We had some rotted boards they replaced and then we realized our deck was warping and luckily they realized our 2 main 6"x6" posts had rotted. They replaced those beams with 8"x8" beams which leveled out our deck before anything catastrophic happened. Perfect job. Then we had them finish 3 unfinished rooms in our cellar. They sheet rocked the walls and ceiling and painted and put up mouldings and installed flooring. This looks beautiful and has really added value to our home. Called to have a leaking A/C drain pan in my air handler replaced and a standard service / checkup…read more They had to order the drain pan and I agreed to replace the drain trap and was quoted 2-3 days and $1040 for the whole job. I had to call a week later as i hadn't heard anything and was told it will take another week for the drain pan to come in due to manufacturing delays. A week later they called and the technicians came out and did the replacement and service without issue. The job seemed expensive but I was told they would have to pump down and break the Freon lines to get the drain pan out. This added extra time/labor and inflated the cost. Looking at how tight the Freon lines were to the air handler, this seemed to make sense. The technicians did not have to pump down the system, as they were able to replace the drain pan without cutting the lines, saving everyone time and effort. The final bill ended up being $1300!!! Almost 30% more expensive than quote. When I questioned the price, I spoke to the office person who told me they sent 2 people for the job so they wouldn't have to cut the lines, which saved me money (???!!!) I don't get it - 2 people and half the time is the same as 1 person at twice the time in labor. The techs were great! The management should focus on customer satisfaction and getting repeat business. They'll never get my business again.

We spent it because there was the bill and it would have been better than replacing everything. However, once "fixed" they said "well, it doesn't sound like it's running right, but who knows? it may run another year or two or not long." So not a whole lot of confidence instilled but at least it was done, here we are a month later and having to replace the whole unit after spending money last month and it not running correctly this last little bit either because our electric usage has still been outrageous. All that was given upon discussing this with them was "I'm sorry it was that much." Needless to say we are using a different company altogether for our new unit!
