I stopped here on 6/13 to get a phone charger for my car. When I arrived, I parked and waited for it to hit 10am, and then stood in front of the entrance with another woman as we awaited the doors opening. As time passed, she told me that this was not the first time that this location has opened up late. Finally, at 10:10am, two associates showed up. Confrontation makes me uncomfortable, so I kept my mouth shut. However, the woman who waited with me fairly informed them that they were late. Even after letting us inside, we had to "wait for them to open the store." The store should've been open already and doors opened on time. The one star is for the bigger picture and the second star is for the employee who helped me, as she was kind and helpful. I was able to purchase exactly what I was looking for. Please do better with being punctual. While 10 minutes may not seem like a big deal, it shows poor work ethic and also puts the customers behind in their days. It makes you feel like you have no value. We had a whole line of people behind us as soon as we came in, and despite the associates telling them they could find a seat and be helped soon, the majority chose to stand. It's just unfortunate that we were not apologized to and were almost treated as though we were unreasonable for being disappointed. I hope to see a change and subsequently update my review to reflect a better experience. read more

I went into the store in order to activate a new account. I was frustrated - probably like a lot of the customers walking into the store - about having to be there. However, I was greeted when I entered the store, told how many people were ahead of me, given an estimated wait time, and I was offered a seat. That's better treatment than I get at my doctor's office! ... Truthful kidding aside... They got to me as soon as they could and I was treated courteously throughout the entire visit. Yes, AT&T as a huge company can be very (very) frustrating. However, the team at this store taking care of my specific needs. That's easily worth the time needed to write a review showing appreciation for their effort. read more

I absolutely love this store and the employees that work here. Everyone is so happy to be there and help customers. Raven is truly exceptional. After 2.5 hours on the phone with technicians trying to port my phone number, it was stressing me out because everything is dependent on my mobile. I'm usually not a fan of going to stores, but I had to get this resolved. Raven was able to figure out the issue and resolved it in 10 minutes. WOW! She then helped me set up my new AT&T Fiber and went through everything efficiently while being mindful of my time and the one waiting customer. She truly went above and beyond!! I didn't get the other girls name, but I heard her interactions with other customers and her cheerful disposition took me from stressed to relaxed. Raven kicked the relaxed up two notches and I left having accomplished more than I thought, with time to run more errands and get back to work quickly. My Friday and entire weekend was just saved by going to this specific store location. read more

Horrible experience. Avoid this location. Every time you visit this location, expect to wait an excessive amount of time. Don't even think of trying to sign up for First Net as a first responder. The entire process took three visits and almost 3 hours in total. Then I find out from First Net it was not set up correctly by AT&T and they continued requesting documents that AT&T should have provided them. I ended up having to cancel First Net and switch back to an expensive plan on AT&T. I feel bad that I referred a coworker to sign up for the same service and everything was messed up with that transaction also. He had to visit the store at least three times and wait a long time while they called all over the place to see how to process First Net, which is advertised all over their store. They are the official carrier for First Net! What could be so difficult? My work phone is First Net set up through the federal government with no issues. I won't refer anyone to this location. AT&T corporate needs to visit this location and provide some serious training! read more

This store only had two representatives and a manager working. I got to the store at 12, which is when they opened, and it is how 1:30. 45 minutes after I walked in another lady entered in and somehow her and the guy who walked in after her has been seen before me. This store is a joke. I already told the manager when I walked in and she still proceeded to help the one's who came in after me. I try to be understanding of the COVID situation but if you are going to open your store you need a bigger staff on the daily to help manage your customers. After a very frustrating phone call with Comcast, I went to this store to open an account for WiFi and Nikki was incredibly helpful. She answered all of my questions in a very straightforward way and helped me understand exactly what I was getting. She got me what I needed, not a bunch of random other stuff that I wasn't there for (looking at you Comcast). I'm very satisfied with my experience at this store. Nikki seemed to genuinely want to help me, which is a lot more than I can say for most other customer service experiences I've had lately. read more

