    worst place to get phone service. Worst online and over the phone customer service. Was a customer for 6 years and I'm done with them.

    Prepaid plans - forget it. Despite advertising them in the Alaska market, no prepaid is available. Kind of a bait-and-switch in my opinion.

    5-stars for the folks that work here, they are fantastic…read more 0-stars for Verizon customer service, that will force you to come here. Seriously though, these Verizon contractors are way better at fixing things than Verizon themselves. I talked with a Verizon rep for 5 hours online, trying to activate an e-SIM. They ultimately gave up on me. I came in here and it was fixed in 3 minutes. I had a 2 hour experience here trying to get a physical SIM. I had an iPhone 14 Pro Max...until Friday when someone connected to Alaska Airlines stole it from me at LAX. (how do I know? Because I was tracking the location via my laptop and Apple watch. I watched as my phone hung out in terminal 6 of LAX for hours while Alaska Airlines wouldn't let me go look for in...and eventually it ended up in Seattle, and then Kansas City...right on the Alaska Airlines schedule...) Since TSA and Alaska Airlines didn't care about anything I had to say, I went ahead and activated Applecare with theft and loss prevention. I'm currently waiting on the status of my claim, and continuing to watch my phone hang out at it's final resting place: 1416 W 25th St, Independence, MO 64052

I was told by the store manager how great their wi fi routers were so we got two, one for each house. I hooked one up it was horrible. When I returned them the regional manager told me how bad they worked and how GCI was the only one that worked good in Anchorage. I was hoping to pick up my watch. They gave it to another customer, and said they would order me another. They never did. I had to go to the Dimind Center Mall to get a watch, I was there 3 days later than the promotion ran and as told they would still honor the promotion because the Tudor Verizon was full of incompetent people from the ground up who weren't capable of doing their job properly. The store employee and or regional Manager never refunded me for routers and now I'm dealing with that on my bill. NEVER use this store go to a real Verizon store. These people are horrible. The regional Manager is a rude individual who needs some schooling on customer service.

They also gave me the smallest size which barely fit my wrist so luckily it was for me and not a gift for anyone with larger wrists that me. That being said, the bathrooms are clean and they are very quick to help you find what you need. They have a huge stock of new gadgets and tech. I like this location better than the other one across town because the parking lot isn't as hectic as the one at the mall. They also are pretty well stocked. They had my husbands little handheld game device too when it wasn't available at target so that's a plus.

He then disappeared into another dimension. I worked my way back to the speakers and surprisingly found one of exactly what I was looking for. One stereo speaker would be odd so I went to find someone who knew if there was a second speaker and where it might be. Many customers were roaming the store looking for someone to help them, but help was very rare this day. At the front of the store there were three manager types having some kind of impromptu employee meeting. I stood to one side politely waiting for them to finish their conversation. When they completed talking with each other and were obviously through, I approached and said, "pardon me do..." at which point they all three walked off in three different directions completely ignoring me as though I were invisible. Manager types. No wonder service is so piss poor. Well I didn't get my speakers, I spoke with a cashier as I was leaving but she gave me a song and dance and was no real help. Service here has been a problem for a long time, but it certainly has stopped me from ever going back. This place is really dysfunctional.

The worker we spoke to seemed disappointed we didn't go there to buy anything, interrupted us before we could finish explaining, and told us they "don't do that here," and to call the AT&T phone number or look online or something other then them helping us walk through the process. The worker sat back down and didn't even tell us goodbye. Very rude, unprofessional, unhelpful. We had to figure out the process ourselves. My mom has been an AT&T customer for 23 years and has never dealt with such rude service before, but that's in the lower 48 so I guess it's difficult here. Very disappointed, I won't go here to buy anything and I don't recommend anyone to go here.

We went to…read morethe Eagle River location and received excellent information to move forward in adding devices to our account, but they didn't have the actual devices on hand, so we went to the Tikahtnu location a couple days later. It was somewhat busy but we were approached immediately to get us on the list for assistance. About half a dozen people ahead of us and we wandered the store, waiting our turn. The gentleman that helped us was quick to get us squared away, did some set up of new devices and we were on our way. There wasn't much to it, since we had already visited another store prior to this stop. We walked out happy with our purchase and the assistance received.
