Once seated in the extra large leather massage chair, you are given a menu with a long list of different spa pedicures. Chooses include various soaks, massages, hot towels, hot stones and paraffin. You can choose anywhere from a quick 20 minute pedi to a luxurious "Zen Spa" which is over an hour. The prices aren't cheap - the Zen is over $100 but rest assured, you do get what you pay for. Gel adds $20 to the base price. Finally, you choose your color polish from books of literally hundreds of colors. Upon selecting your pedi, your feet are immersed in a tub of hot water containing aromatherapy, salts and possibly even red wine depending on the pedi you choose. Your treatment begins with a foot scrub and then proceeds through whatever package you chose. Last visit, I had the red wine spa which was supposed to be 55 minutes of bliss but ended up being almost 20 minutes longer - no complaints here. At other salons, you never quite know what you're going to get - it's all dependent on WHO you get. Here they use timers and there is no cutting corners or skimming here or there with your treatment. I'm way too hard on my hands for regular manicures but my DIL gets them here often. She doesn't get gel so she needs to touch up her polish but her nails always look nice. You can make an appointment but I've never had to wait longer than 10 minutes and that was a Friday afternoon. There is a new nail salon 2 miles from my home but I'd rather drive 25 minutes to Primp and Posh and know that I will definitely have a relaxing experience.

I did t the manicure with paraffin wax and hot towels, and did dip on my nails. By 10:00 that night, I had cracks in 4 of my nails. I had done nothing except watch a game and hold my baby. By Sunday, I had 2 more nails with cracks in them. By Monday, the dip was lifting off of my nails. For $80 I expect much better quality.

My mother paid by debit card $35 (she told me previously the owner only charged her $30 for the same service but this time they charged us $35 even after her asking about the previous discount). My mother gave me cash $5 tip. The following week July 28, 2026 this store charged my mother an addition $10 without her consent. I told her I'd call them...which I did and they returned the $10 back but they should've given that $5 back as well. We're struggling financially because of the cancer (like an idiot I worked too because I thought...I should be a productive human being and work. Well I did that too much to quality for SSI and I have to wait 5 months without any financial help and my SSDI will not kick in until December and my 81 yo retired mother is paying my mortgage and hers and she just wanted to make me happy but this place stole from her and just that $5 has made things difficult). I'll never go back to these people I used to only use them for my nails but I guess this is why there's the Asian Boycott of 2026. To me, if you steal from someone you're calling them and treating them like trash. And that's exactly what was done here. My mother solely wanted to make happy since I am no longer able to work and I'm on hospice. This salon stole from us at a time that we've never experienced before. I'm just waiting to die and these losers steal from us. Personally I'd rather do my nails myself than to be taken advantage of and the Asian Boycott will continue in my house (my mother is nicer than I am, but this is unforgettable and unforgivable)

I've only gotten my nails done a few time before…read moreand when I went here and asked for a set, they only used the color and not a base so when I wanted to change the color I had to get a whole new set. Two nail techs at this place that did that. They took advantage of me being new to the nail world. Another thing I just found out is not the proper procedure, when they took off my set they took an acrylic tip and wedged it in between to pop the set off. Proper procedure is to soak them off. They did not do this gently either.

There are a ton of workers also. About 30m after opening almost all the nail stations were full! There is a cute nail bar and a lot of pedicure chairs also.
