. The quality of the products she uses is clearly top notch. My lashes easily last 3 weeks, and I don't hold back. I go swimming, sweat in them, and wash them regularly with lash soap, and they still look amazing every time. Beyond the technical work, Kelly is just a wonderful, down-to-earth person. We have such great conversations during my appointments. She is incredibly thoughtful and full of wisdom. It's rare to find someone you just "click" with on that level, and it makes the appointments so enjoyable. From a logistics standpoint, they are fantastic as well. They are always on time, and my appointments end exactly when scheduled. Additionally, their pricing is very reasonable. Quick take: COVID-19 re-opening…read more After not being able to go to Fusion for over 6 months I was elated when Michelle was able to re-open under the regulations of Alameda County. Much has changed since my last appointment. This is one of the very few business where I was able to answer yes to all of the health and safety measures. Fusion was immaculate and super clean before the pandemic. Upon arrival I sent a text to let Michelle know that I arrived. After instructed to enter she opened the door and did a temperature check. Hand sanitizer is available in every room. Michelle was double masked and wearing gloves. I entered with my mask on and kept it on for the duration of the appointment. An air purifier was on the whole time. Also, a UV-C light sanitizer is used after every client. Appointments are being spaced out with an hour in between every client. Michelle also decided to let two hair dressers go due to health and sanitary concerns for her clients. So I was the only person in the spa during my whole appointment time. She is very conscious and made changes in order to keep everyone healthy. I've always felt safe coming to see Michelle. She will always take care of her clients. The color selection is vast! I'm always here for a pedicure and a clean up manicure. Nothing fancy. I've been seeing Ms. Van for years and she always gets my toes and fingers looking good. She is very particular about rough edges and dry skin. She will make sure they're smooth and moisturized. Although they say they accept walk-ins, I suggest you make an appointment. I've seen people walk in but because this nail salon is phenomenal, they have to turn people away. Or they really try to see you the next day. They're busy because they're good. They take the time to pamper you so you never feel like you're being rushed out of here.
