Right from the start I knew I made the right choice with Verity. I left a message and got a call back from Raul in 30 minutes to schedule for the next day! My original service request was a problem with my water heater that Raul fixed just by turning a knob (and did not laugh at me; I appreciate that cuz I was so embarrassed that it was only that!) I said since you're here, can you look at my leaky bathtub faucet? He did, told me he'd have to order a part and he'd call me when he got it. He called the next day, came by in 45 minutes, and he and Clemmy did the work. Before they left, I said how about one more thing? Showed them a water softener that hasn't worked for 12 years, guess what? It's gone now! Both jobs for $395, and Raul told me the cost of each before they did anything-very upfront with pricing! I hired Verity Plumbing to install a drainage system in my rental house. It took 2 months to find them because the installation was complex and no plumber wanted to take the job. They took the job. Verity Plumbing was a GOD sent. We had a major gas leak and need to get this fixed, ASAP. Raul came over first thing on Saturday morning. He took his time to explain everything he was finding, step by step. At one point, I was saying "just run a new gas line". Other people would have jumped on this... Raul continued to not want to go this route and was genuinely looking out for me and my wallet. Finally, there was no saving of the old gas line and a new one needed to be installed. We located several plumbers via Yelp, however the majority of these companies sent out sales representatives for their quotes and not the actual plumbers who would be performing the work. These companies recommended a total repipe of our home, which was unnecessary and would have been quite intrusive. Verity was recommended by a trusted home inspector, and he was spot on! After meeting Raul, we had no doubt about his expertise and knew we were in good hands. Raul and his team re-routed our system with the least amount of damage to our home. With custom paint and wallpaper throughout, Verity did their best to minimize the required access openings which was a major relief. Verity Plumbing just repaired a leak at my home. I had been notified by the water company that my water usage was much higher than usual and that the meter was continuously running. They stated that I must have a leak. I had no signs like dripping faucets are running toilets or sprinklers. I knew that I needed a professional. Verity was at my doorstep the very next day. The plumber discovered where the leak was right away. He had to dig very deep to find the exact problem. A pipe had broken under ground and there was lots of water. He had to go for supplies. Before he left, he gave me a quote of what it would cost. He fixed the problem. Afterwards he totally cleaned the area. The only evidence was a wet ground and a fixed leak. He even warned me to be careful because it would take awhile for the ground to dry. I would highly recommend Verity Plumbing.
