    We are new to the area and with a 2 and a half-hour drive between us and this new rental, it was a serious challenge between working and looking for a place. We used Zillow religiously. I had noticed this property management and checked out their website. The first thing I noticed was that most everything was already rented. As our search went on, I noticed a post on Zillow with Adanalian. I contacted them and set up an appointment to see the home. We drove by and I knew that this place was the "one" knowing that rentals with this management go quickly, I decided to call and reschedule. Nick was very accomodating and provided applications during the viewing. We were able to move in on our planned date. Everyone was extremely friendly and was very helpful. Kay processes our paperwork and she was professional and knew exactly what she was talking about. The front office staff was friendly! I forgot her name but she was very sweet. Lastly Rose has helped fix some minor repairs has been quick to respond and very helpful. Maintenance has also been accommodating. Overall, we are very happy with our choice and we made and I would recommend it to anyone who is moving to the area or looking for a rental in this area.

    This company is garbage do not rent from them at all cost! I run a cleaning service and a respective client of ours hired us to do his move out cleaning before leaving from one of their properties. We've dealt with several property management companies in the Central Valley and surrounding areas and never have I seen a company so unprofessional. The client was very scared that he wasn't going to get his deposit back because he already had such a bad experience with them. We advised him much as we could on how to move out in the correct order to ensure you get your deposit back and he followed all the steps. They gave him a cleaning checklist which he gave to us and we did a thorough walk around with him and the property management company after who said the job was excellent. Mind you not most tenants do not go this far to ensure that they're moving out correctly to get their deposit. I won't forget his walk around when he asked ,"Okay so does this mean I will be getting my deposit back ?" This is what they said, Well to be honest with you we can't guarantee anything the owner still has to come look at the place and if they don't like it all we can do is kind of mediate the situation". It's really up to the owner? Really up to the owner ? That doesn't make any sense at all ? How can you be a property management company who brings in a tenant and then mediates between them in the homeowner? The deposit was given to you by the tenant for the place that you listed and manged for them. At that point he threatened to take them to court for his deposit and other issues that where going on throughout his rental term.Either way he explained that renting from them was a nightmare and one of the biggest issues that happened was the pool generator in the back was broken and it's spiked is PG&e bill all the way up to about $500 for almost 6 months. When he noticed the issue he called PG&e to see what was causing the spike at which point they sent a agent out to see what was going on. When they located the pool generator and figured out that was what causing the problem they went on to explain to him that he needs to call his landlord to remedy that situation. He called his landlord they sent someone out and apparently it was the pool guys fault from what they figured out. The tenant has the landlord for reimbursement for what happened going on and the landlord was extremely rude and unprofessional and started cursing him out on the phone threatening to fight him ! then he received another phone call from the landlord's daughter apologizing and saying they were going to fix the situation. Which never happened and he was dealing with it during the move out process. the crazy thing is is he actually received his full deposit back which I have never heard of a company doing in Fresno. From what he explained to us they gave him his full deposit back but they didn't want to do with the PG&e issue which honestly in our opinion seemed kind of fair. But nonetheless I wouldn't recommend renting from these people all around the company seems very shady and I still don't understand why they have so much connection between the landlord and the tenant. I understand it's a property management company and the landlord needs to be involved but once your at the point when you have someone cursing out your clients I think the lines needs to be drawn somewhere. Either way they were satisfied with our cleaning job and our client was extremely satisfied that he got his full deposit back. The only person I heard from was the crazy landlord but that could be your situation too if you end up renting from them so be careful. It sad i almost want to say there a very good company but there also putting there clients at risk by how they mange them from the home owners down to the tenants.     Tenant turnover used to be the worst for me... like seriously stressful. Every time someone…read moremoved out I was bracing myself for months of vacancy, showings that went nowhere, applications that looked good but flopped, and then sometimes ending up with tenants that weren't even good. My old manager? meh... didn't really care, made me feel like I was losing money and it was all on me. Chambers kinda changed all that. Vacancies dont drag forever anymore, tenants actually pay on time, treat the place decent... sounds simple but after what I went thru before it felt amazing. Tenants seem way calmer too. Less drama, fewer complaints... stuff actually gets handled. Chambers takes care of the communication, maintenance, all that stuff without turning it into a headache. Tenants know who to call and stuff actually gets fixed lol. I also like that I'm not just left guessing anymore. New applicant? I know. Lease signed? I know. Something pops up? I hear about it before it's a bigger problem. I don't feel outta the loop like I did before. Honestly... I'm not stressing about who's living there or how long it'll sit empty. Things feel steady now. After years of chaos and headaches, this kinda stability is worth way more than I thought it would be. Thank you Chambers.!

    Before Chambers Property Management, I honestly felt like I was on my own. I technically had a…read moreproperty manager, but actually getting help was another story. Questions would come up and I'd either get no response or something super vague days later. After a while, I just stopped asking and hoped nothing went wrong, which isn't exactly comforting when real money is involved. Once Chambers took over, that changed pretty quickly. Now when I have a question, I ask it and I get a real answer. Not days later. Not after following up multiple times. Just a normal, timely response like you would expect. It sounds basic, but it made a huge difference. What really stood out to me was how approachable they are. I've asked about lease stuff, tenant situations, random landlord questions, even things I probably should already know. I never felt rushed, brushed off, or made to feel dumb for asking. There were also times I reached out about things that weren't urgent at all or weren't technically their issue yet. They still helped me think it through and gave honest input. That was unexpected and genuinely appreciated. At this point, I don't feel like I'm guessing anymore. I don't feel stuck or unsure every time something small comes up, and that peace of mind alone is worth a lot. Thank you Chambers Property Management!