They told me the only thing they could offer me is a water bottle and a blanket... were they implying I was homeless? Not sure, but it felt pretty disrespectful. Horrible experience! Manager was very rude and basically got at my face and almost threw me out of the store. I had an appointment scheduled and had to wait for more than 30 min and leave eventually. When I asked the manager what was the point of making an appointment when the store operated on first come first serve basis, she was basically yelling at me that I was in a retail store and not in a doctor's office. I've been in this store twice - I like to go places a minimum of two or three times, to give people a fair shake before I review them, because first impressions are not always accurate. If the first visit is bad but the second time is good, I'll give it another shot for best 2/3 before I write a review. And I'll try anything twice, but if both times are terrible... I'm done. No more chances. Both times I set foot into this establishment, I already knew exactly what I needed (I had no questions; no more info needed; no need to hard sell me, I was there to buy). I already knew how much the item I needed cost, had the cash in hand, and was ready to roll. was slightly pressed for time. I had 20-30 minutes to wait for someone to be free to check me out and complete the process, but I certainly didn't have all day. My first visit was in the afternoon on a weekday a few months ago. My iPhone battery was nearly dead and I didn't have a car charger; I popped in to buy one. The store was empty of customers, but I still was not greeted right away because the employees were standing around talking to each other. After only a moment though, a man came over to assist me. I told him I needed a car charger for my iPhone5, but the Apple one, so it will fit into the port with my case still on. He showed me another brand, stating that it was cheaper and promising that it would fit. On his word, I bought it stepped outside to my car and tried it before I left the parking lot. Surprise! It didn't fit. I took it back inside, on the verge of running late, to return it and get the one I originally wanted. He suggested that I keep it, but just pull my iPhone case off to charge in the car because it would save me money. Umm. No. I want the thing I wanted originally and I want it now. I would rather pay extra for the convenience than to save a few bucks and have to fiddle with my case every time I needed some juice. So, he S-L-O-W-L-Y refunded the first purchase and check me out (finally!) with the charged I knew I needed in the first place. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME! And then we come to today. For complicated reasons I won't get into, my iPhone5 died this morning. Fine. But I NEED a phone. I figure, I'm right around the corner. I'll pop into the AT&T store and pick up a new iPhone5s, No big deal, right? Wrong. I walk in and I am not greeted. There are a lot of other customers in there, some being helped, most just milling about. I also begin to mill about. For like 15 minutes. Five minutes behind me another couple comes in. And five minutes behind them a man. FINALLY, an employee comes and greets THOSE PEOPLE because they are standing there un-moving and silently demanding attention, but not me. He goes to put them on some kind of waiting list (still ignoring ME!). Somehow I make it on the list, but I am not asked what it is that I'm looking for or needing. Why is there no triage?! I literally knew the phone I wanted, how much it would cost, and had the cash in my hand. In other locations I've been to, I'm asked if I know what I'm looking for. Yes, I need A, B, and C. Ok, it goes in the notes. And five minutes later, an employee comes up to me, "Hi there, I understand you need A, B, and C? Great, I've got that right here in my hands. If you don't have any questions, we'll go ahead and check you out and get you on your way." But not here. Nope. Here, they had TWO employees helping ONE COUPLE, who were purchasing ONE PHONE. They had one employee leaning against a counter, just chit-chatting with a customer as if they were old friends catching up. Another employee was literally sitting at a table with this old lady who must have been a million years old. In fact, I bet that person is STILL sitting there. But I figured that the employees, seeing the queue gathering, would step on the gas a little. So I waited. For another 25 minutes. I have now been standing around this store for nearly 45 minutes with one person literally only asking me my name to put it on a list. I finally said forget it, and left. I drove to the Lenox Apple store, which was flooded with 100-150 people, but I was greeted right away - I told them what I needed, and I had a new phone in my hand and I was out the door in less than 20 minutes. By the time I drove BACK past the AT&T store, I bet my name had STILL not made it to the top of the queue to be helped. So, if you have a ton of time to waste, you enjoy being ignored, and prefer that people attempt to sell you thing you don't want/need... then this is the place for you. But if you don't have time to mess around with that kind of non-sense... then don't bother. This location is so poorly managed and run, I'm shocked they are ever able to sell anything at all. read more

