This store is great! The service was excellent. I arrived early to my appointment but they had enough staff to help everyone! All the specialists worked very competently with their respective customers! Archie took care of me. He was efficient and polite above and beyond expectations. He was able to solve my issue quickly and efficiently while finishing helping the customer next to me. He helped me with every aspect of my phone issues. Thank you Archie, for your assistance today! We were near this store in mid-November to get more information about the Apple Watch series 7 and the iPhone 13 Pro Max and to see if either one of them were available for purchase on that day. The parking lot for this Verizon is large and free, and is shared with other neighboring businesses. We walked in and were immediately met by one of the employees who asked us how he could help. I told him what I wanted, and he told us what the differences were between my current phone and the iPhone 13 Pro Max, and then, because my current Apple Watch was so old, he just told me that I'd notice a huge difference. He then told me about the pricing, and then let me know that they didn't have any on hand to sell, but that I'd have to order the watch and phone if I wanted them. He also told me that there would probably be deals around Christmas time if I could hold off. I wasn't in big hurry to get either one, so I waited until Christmas sales started. you go to a phone store expecting to spend a few hours. what you don't expect is to be thoroughly entertained and to have incredible customer service. i will go into work this week saying that the peak of my weekend was going to verizon, and they will look at me like I'm crazy, but i promise you I am not. I entered the store with two lines on different carriers and wifi through xfinity. I left with two lines and wifi through verizon and it's cheaper than just one of our lines + Xfinity. our customer service rep was kind, informative, and chill. he knew vibes and honestly? i am legitimately thinking about grabbing a coffee from caribou next door, and just perusing the phones/tablets at Verizon so i can continue my people watching. 10/10 would recommend. read more

Tried to pay my bill by using the bill pay machine inside of the store at 6:05 pm the store hours online says they're open until 7pm. Here's to my first 1-star review. Employees don't have a clue about what's going on. The employee who greeted me put me on hold 3 times (yes; in person) to ask my quick question to other coworkers and then socialize for an additional 10-15 minutes (with each of said coworkers). I didn't hear what they were talking about, but I'm pretty sure what I asked didn't warrant excessive laughter...or any laughter. Whatever the case may be, it was not a good look. I've been here one other time; the quality of service wasn't great, but it didn't suck either. I have consistantly received great service from Verizon for many years now, but the Verizon store on Peachtree Rd in Buckhead gets a 5 star review from me today. I came in at 7:45pm, knowing they close at 8:00, but my phone was threatening mutiny on my life, so I had no choice. My phone has issues. I was greeted immediately with a smile (thanks Chaz!) and put into queue. I waited 10 minutes, but while waiting, Chaz brought out a charger so I could begin to troubleshoot. When Sean sat down with me, he listened attentively and immediately had ideas about what might be the problem. Such great customer service!!! He resolved the problem without making me feel like I was keeping him after hours even though I was the last customer. The good news, I have a new phone on the way, and Chaz offered to help set it up on Thursday in the store. They are what customer service SHOULD be, and I feel they deserve a shout out!! I'd steer clear of this location if the manager in charge is Roscell L. Hall. I was greeted by a consultant who nicely said that my model of phone was known for problems matching mine. I had heard this before, as I had replaced the phone 3 times and updated software a bunch more without the phone working better. This manager (Roscell L. Hall) said that they could only allow me to swtich to a working phone if I bought three accessories. Where did he get that silly number and idea??? I'll be happy to cancel Verizon now, and will be sure to say that Roscell sent me. read more

Been tryin to get My phone services all month. went to 3 different locations in 2 states talk to over 5 reps and nobody was able to help with my problem or a bill error that was not my fault. Came up to the Peachtree Location and The service that was provided was top notch. At first I was about to switch services because no one was able to help me out, but Darrion C came through and saved your Customer service score because at first it was a 1 star for the bull sh*t y'all put me through. The very friendly greeter introduced me to Tyreez who was extremely helpful. He changed out my SIM card and had me up and running quickly. This review is long overdue, but in December of 2019 I lost my phone and needed to get a new Sim card. I was very impatient when I went into the store because I had thought it would be a quick process and it was not (in part because of other customers already being helped). The employee I eventually spoke with, I believe his name was Nathan and he may have been a manager, was very accommodating despite my less than stellar attitude and went out of his way to make me feel better. I had a situation where my Iphone 6 was ordered and on its way to my home, but my Iphone 5 decided to break in the meantime. I had no choice but to buy another Iphone 5 until the 6 arrived. I explained the situation to the folks at Verizon--they were more than gracious on both the purchase and return, as well as helping me file a claim with Assurian for my original broken Iphone 5. Went in to this store in Buckhead last weekend to upgrade my old i phone. I'm an easy customer...no selling required. Here's my old iphone and $800, please give me a new iphone and I'll be on my way". Our family have been Verizon customers for more than a decade, spending ~ $170 per month for our 3 phones, which comes to more than $20,000 over the past 10 years. Imagine my dismay when they wanted to charge me a $30 "activation" fee. This translates to an "FU" fee if you ask me. What service is being provided for the $30? Is this how you reward loyal customers? The store employees were jerks and run this Verizon store like a used car lot, checking in the back with their manager on what prices can be charged. Not to mention, the store smelled like dirty gym socks. My wife and I walked out. I proceeded to call Verizon, who promptly waived the activation fee and shipped me out my new phone. Lesson: do your wireless purchases online. I will never enter a Verizon store again. Verizon should look to a company like Zappos, whose service is unrivaled. What a shithole. read more

I don't love any cell phone provider, but I've been with Verizon for few years and must say I'm pretty pleased. I recently purchased a new phone and a month later the clip broke as well as the phone front panel LCD went out. They replaced both free of charge. I don't llike the two year contract renewals, and the service is good, but seems quite expensive. My bill averages $90 a month. This store next to Target, gets very busy and is never too pleasant to shop there. read more

My iPhone 10 stopped working due to internal malfunction (which was confirmed at the Apple Store). I have a business account with Verizon so was hoping for some decent customer service and the ability to talk through my options. However, upon waking into this store the associate immediately had a bad attitude. I went in to do a device trade-in. The woman helping me fast talked everything and I left with a new phone purchase. What followed was an annoying experience. I got the new phone, came back in store for assistance. The new phone didn't have a return label to send back the old phone. In store they say call the 1800 number and sell me a phone cover, but won't resolve that for me. Several online chat messages later this is finally resolved. The first associate wasn't helpful and the second in store one wasn't much help either. I believe that they could have tried to do more and I'm disappointed. read more

Everyone at the store is VERY professional and friendly! Jennifer, the tech support, helped me with backing up my phone data and resolved my issues on file transfering to my PC. Let me just say this: Verizon, you have great coverage and offer good phones but I'm taking three stars off the top for the same reason I would give a bad rating to lesser carriers. The reason: Making consumers file paperwork for phoney "rebates." That's right. You're screwing your customers, Verizon! And you KNOW it! There is absolutely no reason for your customers to have to file paperwork for rebates. You should do it -- or better yet, the rebates should be incorporated into the sales price. What? It's to 'ensure you are getting the rebate for a phone you actually purchased. That's why you have to fill out forms, clip the proof of purchase seal from the carton and mail it off for a 6 week wait? C'mon, Verizon! You have my credit card and me, up close and personal, in the store at the time of purchase.
