I went to get my lash done Sunday and within two hour they came off I don't require paying $40 for lash

The pictures are pictures of 3 different sets done by this shop. The first one was the super long nails that I got customized and they started breaking in half in 4 days don't remember the women's name and that set was the second set of long nails in 2 weeks. The second and third set which are the classic french tip and the cow print came out perfect. I went to Mary and showed her the customization or the picture and she would try to replicate it to the best of her ability and she did damn near better then what I showed her. I had those nails on for 3 weeks to a month with no lifting. Every other time I come I try to get a fresh set even when I come in there with no lifting and the nails are still put together because they grow out too long and I can't handle long nails at my job. I also get my toes done and the polish/shallac last until the next time I go which is at least once a month. I actually tried to use acetone to soak of the nails and toe polish for almost an hour and they didn't come off had to get them removed at the salon. Overall I have good experiences with them but every now and again there's a hiccup and they are willing to fix it ! sorry I don't have better pictures but when I get more done from them I will take pictures and update this post read more

Mary is straight trash. She's money hungry. She will rush and do your nails. She speaks badly about her techs. If she knows their business you will also before leaving. On Saturday 8/31/2019 she told me after my pedicure she would do my nails. Once I was done getting my pedicure, she started a full set on another client and had the nerve to tell me " wait I be right with you". The salon is very unprofessional. Look for a professional salon. Try Sh Tiff Nail Salon in Conroe off 1488. Shawn is the best professional tech I've ever encountered. No more ghetto shops for me. .The State should close this Salon. They are not following guidelines. After each Pedicure, they are supposed to sanitize the pedicure bowl. I will be calling the Stare Board. Horrible customer service.... I got my nails done the weekend before spring break after 6 days my nails turned green I came back for the manager to fix... worst mistake I should have just taken them off. She was rushing and just filed down and painted over them. I am here now as I type the morning after when I told them I would come back and get yelled at by one of the nail techs that I was my fault and I should have told her to up charge me to do a full set to fix the mistakes that they made. This place has so many mixed reviews and I was nervous to come but I stepped out on faith and to me I can go anywhere to get a pedicure I'm more picky about my eyes brows and nails. The prices here are very reasonable and somewhat the same compared to other nail shops. I got the pedicure which includes the hot wax, massage and hot stones for about $40. Van, is the best !!!! My first experience here was phenomenal and very relaxing I didn't want to leave the chair. I cannot wait to return for my next pedicure, she is truly a gem. Let's not forget about my eyebrows, Van also waxed them but I like them more on the thick side and she made them a little too thin for my liking but so much better than what they were before. This place is very far from me but I like to go here because my nails last longer than the other ones I've been to where they break after 1 week. Also they have a lot of options for shellac )it helps to see more the one shade of color.) They also thin them out without leaving any bumps. When I ask for short nails they always ask before cutting. Also the service is fast . I don't have to make any appointments. If there could be no stars... This is place, went there last week and after 3 days the nails were falling off. While the woman was doing my nails the employees kept crowding her and I kept telling her she needs to put acrylic on the whole nail not leaving the corners bare. She was obviously new. I have been going to this nail salon for about 6 months now. Mary and Mai have both done my nails and they both do a great job. Mary is my favorite out of the two. I normally get a refill with a shellac paint for my nails and a shellac pedicure. The staff is efficient. This places stays busy. I highly suggest an appt or the wait will be long. read more

