And answered all my questions over and over again. Very friendly and highly knowledgeable of every single thing I needed and was concerned about. I have never had a better experience anywhere. It was a dream come true the whole time because I have never had a clearer or cheaper priced experience anywhere at any cellular service store thanks to the promotions going on it was just my lucky day in every way when I walked in to Verizon. Everything was super smooth super easy and he didn't miss a beat. It felt like I hit the Lottery jackpot/Christmas/ Valentine's Day/ 4th of July/ New Years & my birthday all in one stop because of how great the service and deals Verizon had. And I now have the best service in America. Grateful and thankful infinitely. Thank you CHRIS KRITZ!!!!!

    Visited on June 28, 2026…read more I came to this Verizon location because my phone has been having ongoing service issues. I was hoping someone could diagnose the problem, but I left disappointed. James assisted me. He wasn't welcoming, and I didn't find his customer service to be polite or engaging. He spoke so quietly that I had to ask him twice to speak louder because I couldn't hear him. After briefly looking at my phone, his main suggestion was to turn Airplane Mode on and then back off whenever I lost service. Considering I explained that this has been an ongoing issue, I expected him to run a diagnostic first. Instead, I had to ask if a diagnostic could be performed. Before doing any meaningful troubleshooting, he also tried to discuss upgrading my phone. The experience felt more focused on selling a new device than resolving the issue I came in to fix. Better communication, stronger customer service, and a genuine effort to troubleshoot would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I won't be returning to this location.
