We are new to the area and with a 2 and a half-hour drive between us and this new rental, it was a serious challenge between working and looking for a place. We used Zillow religiously. I had noticed this property management and checked out their website. The first thing I noticed was that most everything was already rented. As our search went on, I noticed a post on Zillow with Adanalian. I contacted them and set up an appointment to see the home. We drove by and I knew that this place was the "one" knowing that rentals with this management go quickly, I decided to call and reschedule. Nick was very accomodating and provided applications during the viewing. We were able to move in on our planned date. Everyone was extremely friendly and was very helpful. Kay processes our paperwork and she was professional and knew exactly what she was talking about. The front office staff was friendly! I forgot her name but she was very sweet. Lastly Rose has helped fix some minor repairs has been quick to respond and very helpful. Maintenance has also been accommodating. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and we made and I would recommend it to anyone who is moving to the area or looking for a rental in this area.

This company is garbage do not rent from them at all cost! I run a cleaning service and a respective client of ours hired us to do his move out cleaning before leaving from one of their properties. We've dealt with several property management companies in the Central Valley and surrounding areas and never have I seen a company so unprofessional. The client was very scared that he wasn't going to get his deposit back because he already had such a bad experience with them. We advised him much as we could on how to move out in the correct order to ensure you get your deposit back and he followed all the steps. They gave him a cleaning checklist which he gave to us and we did a thorough walk around with him and the property management company after who said the job was excellent. Mind you not most tenants do not go this far to ensure that they're moving out correctly to get their deposit. I won't forget his walk around when he asked ,"Okay so does this mean I will be getting my deposit back ?" This is what they said, Well to be honest with you we can't guarantee anything the owner still has to come look at the place and if they don't like it all we can do is kind of mediate the situation". It's really up to the owner? Really up to the owner ? That doesn't make any sense at all ? How can you be a property management company who brings in a tenant and then mediates between them in the homeowner? The deposit was given to you by the tenant for the place that you listed and manged for them. At that point he threatened to take them to court for his deposit and other issues that where going on throughout his rental term.Either way he explained that renting from them was a nightmare and one of the biggest issues that happened was the pool generator in the back was broken and it's spiked is PG&e bill all the way up to about $500 for almost 6 months. When he noticed the issue he called PG&e to see what was causing the spike at which point they sent a agent out to see what was going on. When they located the pool generator and figured out that was what causing the problem they went on to explain to him that he needs to call his landlord to remedy that situation. He called his landlord they sent someone out and apparently it was the pool guys fault from what they figured out. The tenant has the landlord for reimbursement for what happened going on and the landlord was extremely rude and unprofessional and started cursing him out on the phone threatening to fight him ! then he received another phone call from the landlord's daughter apologizing and saying they were going to fix the situation. Which never happened and he was dealing with it during the move out process. the crazy thing is is he actually received his full deposit back which I have never heard of a company doing in Fresno. From what he explained to us they gave him his full deposit back but they didn't want to do with the PG&e issue which honestly in our opinion seemed kind of fair. But nonetheless I wouldn't recommend renting from these people all around the company seems very shady and I still don't understand why they have so much connection between the landlord and the tenant. I understand it's a property management company and the landlord needs to be involved but once your at the point when you have someone cursing out your clients I think the lines needs to be drawn somewhere. Either way they were satisfied with our cleaning job and our client was extremely satisfied that he got his full deposit back. The only person I heard from was the crazy landlord but that could be your situation too if you end up renting from them so be careful. It sad i almost want to say there a very good company but there also putting there clients at risk by how they mange them from the home owners down to the tenants. Hope this review helps have a great day!

It took 10 months for them to fix the seal on this window.

