Wow wow wow! All I have to say is that I love Arizona Tile and I'm so glad that my contractor referred me to them. Hannah at the showroom was pretty much my lifeline. I came in totally overwhelmed & bewildered with no sense of interior design. She was able to be so patient & kind and guide me in what would look best in my house. We're doing a complete kitchen remodel and the last big decision we had to make was selecting the counter slab. Our contractor pointed us to Arizona Tile stating they would definitely have what we wanted...and he was absolutely right. We were greeted by Erica Gonzalez when we arrived. She explained the characteristics of each of the materials we could choose from and, after listening to our questions and what we were looking for in terms of slab color and appearance, she took us directly to several slabs in the warehouse that met our criteria. We had brought along a paint sample of our new cabinets and backsplash tile and, with some very solid imput from Erica, selected the slab that absolutely met our needs. I've been in several counter slab stores and warehouses over the years (I come from a contracting family) and have to say the organization, selection, and cleanliness of this Arizona Tile operation is superior. Good selection of slabs. I went with a granite slab (3 of them) that was very interesting and pretty. They helped me and made everything very easy. They let me pick the slabs that I wanted. And after I put a deposit on them, they brought the slabs out for me a couple time in order for me to look at them with other tile and design elements to make sure they looked good together. Hands down the friendliest and most helpful staff. When someone tells you they'll call or email you when the sample you want comes in, I don't expect a follow-up these days which is sad. Not only did Tony email me but he also called to say that the sample had come in and that he had left it at the front with my name on it for pick up. We have used Arizona tile twice. Both experiences have been really exceptional. The most recent experience was for our kitchen remodel. We had just put in new cabinets and we were ready for countertops. We visited the show room twice in all. Once as a preliminary material selection... Then we finally went back and selected the actual slabs. We decided to go with Quartzsite which is very strong and beautiful. Omar was our sales representative and did a fantastic job. He answered our questions and quickly pulled out all of the slabs that were the biggest Dimensions. This is going to allow us to hopefully only have to buy two slabs instead of three. Omar was super helpful and even put a third slab on reserve for us just in case we needed an extra one to match. These guys are really top notch and do a great job plus the quality and product is great. read more

I couldn't be happier with Arizona Tile, Wendy from sales, and the entire team from design to warehouse. My scope was building an ADU in oceanside with an indoor/outdoor counter and some backsplashes. Wendy didn't just push for a sale, she was genuinely was thoughtful about selecting the right materials. After several trips to various slab yards in the San Diego area, I was referred to Arizona Tile and am so grateful I was. Everything was top notch: ample parking, clean and fully stocked show room, online visualizer and live access to what's in stock, the selection was vast and diverse, and the staff was remarkable. We were looking for a specific color of granite slabs for our home and I called the Slab showroom and inquired regarding the size of the inventory. I spoke to Tony Masey, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. He told me they had a large batch of the color I was interested in and invited me to stop by the showroom to check out the slabs for myself. When I stopped by the next day, he had the slab all ready and showed us the whole unshuffled batch which meant we would get slabs very similar to one another with only minimal natural variation. We were floored by how smooth the entire process was and he proceeded to draw up a confirmation with the exact batch number for granite and had us sign for it. BAD....Completely rude and unprofessional staff to say it nicely without being vulgar. My wife and two toddlers walked in at 4:28pm after driving 45 minutes when they close at 4:30. Yes sorry our bad but things happen, I clearly mentioned when entering we just needed 10 minutes to look at slabs. We got dirty looks but got the okay to go in while they promptly locked the doors behind us. The warehouse guy then proceeded to stare us down and when I told him we only needed a few minutes he said "good". We left by 4:36pm as he held his hand on the light switch and shut the lights off before we were even out the door. Insane to be looked at and treated that way when you're spending good money on a forever kitchen. This is supposed to be fun, if you want to feel dumb or like you're annoying then this is your place!!! read more

While we haven't completed a purchase yet, I just wanted to review the super friendly service and the huge selection of natural stone surfaces. The selection is amazing and some of those stones are pretty enough to be hung on walls! The downside to this place is their man made quartz selection is sort of poor. If you check out MSI a block or two away they have a much better man made quartz selection. Otherwise if you want natural stone, this is the place to go. Sooo many selections. The service was also great. 2-3 different salesmen came to help us with zero pressure to buy anything. Thumbs up. read more

