Even the young man who kept our water and bread baskets filled and boxed our leftovers, did an exceptional job. Reservations are highly recommended. You will need to leave that on a voicemail so try to plan ahead in case they're booked up. They have two dining rooms side-by-side. It gets busy and is currently open Thursday through Saturday for dinner. It gets loud as people are dining and enjoying themselves. The ambience is always delightful and fun. You can really tell the amount of pride and skill that goes into their service and meals. Tips: order all of your food upfront so that if your favorites are popular that night, they don't run out before you order. Popular items are Chilean Sea Bass and fresh-made desserts like the dreamy, white cake, just to name a couple.

Ambiance is the perfect bistro setting with a romance of delight.

Finding a table for three on Valentine's Day without a reservation usually ends in heartbreak, but…read morewe lucked out here! Despite it being a busy holiday evening, we were seated immediately. The vibe was lively but comfortable, with most tables and the bar filled. Since we visited in February, we leaned heavily into their specials menu. We skipped the small plates and went straight for the mains: the Greek Salad with Steak, the Steak and Gorgonzola Flatbread, and the Vine Burger. Every dish was a hit, though my wife found the red wine vinaigrette on the salad to be just "okay" rather than great. For drinks, we stuck to the mocktails. We tried all three on the menu, and the Blueberry Mule (ginger beer based) was the undisputed winner. We'll have to come back for the cocktails another time since they looked promising! We capped the night with the Apple Blossom pastry with vanilla ice cream--it is a total "must-try." Overall, the service was courteous, the ambiance was spot-on, and parking was a breeze. We'll definitely be back!

The soup of the day was fantastic. A sausage, potato and kale soup. Warm, comforting and delicious! The salad was somewhat disappointing. I ordered the quinoa kale salad, with a citrus vinaigrette. There was a little quinoa and kale on top of a large amount of romaine. Not what I expected. It was also served stuffed into a small, tall sided bowl with the dressing on the side. How exactly are you supposed to dress it and eat it? My friend had the burger and fries. The burger was half the size of the bun. She literally removed 50% of the bun. It was also extremely well done. The fries were cold. They don't have decaf coffee, but I was able to order mint tea. It was brought in a cup that smelled like old coffee. The table had been cleared and I had no napkin and he didn't bring one with the tea. There was a slice of lemon I didn't want and I had no place to put it. There is potential here, I hope they pay more attention to providing a quality experience and food.

I love the high ceilings and stage, it's a very comfortable experience for eating, games, or music. The cards were in a room in the back and weren't a main thing for the venue. The only downside of my exlerience there was the other patrons there for the tournement, never have I seen a more wretched hive of scum and villiany. If you're going there for games the rampant poor sportsmanship was unreal amd pervasive. No one I encountered could either win or lose graciously, and they want your money.

There's some Victorian flare, some nature, some steampunk... all in a dark, mysterious-type background. There's a barber upstairs and a tattoo shop beneath the restaurant/pub. It was mid-afternoon, so the bartender/hostess/waitress (wearing all hats) didn't expect to be serving lunch but she was sweet and attentive, nonetheless. I was disappointed when I saw zero vegan options on the menu but, when I asked about them the waitress was able to list several vegan sandwich patties they serve and, when I ordered and said: "No mayo or cheese," she said, "I have Veganaise and vegan cheese..." The sandwich was great! She checked on us several times, to make sure we were doing well. A good experience, overall. (The music was nostalgic punk, mostly girl bands, which was fun, too.)

I am HAPPY TO REPORT that at our last visit everything was delicious. I asked the waitress how many of the items were made in-house and she said all of them. I don't know if you've ever made hummus from scratch, but it is so much better than the store bought stuff. My favorite was the spanikopita. It was seasoned perfectly with just the right amount of crunch. My husband had the steak, which was tender and cooked to perfection. The brussel sprouts and sweet potato fries also cooked perfectly. I don't know what they put in their aioli sauce, but I think it's addicting. The salads were fresh and delicious. My only criticism is that the falafel was dry, but it I know it's a hard thing to get just right. I don't know who the cook is, but they need to keep him/her and promote them. Chef's kiss.

Our visit to The Armory Pickleball Club in Marysville was unfortunately ruined by an extremely unprofessional interaction with the manager, Ryan. This was our first time visiting. I had created an account ahead of time and believed I had reserved a court from 5-7 pm, but the booking system is confusing and I never received a confirmation email explaining what I had actually reserved. When we arrived, there was no staff available to greet guests or help new players understand where to go. I walked the entire facility looking for someone and even called the phone number listed, but no one answered. Since all courts were full except one, we assumed that was associated with my reservation and the four of us (on a double date) began playing. Later in the evening, Ryan approached us in a very abrupt and accusatory way assuming we were sitting there drinking and using a court without permission. I immediately showed her my reservation and explained that this was our first time there. As soon as I realized the system likely required each person to pay individually for open play, I offered to pay for the additional three players right away. Instead of handling the situation with professionalism or helping clarify the confusion, Ryan continued speaking to us in a rude and confrontational tone that felt unnecessary and disrespectful. It was especially frustrating because we were trying to do the right thing and resolve the issue immediately. Adding to the poor experience, the women's locker room had no toilet paper, and many of the tables in the seating area were covered with dirty dishes and had not been cleared. For a facility promoting a social atmosphere, basic upkeep and hospitality seemed to be lacking that evening. We had actually been having a great time until this interaction, but the way Ryan handled the situation completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun date night. Because of the way we were treated, we will not be returning.