Venture Property Management's website/portal platform is also sooo easy and transparent, so it's really nice finally having a living situation where it's easy to see and pay bills. I normally don't take the time to write reviews like this, but after the experience we've had with…read morethis property management company literally within our first few days of moving in, I feel like future tenants deserve to know what they're getting into. To start, we applied for the property and were told it would take approximately a week to determine whether we were approved. We were finally approved on a Friday and were given until Monday to make a decision and bring in a $2,400 cashier's check for the deposit. Within roughly two weeks, we went from applying to being expected to have $4,800 available for the deposit and first month's rent. It's now move in week on Monday.. We signed our lease, paid the first month's rent, and were given our gate code. During the lease signing, they went over their expectations for move-out, including things that we were required to leave for the NEXT tenants: * Brand-new batteries for the carbon monoxide detectors/fire alarms * Brand-new air filters left on the counter * A receipt proving the home had been professionally cleaned We were very clear on their expectations and were prepared to take care of everything required of us. The problem is that those same standards clearly were not applied to the condition of the home when WE moved in. The following day, Tuesday, we did our move-in walkthrough. We expected our agent, Richie, to be there, but instead someone we had never met before showed up to conduct the walkthrough. He had apparently already walked through the property beforehand. The home was not move-in ready. There were cobwebs and webs throughout the house, bugs in multiple corners, bugs hanging from walls, and the stairs were visibly dirty. I specifically pointed out the condition and asked, "This was professionally cleaned?" His response was yes. That was extremely frustrating considering we were being told that we would be required to provide a receipt for professional cleaning when WE eventually moved out. Then there were several other things that should have been handled before handing over the property. We were given two silver keys and told those were the house keys. We were given two universal garage door openers, but they weren't programmed for the garage we were told WE would have to set them up ourselves. Then we were handed two gold keys and told, word for word, "These gold keys were left from the previous owner, not sure where they go to." We were also told that we did not have our mailbox keys yet. Our doorbell wasn't working either. When I asked why, I was told it was a Ring doorbell and that it might simply be dead. On top of that, there was no gate opener provided for the gated community, leaving us to figure that out ourselves as well. So to recap: management was very particular about requiring us to leave brand-new batteries, brand-new filters, and proof of professional cleaning for the NEXT tenants, yet we were handed a home with cobwebs, bugs, dirty stairs, an uncharged/non-working doorbell, unprogrammed garage remotes, no mailbox keys, mystery keys from the previous owner. That doesn't feel like the same standard they're requiring from their tenants. And then, on the second day, when we actually used the dryer for the first time, it immediately started making a horrible noise and clearly has an issue. We contacted management, and after going back and forth, the manager, Chris, eventually approved giving us a break on the rent because of the issues. I appreciate that she eventually acknowledged that there was a problem, but even that situation has been frustrating. We were initially told we would receive $500 off for one week due to the problems, and that amount has now apparently been reduced to $400. At this point, it's not even just about the money. It's the amount of unnecessary stress and inconvenience we've had to deal with immediately after moving into a property we were paying a significant amount of money to live in. The move-in experience should have been the easiest part. The property should have been cleaned, inspected, and made fully functional BEFORE handing over the keys. Instead, we moved in and immediately had to start identifying problems and chasing management to address things that should have already been taken care of. I'm leaving this review because I want prospective tenants to know exactly what to ask about before signing a lease and to thoroughly document EVERYTHING during their move-in inspection. Take pictures and videos of every issue, no matter how small, because apparently the expectations placed on you at move-out are very different from the standards applied when you're handed the property at move-in. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because tenants should not have to move into a home and immediately spend their first days dealing with problems and nothing but headaches. Very disappointing experience so far, especially considering the amount of money we were required to pay upfront.

Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!

Instead of managing and stabilizing my building, I lost money every month and my stress level was out of control. My priors manager's communication was terrible and to make things worse they were also unapologetic and unprofessional. I think the latter may have actually pissed me off more. After my frustrating experience, I spent a lot of time researching for a better property manager. After interviewing Kendra, I decided to switch to Chambers, and the difference has been unimaginable. Kendra and her team have been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly professional, responsive, and genuinely make me feel valued as a client. Kendra's communication is excellent, she's quick to respond and always keeps me informed. The level of service she provides has given me peace of mind, something I desperately needed. I also appreciate having Chambers PM, specifically Kendra, to serve as a resource. My other properties are in Oakland and Walnut Creek, which is currently out of their service area, so I self-manage those rentals. And any time I have question about landlording or just need a second set of eyes on a tenant application, Kendra is willing to offer her expert advice, even though those properties aren't being managed by Chambers (yet! when/if they come to the Bay, those properties will be managed by Chambers.) My tenants are also much happier now. Kendra doesn't waste any time finding reliable tenants to fill vacancies whenever I may have one and her attention to detail has made property ownership stress-free. I feel very comfortable reaching out to her whenever any issues arise because I know she'll handle them promptly and effectively. The Chambers' team are a wonderful group who are truly engaged with their clients. Kendra's informative, has great communication skills, and goes above and beyond for her customers. She actually cares about her tenants and always answers the phone or calls back right away. If I could give more stars, I would! I highly recommend Kendra and her team to any homeowner looking for a reliable and trustworthy property manager. They have exceeded all my expectations and made a world of difference in managing my property.
