My experience was the complete opposite!!! The staff were warm and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and made sure that I understood all terms. I was in and out in about 5 minutes!!!     We had a phone stolen in transit. It's okay. That does happen. I understand. We finally get it…read moreproperly submitted in their system that our phone was stolen( their system is a huge part of the problem- the platform is terrible), but then we were told we had to submit a police report and return it to them within 3 days. I didn't expect them to make me jump through hoops as I have never even disputed a cent on my bill but that's okay, I called and had an officer come by and filed the police report. He said it would be three to five business days for the report to be available. Although I could possibly get it a day sooner if I go to the police station and ask for it in person. I do obtain it on the third day And while I'm at the police station, I receive an email saying that my case has been closed because I have not sent in supporting documentation. So I start the process all over again and upload all the photos of the package being ripped open and clear evidence of tampering. Keep in mind their policy for refunds and returns deceptively states that you have 14 days from the day you placed your order, NOT 14 days after the package was delivered. If the package takes 5 or 7 days to get to you, that is part of your review period to determine if you like the product. So with my wife's phone being stolen and the refund not progressing, I wanted to return my phone I had purchased. I was fed up after jumping through hoops (they also requested I file with the FCC and wanted a copy of the complaint filed, but as this was during a government shutdown I called the number they provided right in front of them which had an automated message saying they were closed due to lapse of appropriations/funding). It's not just this location. The other one on Roswell was terrible, worse than this one. I had to continue dealing with an issue while I was out of town so I visited the store in Chattanooga, they couldn't do anything either. I love the warm tone and effortless friendly vibe of the Filipino people, but don't expect the customer service center to be able to do anything. Pro tip for any polyglots reading this: if you do as my wife did when calling customer service and press 2 for Espanol, you will likely get a us-based representative. Ours just happened to be in Atlanta as well. At least they were Frank with what next steps we should take and told us there was no evidence of a replacement or report of a stolen device anywhere in their system. Comcast is a disgusting Monopoly. They mismanage taxpayer subsidized infrastructure funds And lobby, federal, state and local governments to block out alternative providers.. Because why compete when you can just pay to make competition illegal. Yes, they are cheaper than the big three, but far from the cheapest, and those cheaper options also include perks like international data. It took nearly 4 months for all this to be resolved. Most people would eat it despite the $2,000 loss as they have work and kids to take care of. Or they simply do not know how to work through the grueling process that Comcast intentionally forces you to go through in hopes that you will give up out of frustration. The mores of the corporation are structured such that their incompetence and ineptitude is the source of their profit. And that profit will come from you whether you can afford it or not.

    For the past month, we have had a representative from Clear knock at our door, wanting to tell us…read moreabout there service. We have heard good things about Clear from having listened to the Clark Howard Show. We are recent former customers of Comcast. We had cancelled our service with Comcast, because of service issues and Comcast was not willing to make things better, let alone try to do anything to keep us as customers. So, with Clear just having put in a tower up the street from our home, about a quarter mile up the road, we talked about it and decided to give Clear a try. We have only had our Clear Home Internet service for a few days. The first day we got 3 bars with our Clear Modem. Now our modem gets between 1 -3 bars, with 2 bars being the most strength out of 5 we will receive. With being so close to the Clear Tower and with our Modem being located on the 2nd Floor of our home, I would expect better reception then what we are currently receiving. I am noticing that our Clear connection is running slower then when our Comcast Service would work. When I say "would" work, I am referring to Comcast service being down for about 6 hour daily, for the past month. We bought the Clear modem, instead of signing a 2 year contract and not knowing where we would move if service was available or would work in the area we would be re-locating to. I understand that Clear Towers are being placed all over the Metro Atlanta area, we are in Lawrenceville, GA. We do not like being committed to something and have to pay for breaking a contract, if we are not able to receive the service. Its looking like we don't have a lot of choices for ISP's. I don't care for AT&T, as they slammed me back in the day and kept switching me to there service without my authorization and knowledge. This is why I refuse to give AT&T my business. Comcast service is a joke and doesn't work half the time, when it was working, it worked great and had great speed, Charter, well, they provide service across the street from the subdivision we currently reside in. When reading this review and are wondering our location. We are located off of Lawrenceville Suwanee and McKendree Church Rd. The Clear Tower is over by Brewsters Ice Cream on the corner of Lawrenceville Suwanee and McKendree Church Rd. Even though we never signed up with the rep going door to door, as we never deal business with people who go door to door. Clear should have a rep come out before starting up service to make sure that you can receive service before deciding to go with there company for service. Especially since there service relies on the strength you receive with there modem. Just because there tower is located not even a quarter of a mile from our home, doesn't necessarily mean we are going to get a strong strength connection, but I would hope that we would get better then 2 bars, daily. For the record, we have tried all the recommendations by people, who have posted on line to get better strength. No such luck. We have tried placing the modem on a metal file cabinet, place tin foil near the modem. Have moved the modem to different places in our home, placed the modem near a window which we know would be in the direction of the Clear Tower....Still only get 1 - 2 bars, never 4 or 5. This is how Clear is working for us. We are somewhat disappointed so far with the type of reception we are getting. I have read that others get great reception. Wish we could be one of them.

    Do not and I repeat, do not do business with this company. I cancelled service with them a year…read moreago. Today Dec 5th 2011 out of the blue they debited my card for $25.00. I called them and asked why they charged me and they replied that my account is still active. My response to them was this: If my account is listed as active why are you suddenly debited my account after a one year cancellation. They had no answer. I threatened them with a lawsuit and now they are telling me they will process a refund and cancel my account for a second time. I have no idea where their workers are from but is is hard as heck to understand them. I will make it my job to alert everyone of their questionable business tactics. Do not give them your credit card information...ever.

    I hired JSC to run a Cat 6 Ethernet cable through my ceiling across the room so that I can have…read morereliable internet for my work office. The job turned out to be more complicated having to go through a stud and across rafters. He did an expert job with the hole repair patching and painting that I cannot tell where he opened the holes to pull the cable. He's clearly an expert in low voltage and how to work around obstacles that others would run away in fear. Highly recommend him for quality work at a fair price.

Jay has fixed our exterior doors that weren't contacting our weather stripping and sealing properly, as well as adjusting and (where necessary) replacing the interior doors that were poorly hung by the previous owner. He fixed our custom-built pantry shelves, in addition to adding another shelf, replaced baseboards, fixed an accent wall, added shelving to our laundry room, and installed overhead garage storage for us. The best thing about working with Jay, was that he had good input for us in helping to figure out what we wanted to do with our laundry room and to fix the broken design on our accent wall. When he was trying to figure out where to hang our clothes rack in the laundry room, he had the foresight to measure my arms to get a good sense of where to hang the rack since my wife wasn't around to say exactly how high she wanted it installed. Jay is super nice, reliable, and JSC's prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them for any handyman services you might need around the house.

The supposedly supervisor was having a casual conversation with customers about her daughter and her son graduating from high school this year!!!!!!!!! This is supposed to be a corporate office; Really!!!!!!!!!! I looked her in the eye and she rolled her eyes back at me!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you're not a people person then choose another line of work. I was so angry that I walked out never to return to this AT&T Store ever again in this life!!!!!!!!! They all should be FIRED!!!!!

I by far trust and prefer the staff and service here enough that we happily travel 2.5 hours from our North Georgia Mountains home to use it. If everything and everyone in the current AT&T company system worked as well, functioned as efficiently, and as happily and kindly made the effort to help? AT&T would have a much better market reputation. Thank you Lenox Road NE AT&T folks!