I went in for a pedicure, and was very happy with my experience. As a man I've rarely been to a salon before, but now I will definitely be coming here regularly. It was very relaxing, and they even offer complimentary wine. Mary and her staff are friendly and efficient. HORRIBLE! First thing is that I don't get anything special done to my nails very often. I'm a simple manicure type of girl. Shellac is the most I normally do, but I got a little carried away while getting ready for my wedding. (At another salon) So anywho! I went in this place to get a refill on some dip powder nails that I had done less than 3 weeks ago. I was told that they would have to take the nails off and do a new set. Uhm ok. So I take a seat and the nail lady Katy starts to POP the nails off! No presoak, nothing! So as she's popping these nails off she is ripping my real nails off right along with the powder! I am sitting there jerking my hands away saying "Ow! This is not working, you need to try something else". She keeps saying sorry, but continues to dry POP these nails off! Needless to say, by the time she is done my fingers are Throbbing and one of them is torn down into my nail bed! So she puts HAND SANITIZER on my hands and starts to rub it in. What the frick frack are you doing lady!? And then has the audacity to say "better??" WHAT!?? NO! So I ask to speak to someone with better understanding. (No offense intended, she just didn't understand me). So Vivian come over and of course they talk for a moment and then I explain my side of what happened. So Vivian proceeds to explain to me that "Katy didn't understand" Uhm. How hard is it to understand "ouch!"? If I could give a negative star review instead of just a one star I would. The owner and the employees are rude. One of the ladies starting doing my nails and when I told her that I did not like how they where looking she said no wait am not done and I told her but I do not want you to continue because I do not like the way there turning out. Than she and the owner started yelling at me and telling me I had wasted their time and how they took me when she could off not because it was late and that they were tired. I am sorry, but if the customer is not yelling at you than you should not yell at the customers. Second if your tired and a customer calls and you feel like you either don't want to do the nails or are too tired to do them than tell the customer am sorry but can you come back tomorrow it's too late now and we cannot do them. I would have been more understanding to that than to being yelled made to pay and not being let out of the salon and on top of everything coming out with horrible nails. Three words: Don't get Ombré! I trusted the spa manager with my nails and not only did she cut me 3 times, she did an awful job on my nails. They are slanted, some are shorter than the others, and the ombré is awful. I was there for 2.5 hours, she rushed me out, and she left oil on my hands that I had to wipe off with the towel she provided. I'm so dissatisfied. I will go back tomorrow to someone else for them to possibly fix them because they are awful and I am not paying anyone to correct their mistakes read more

I went in so a simple polish for my toes.. they couldn't even do that right I didn't even get out off the chair before I noticed the polish was not drying properly. Like she left a gap between my cuticles and the polish! The original lady saw that my toes were messed up and thought she did a good job! A second lady had to fix my toes an they still were messed up! I refused to pay for horrible service! I will never return.. people please find another salon because this ain't it! I don't know why I go here. I guess cause it's close to my house and never packed but there's reason for that. I have tried different technicians and the result is they can't do dipping powder properly. They have no clue what to do with natural nails. They are great at FILING. I use to visit this nail salon here and there to get my lashes and nails done until both ladies that I preferred left. There was always someone new every time I stopped by. Well I moved to the other side of town and happened to be in the area on Monday (4/29) so I decided to get a color powder refill and polish change on my toes. A young man by the name of Vincent did my nails and toes. I had never seen him before so I take it he was new, mind you it's been awhile since I dropped in but as I said before I always see new faces when I go in. Nevertheless Vincent did a really good job on my nails. I've had bad experiences with men nail techs doing my nails so I really prefer a lady but I gave him a try and was not disappointed. I'm giving a 2 star rating for the service and professionalism but if I could rate twice I would give 3 stars for the work they produce. My best friend and I have come here a few times and we've gotten the same experience all three times. First, we made a 11:00 appointment and when we got there the workers were acting like an appointment was never made. Nobody was ready to serve us and we had to repeat multiple times that we had made an appointment and what the appointment was for. Second, every time we come there aren't ever enough workers whether it's busy or not. I also have noticed that any time the owner isn't there the salon never runs smoothly which is sad. Third, every worker is extremely slow and whatever they do. I understand the meaning of taking your time to produce quality work but nobody should be in the salon for almost 2hrs on a mani/pedi or a refill/pedi and the salon isn't anywhere near busy. *I also think the salon needs a more variety of colors* But overall if you don't mind waiting a minute for your service even if you make an appointment this is a good place to go. Although the workers are slow paced at what they do they are very friendly and the prices are reasonable for the service you get. read more

I thought my loyalty and faithfulness of attending this nail salon meant something, but apparently not. About a month or so ago I was there to get a fill and Pedi. Mary did my nails but Kelly, who always do my Pedi wasn't in. After explaining to Mary that I was going to the Bahamas the next day and that I really wasn't "comfortable" with anyone else doing it she said, "Tina, I do pedicures. I just don't like doing them, but I will do yours!" I was so excited considering I was already pressured for time. Came here because I got a 30% off coupon in the mail and my birthday was coming up. I got the best massage I've EVER gotten from a nail salon in my life! I just moved to Texas from Florida and this place beats out every other salon. I got the deluxe pedicure for $30 which includes the hot wax treatment and it was a great experience. Awesome customer service and great employees! I will definitely be coming back even without the coupon. I made the decision at the last minute to get my eyebrows waxed. Worst decision ever! Stopped by on a Saturday morning without an appointment. Was greeted right away and given prompt service. The location is a few months old, and a very nice addition to the 1960 area. The salon is nice and clean and new. They can do any style of nail and they have a ton of colors both in gel and solar. The staff is nice and I will be going back for sure! Horrible nail services, unless you like your nails to look like they're impregnated. 1st time at this place and last one, I would prefer to walk around with no manicure or nail polish before using their services again.