Honestly, I cannot say enough good things about Arizona Tile, and more specifically AZ Tile Slab Showroom. Wife and I just completed a total home remodel overseen by Marrokal Design and Remodeling (separate review). I'm so thankful that Marrokal highly encourages their customers to use AZ Tile as source for countertops. From our first visit to AZ Tile we were totally loving our experience and would not ever consider using another vendor for granite slabs. We visited the slab showroom perhaps six times over two months. Each time we dealt with a different representative. Amazingly each time the representative was uniformly courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. Things to consider in choosing a vendor for your countertops: SELECTION - OMG, walking into AZ Tile Slab Showroom is like walking into the enormous warehouse shown in the initial Indiana Jones movie. For as far as you can see there's huge slabs of granite, marble, quartz and every imaginable material for countertops. Every type of material is well organized and easy to view. STAFF - As stated above, every AZ Tile Slab Showroom representative we dealt with was uniformly great. It's not like you need to just deal with a single person. We might start a visit with one representative and then leave the representative to walk the showroom alone. Then later we might have a new question and approach a different representative who could continue the conversation without missing a beat. CUSTOMER SERVICE - OK, here's a remarkable instance of top-notch customer service. Initially wife & I needed just two slabs of White Springs granite. A few months later during demolition it was discovered we could change interior design and have a much larger island for our kitchen. This would require a third slab of White Springs. We returned to AZ Tile Slab Showroom and quickly noted the new blocks of White Springs had subtle differences from the block we had initially chosen two slabs. (NOTE: Granite is a natural element so variation from slab-to-slab and block-to-block is expected). We discussed this with Mark, AZ Tile representative. His knowledge and customer service were over the top! Mark showed us new White Springs inventory. Although beautiful the new inventory is quite different than two slabs we had already selected for kitchen. Hearing our comments Mark said: "Actually the new inventory is the typical look for White Springs. I'm familiar with the block you previously selected from and it is not typical for White Springs. I do have a slab from your previous block currently on hold for another project that I expect will be released by Monday. This slab was only a few slabs separated from the slabs you selected". Mark then showed us 3rd slab from our previous block and we loved it. Sure enough we received a phone call the following Monday from Mark informing us the 3rd slab had been released and was now being held for us! Wife & I are enthusiastic fans of Arizona Tile Slab Showroom! We have a friend in San Antonio Texas who is beginning a home remodel and we told her to first visit Arizona Tile. We are in the process of remodeling and needed to pick out some slabs. As soon as I walked in, Kitty kindly pointed me in the right direction and guided me around the warehouse. I was not in love with the selection there, so Kitty showed me how to use the website to find additional slabs in other locations. She went above and beyond, getting photos of the slabs in their other warehouse so I could see the lighting. After buying $2,700 worth of 20" hex for the second property in 4 months from Arizona tile this time 2 truck loads of tile came in and all 60 boxes were water damaged and **** BLACK MOLD**** I informed the manager Mark who told me it ***WAS NO BIG DEAL*** well I have to install this in my house and have my newborn smell mold so it is a bit of a big deal to me. I am writing this review, based on our three visits to Arizona Slabs/tile. We still haven't bought the stone, so I will update the review with buying experiencing later. So far what I found is their stones are few bucks more than average at other comparable stores, like M S I. but their environment is more consumer friendly and over all service is better. They even brought stone from their Anaheim without compulsion to buy. They said if we don't like the stone we don't have to buy. Sometimes their service becomes slow when they have lots of customers in the building, but otherwise they are pretty responsive. My overall experience remained positive. read more

At first I was a little lost, but then we asked Alin who was walking around and he was more than willing to help, but directed us to to Tony who was the granite expert. I showed him which granite slab I liked and he looked for similar slabs and had the forklift guys grab the other slab and moved it next to the other one so I could compare. Once I chose, he had the forklift guys come and find the exact ones for me to inspect to ensure I saw the exact ones that would be mine! After a remodel, I had an unfortunate experience with a construction cleaning crew leaving rags with paint thinner on them, on my quartz countertops. I had several advising me on what to do, and nothing was working. Matt Cannon, the sales rep showed up and explained everything, and then scrubbed the damage away. Product was fine and received in the time frame conveyed. However, be sure not to overorder, as they are NOT receptive to accepting returns. I had one unused/unopened box of tile and I first emailed them to inquire about returning it. That email was not responded to. I called the store a little less than a week after sending that email. At first they told me I couldn't return it because it was too long after I took delivery (about 5 or 6 weeks...but it was for a kitchen remodel which took that long), then they told me it was because that particular tile was discontinued (which I was never informed of when I purchased the tile, nor was it noted anywhere on the receipt). Again, no complaint with sales process, product or time to receive the order....but aftersales support is definitely lacking. YMMV. read more
