Once they call you you go inside which is basically the rooms where you draw your blood. I was confused at first seeing no one going inside or opening the door after they checked in at the kiosk. However the process was good and pretty quick and it wasn't crowded like most locations. Most likely it was just one of those days I'm sure this place can get crowded like other offices. I was greeted by a woman at the front desk and taken cared of in the best way by my phlebotomist. I didn't get his name but he did so well with keeping me calm. I'm not afraid of needles but blood does make me a little anxious. The flow was quick and process was easy. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this location especially for those who care about customer service and great care.
