I had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, I was greeted warmly right away, and Jasmine was very friendly throughout my appointment. Unfortunately, the quality and cleanliness fell far short: Distractions: Jasmine repeatedly stepped away to answer phones. When I spoke up, she brought someone else over to help, but told me she had to tell her coworkers I was "complaining" just to get them to cover the desk. Rough Filing & Pain: She filed my natural nails down way too thin, causing a painful burning sensation under the UV light that left my nails super sore. The side edges were also left so sharp that I was accidentally scratching myself and had to file them smooth at home. Finishing & Hygiene: I wasn't asked to wash off the nail dust before she applied cuticle oil all the way up to my wrists, and the hand massage was extremely rough. The station itself was also visibly unkept. While the greeting was friendly, the poor technique, lack of cleanliness, and rushed service make it hard to recommend. read more

Every single tech is very detailed and the pedicures, no matter which one you get are amazing. They do have seasonal pedicures and jelly pedis! The salon is modern and has literally any and every color you can think of and the nail techs are all great and meticulous when it comes to getting the designs right. They also offer beverages during your service which is a nice touch! Jasmine really prides herself of making sure every customer leaves satisfied with their services. Jasmine I'm sorry I didn't take a picture when you first did my nails but this may be my favorite set, a simple cat eye French tip with some chrome decal. The service is always good here, the girls are so nice and take really good care of you. They have a wonderful selection of colors very large menu color of cat eye colors too!! Overall, a pretty positive experience however I've been growing my natural nails and just having them shortened and re-shaped for about a year with little to no issue. Unfortunately, after coming here and getting a gel manicure with a reshape, two of my nails broke - one within two days and one within a week. It's frustrating because they're my real nails and so now I need to cut them all and start the process again. I just don't think the tech that did. My nails knows how to do an almond shape on a natural nail without messing up the integrity of the nail. I will say I do like the amount of options they have for the pedicures and they have a ton of options for jellies and nail shades so it makes me kind of sad, but I have to put nail health over nail colors. My nail beds are very sensitive and Peter is incredibly gentle while still paying great attention to detail. I also had the Tropical Pedicure, which was so relaxing. I've been putting off this review for a couple weeks now because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but I am really unhappy with my hands and feet. First off, they didn't do the design that I requested but I didn't make a big deal out of it because my nails still looked nice. In the course of two weeks I had my thum nail and my middle finger break. I've been getting gel X for well over 7 years now with the same nail tech in Nevada and this has not happened before. To make things worse, my big toenail polish had cracked a week after getting them done and the right ring toe finger also cracked at the edge because it was too thin, which honestly has never been a problem before . And now about three weeks later, the polish started peeling on my big toe and I'm now noticing that underneath, my toenails are very thin and cracked in multiple places. (Will post pics for reference) My big toenail has always been very very strong so for it to be this week is very confusing and disappointing. Not to mention my cuticles look awful. Anyways, there's no reason why I should be having this much damage on my toenails. I typically go two months with the same gel polish, but it's only been three weeks. As a service provider myself, I always try to give the benefit of the doubt, but I am just very unhappy with the quality and current state of my Nails. Came in on a weekday and the salon was packed back to back, so it's definitely a popular place (they have a full staff). Parking was easy, they offer drinks, and there are TONS of color options. As a first time customer, I was a little confused with the check-in process since I later realized you're supposed to use the kiosk (enter your phone #) and grab the color books by the entrance. The front desk staff didn't greet me and stayed on her phone until I sat down. I had a pedicure and manicure appointment. The staff member who did my pedicure was quick, but my toes didn't come out exactly how I wanted. I showed a reference picture beforehand and wanted a very square shape, but they ended up more rounded square. Not bad, just not quite what I had in mind. I showed her a picture of my desired shape, and when she replied, 'Yeah, I know,' I trusted that we were on the same page and let her do her thing. I booked with Jas for my manicure because I love her nail designs, and she's clearly talented. But, as someone who's sensitive and prefers a gentler touch, I found the service a rough. The drill was hot and I ended up with a small cut when she was filing. The final result looked great, but if you're sensitive like me, that's something to keep in mind. Overall, i'd give this salon a 7/10. Quick service, and lots of options, but I personally would have appreciated a little more gentleness & better understanding of the desired shape for my toes. read more

It is quote pretty in there as well and they had music playing that was tasteful. Super friendly staff and the owner knows how to run this spot! This was probably my 3rd visit here and I even brought my mom for a quick pedicure during a weekday lunch. She was in/out in less than an hour. We got the deluxe pedicure, which came out to around $48. Lots of gel colors to choose from. The staff was super nice to my mom and I got to talk to the owner a little bit to schedule my next appointment. I love how the owner takes care of her customers by doing something a little extra (e.g. raffle giveaways, hand out roses to moms during mother's day, etc). The space is clean and modern. I got a couple nail sets done here and the owner was able to match my inspo pic very closely! I was quite impressed - so much closer than what other spots do. I will totally be a regular here and come back. I always see happy customers leaving this spot. They also provide complimentary drinks (quality tea here! Real tea leaves). I've been happy with my nails time and time again--especially the pedicures. I love a good foot rub and fresh toes! You can choose from different types of pedicures, so sometimes I get a little boujie. No one rushes you here; they take the time to do it right rather than just getting you out the door. Recently, I brought in my three daughters for graduation nails, and they seated us all next to each other so we could chat and soak up the moment together. It was such a sweet memory. I came in for my birthday nails and asked for a nail tech based on the photos they post online. I was told she was "on vacation," and instead I was reassured that anyone there could do the same work. Unfortunately, that wasn't true. After my pedicure (which was amazing--thank you, Ann!), I clearly explained that I wanted my Gel-X removed and builder gel with the design from my inspiration photo. Instead, Kim took over. From the start, she had a rude attitude, barely communicated with me, and looked annoyed the entire time. I specifically asked to keep my length because I had been growing out my natural nails. Instead, she filed them down almost to my nail beds. They are now extremely short, and I could literally feel how aggressively she was filing. At that point, I gave up on the design because I had already lost confidence in the service. When I went to pay, Jasmine even noticed how short my nails were and asked what happened. Kim's excuse was that the shape wouldn't come out right, but that should have been discussed with me--not decided for me. What disappointed me even more was that no one offered any kind of solution. I'm not saying the service should have been free, but if a customer leaves unhappy with nails they didn't ask for, at least offer a partial discount or try to make it right. Instead, I was charged full price for something I completely disliked. Now I have to spend even more money at another salon to fix my birthday nails. The only reason this isn't a complete zero-star review is because Ann did an excellent job on my pedicure and was incredibly kind. Unfortunately, my experience with Kim completely ruined the visit. This happened on June 26, and I'm only leaving a review now. Unfortunately, even after weeks, the sides of my nail still haven't grown back. I've been to this salon several times, and they've always been great. This review is simply about my experience during this visit. Unfortunately, Eva cut the sides of my natural square nail way too deep, making it uneven. My nails are naturally square, so I don't understand why she cut into the sides at all. I had to tell her to stop before she did the rest. I'm honestly really mad and disappointed because my nail shape was completely ruined, and now all I can do is wait for it to grow back. To the salon's credit, they handled the situation professionally. I insisted on paying since they had already worked on my nails, but they refused and said, "It's unfair for you." I appreciated that gesture. Even though I appreciate how the salon handled the situation, I'm still very disappointed with what happened. I hope this feedback helps prevent the same thing from happening to someone else. read more