Upgrade ready, I was told to sign in, as if this was a concierge.40 minutes later, and after watching the AT&T retailer employees lackadaisically chatter with each other, I walked out. The thing about retail is that you're there to sell. It's not an experience. It's not a destination. It's a place to buy stuff. In this case, I didn't buy stuff. So the transaction wasn't successful. I'm afraid to buy anything else here...it is hard to return items that don't work/malfunction. The customer service and management here are bad (even worse than other ATT stores)I have a decent sized contract with multiple phones (work and personal) spending thousands monthly with them over many years and they treat me very poorly. Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced in an AT&T corporate store. All of the employees I worked with were rude (including the manager), impatient, and acted like they didn't care if their store made a sale. I had a lengthy conversation with AT&T's "Loyalty Department" regarding my experience and was only able to get the help I needed to complete my order and all of my questions answered over the phone. I am writing to complain about AT&T customer service and the executive office. On Jan 10th 2018 at 9am I called AT&T customer service and spoke to a representative name Shatoria regarding my bill, she offered to upgrade us to an unlimited data, txt and talk for the same price as our current bill ($160/month) I accepted the offer only on the premises that our bill would not increase. Next billing cycle I get my it and it was $270 I called and talked to Shannon on Jan 16th that stated my bill was a mess and I was double charged, he would need to call me the next day and tell me what he can do for me; the next day I get a call from Shannon that said "o there is a lot going on in my bill, he needs his managers help and would need to figure out the bill", Friday Jan 19th Shannon called me and said that he cant honor the price I was given but will have to put me back on my old plan and will try to adjust my bill to be at $160 for this month but would need to call me back on Monday to confirm that he is able to do so; on Monday Jan 22nd Shannon calls me and said he cant adjust anything and would not be able to help me, I asked to speak to his manager and his response was (my manager is here to manager people not accounts and I am the highest level you can speak to). I contacted the Executive office that day (Monday Jan 22nd) spoke to Cecy who said that she would have a case manager call me within 24-48 hours. Jan 23rd I receive a call from Tiffany Wells that said she would not credit my account since they have credit me in the past and all she would do is put me back on my old pan; I asked Mrs. Wells to listen to the phone call that I had on Jan 10th with the first rep. that offered the unlimited plan, but Mrs. Wells said she cant go back that far that she only can listen to calls less then 30 day (I had the conversation with Mrs. Wells Jan 23rd 2018 and the phone called that I asked her to listen to is Jan 10th 2018) then Mrs. Wells stated that human error happens and that's why they send confirmation emails (that I didn't receive, I said as much) but also Mrs. Wells said you cant expect us to manager over 16000 employees. I asked to speak to Mrs. Wells manager she said she dose not have one that she is the highest level I can speak to, I called and left Mrs. Wells a voice mail and sent her 8 emails asked her to call me back but she has not, I called the executive office and asked for a different case manager since Mrs. Wells refuses to call me or respond to me, I was told that once a case manager is assigned then that's the only person I can talk to and customers don't get to chose or ask for someone else, I have to keep trying to reach her and have her call me, I asked to speak to the CEO or have me speak to his secretary but was told he is running a business and dose not talk to people, I said I would then send him an email about all this and was told that it would get re routed to my case manager if I sent an email to him. AT&T does not take ownership of their mistakes and treats their customer poorly. read more

This was a completely awful experience. I would give my experience a ZERO star if I could. After purchasing an $100 phone case as recommended by one of the associates, I realized that the phone case did not work. It was not functionally. Every time I decide to use the phone to speak, I have to 1. find coins (as recommended by the associate), 2. use the coin to pop the case open- then risk my phone (just purchased) being not protected while using it. I explained this to the associate, who kindly understood my frustration. After speaking with the manager for all of a mere 10 seconds, the answer was NO, there is nothing we can do because you are 3 days past the date of return. Looking at the receipt, there was nothing that stated the 14 day policy! I asked if I could purchase another case with a small percent off or anything and the answer was NO. The manager, Donnie Cormier, looked at me blankly, and dismissively said, Sorry but we hope you have a good day. Mr. Cormier exchanged very few words with me and sent me out the door with an issue unresolved. HIS ATTITUDE WAS SHORT AND I FELT EXTREMELY MISTREATED. "Have a good day, okkkk? (as if he were talking to a child) he repeated as I walked out the door! Apparently Mr. Cormier needs some additional training with customer service and dealing with the stores defective or non-functioning equipment!! How incredibly rude!!!! **********************Bottom line- consider another AT&T store with better trained managers or consider not using AT&T at all******************* AT&T- consider retraining Donnie for he continues to allow money and customers walk out of your hands into another! read more
