    Came here @ 10 am on Sunday Jan 2, 2022. Posted hours on website and at the store say it should be open. Store is dark and no one is in sight. Get your act together.

    I've been using Verizon for 10 years now. They have always provided me with best service in store and over the phone. Staff in this store are professionals. During my recent visit I had to wait about 30 minutes. The manager kept checking on me for any questions. How nice! They also told me that this location will be renovated to a bigger and better.

    4 Stars for Pearl City ATT / 0 Stars for Ala Moana ATT On…read moreApril 3, 2026, I met my son in town to purchase him a new iPhone for his birthday. As a loyal ATT customer for over 15 years, I assumed that customer service would be consistent regardless of which ATT store I visited. Unfortunately, my experience with the Ala Moana ATT location proved otherwise. Initially, the transaction seemed fine. However, shortly afterward, I received a large bill tied to an account number that I never authorized. I already had a personal ATT account that I had maintained for more than 15 years. Somehow, an unauthorized business account was created in my name, an iPad was added that I did not request, and my personal account was converted to a business account without my knowledge or consent. I made numerous phone calls and at least three return visits to the Ala Moana store seeking answers. Once the sale was completed and I began questioning these unauthorized changes, the quality of customer service changed dramatically. Phone calls went unanswered, managers failed to follow up, and no one seemed willing to take responsibility for correcting the mistakes. To make matters even worse, the Ala Moana store eventually deleted my long-established personal account without my permission. They then created a new personal account to replace the one they deleted, which resulted in additional fees and billing issues. Meanwhile, the unauthorized business account remained active, creating even more confusion and frustration. Since I live in Pearl City, I eventually sought help from the Pearl City ATT location. Initially, I was told that because the errors originated at Ala Moana, that store's management would need to resolve them. However, Pearl City Manager Nala and Customer Service Representative Lohi went above and beyond to assist me. They listened, investigated, escalated the issue, and consistently treated me with professionalism and respect. Over the past two months, I have spent countless hours dealing with a situation that never should have happened. The stress, anxiety, frustration, and wasted personal time caused by the Ala Moana store's actions were unbelievable. Today, June 2, 2026, I made what I hope will be my final visit to the Pearl City location, and it appears that the issues have finally been resolved. I want to sincerely thank Nala and Lohi for their outstanding customer service and dedication to helping a customer who was left dealing with the fallout from another store's mistakes. They restored some of my faith in ATT. My advice to other customers: proceed with caution when doing business at the Ala Moana ATT store. Based on my experience, there was a serious lack of accountability, communication, and professionalism. Pearl City ATT: 4 Stars Ala Moana ATT: 0 Stars The only reason this review isn't entirely negative is because of the exceptional efforts of Nala and Lohi at the Pearl City location.We shall see, but Nala and Lohi were reassuring. I hope this matter has been resolved. I will have to await the next billing cycle! I will be leaving a separate review for the Ala Moana ATT store , as the service deserves zero stars.

She was able to answer all of my questions and put my mind at ease about making such a big purchase. Not too bad. Staff are efficient and professional. However, you have know your devices. At least the basics. For us we just wanted to switch out our old modem and router as Spectrum recommended. But with anything else we all make mistakes. I think the very first staff gave us modem and router that were not compatible. So we kept switching out the router multiple times thinking it was just that. A technician came out too but no fix. The happy ending was that we got brand new compatible modem and router. Yay! Lesson: make sure your modem and routers are compatible. You should not mix and match!

He told her to come back before the next billing cycle to change her plan. She went back before the next billing cycle to update/change her plan to reduce her bill and another associate told her that the current plan she had was the best plan and proceeded to tell her to go somewhere else if you don't like it. She said the associate talked to her in a condescending tone while repeatedly telling her she wasn't talking down to her even though my mom never mentioned anything about her tone or being talked down to in a condescending manner. Why would you have to repeatedly tell someone you weren't talking down to them completely unprompted unless you were feeling defensive or insecure about it because you actually were. The way my mom was spoken to and treated was unprofessional and disrespectful. One employee told her to come in to update her plan and another seemed completely unwilling to listen to what she had to say or even try to help her. I told my mom to look into getting a plan with T-Mobile for internet and cable instead.

Needed my phone screen addressed urgently for work over the weekend and Jadea stepped in to save the day!! When I gave her my phone, scattered parts and screens (new replacement and broken), I was shocked how fast she pointed at the problem. Literally zero hesitation. Explained and diagnosed the situation very effectively. Gave me tons of options while understanding my needs with the urgency and what I wanted to pay. She cared a lot about my situation and that was really nice. Having your phone down can feel very panicky and most people could take advantage of this to upsell things but she was very assuring and extremely knowledgeable. Easy to talk to. Located right across Anna Miller's is this shop and Jose was very knowledgeable explaining the services they provide for you including replacing Apple batteries, screens and even cleaning power port all things I never imagine so that you're able to extend your phone as it can get quite pricey is great to know along with purchasing their program you're able to insure your household is another great feature. Very flexible with booking service online to having it delivered to you are some of the service they offer. I came in to look for a screen protector replacement which isn't currently available but was told will be in a couple of days. Nice to see they have the technology to support our technology making our lives run smoother. Thank you!

    I brought my iPad to the Don Quijote location on the same day I inquired about screen repair. I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.
