One of the worst experiences ever. Example, poor customer service, arrogant, lying sales people. The management is non existent. I truly believe the management coaches their staff to let everybody know it's going to be a 45 minute wait. When really it's an average of an hour and a half wait every time I go into the location. I was refused an appointment, and I don't understand why they can't just be truthful and tell me its going to be a longer wait time. I would be okay with the truth. I've been a customer with Verizon for over ten years and spend plenty of money for subpar service and mediocre customer service. Beware! I was lied to by salesperson when introduced to the edge program. Management also did not seem to care about ethics in that matter. I had received opinion polls from there corporate office and I made it very clear how I felt about this location and about Verizon's service. Nothing was ever done to rectify this matter. Not even a response back. Unfortunately other companies have poor service in the area I live also. So unfortunately no other choice but to stick with Verizon. I don't expect great customer service, but I do expect some. I give them one star, no more. Good luck, your going to need it. read more

Went in checking on getting a signal booster/extender. Bars at the house suck with many dropped calls. Was looking at paying abt $250. The meeter/greeter (can't remember her name) informed there was a special $75 off and puts me in line. I rather quickly get handed over to Elaina Shawver who did a little checking. Multiple complaints had Verizon checking the area and found it was poor reception. I live near Buckley/Hampden and in a little bowl with the signal going right over us. Well, she found that the extender is FREE!! Yea me! While there, decided to get a new phone(was 3 years since the last one). Again, she found great deals/discounts and more. I walk out the store with a free extender, more internet gigs(from 12 to 20) and new phone (HTC M9) for a few bucks less than I was paying already. I recently purchased a 5G phone from A kiosk in a Costco. That rep could not get the 5G SIM card to activate. So, the next day I go to the Verizon at Mississippi and Abilene. The rep gets my 5G SIM card activated. While I am there, I am reading the plans on the sales poster in front of me. Ithad a plan that said $45 for unlimited 5G uktra wideband with premium network access. This was only $10 more than the plan I signed up for, or so I thought. First off, the plan I initially signed up for was not the price I thought. I did not know that while I was in the store. I decided to switch to this supposedly $45 a month plan. I asked the rep to switch it and commented "for $10 more per month, I might as well." The rep did not explain the plan or anything. I later come to find out it is only $45 if you have 4 lines and that is $90 with one line. I contact Verizon customer service as well as the store and neither one wanted to make it right on account of their rep not doing their job and explaining the difference in price for one line. Long story short, Verizon does not care about their customers and do not hold employees accountable. I have been with them for 8 years and when this phone is paid off, it will be 10 years. At that point, I am going to look into other carriers, as Verizon has really went downhill these last 3 years. read more

What a pleasant surprise!! We walked in to change our service from AT&T to Verizon. I was expecting to want to end it all after an excruciating visit. Not the case!! We didn't have to wait at all! Every person in the store was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. Elvira helped us. She was fantastic! She made sure that we were happy, told us how to get the best discounts possible and helped us with all of our needs! From beginning to the end of the visit, we spent only 15 minutes. This is a great location to get your phone needs taken care of... Not to mention that the cell service is far better than any other carrier! read more

Amazing service. Christal and Patrick were awesome. We added an iPad Air and upgraded to the 6s with our plan. Everything went very smoothly but these things take a bit of time. They were both super helpful. The Verizon on CO Blvd is a waste of time. The wait is always long and half the time they don't know what they're talking about. This store in aurora is a bit out of the way but worth the drive. Oh! We also bought Fitbits. Great promotion right now! read more

I went to the Verizon store because my iPhone 6S was having problems and I thought I might as well upgrade to the 7. I'm always worried about everything transferring over to my new phone and Josue was SO helpful. He stayed with us until everything transferred and helped with any questions and concerns that we had. Shout out to Carlos! My fiance and I were in there at 1pm today concerned about a glitch with his phone. The costumer service rep we spoke to before Carlos was saying because my fiance was out of his warranty and still had 5 months in his contract there was nothing they could do, except add on another line to his plan so he could then upgrade his phone, but the bill would be almost $200.00 dollars a month!!! We then decided to go out to a few cell phone repair places who said they would be unable to fix his phone. After spending at least 2 hours running around trying to get his phone fixed by 3rd party cell phone stores, Verizon themselves and doing tech support over the phone with still no success, we decided that the cheapest option would be to switch carriers. Not wanting to give up on Verizon 100% we went back to the original store only this time we spoke to a different customer service rep. We explained to Carlos what was going on and our frustration,he understood completely and was able to pull a few strings and is able to get him a replacement phone by Wednesday of this week! I wish we were offered this plan to begin with! Would have saved us at least 3 hours! Thank you Carlos for understanding and making us happy! When we go back we will be requesting you to help us!! 4 stars because of the costumer service rep with had to deal with first. read more

After waiting almost an 45 minutes, we were finally helped. The store is very busy and the staff seemed helpful...but FAR from informative. I had no idea by signing up for their new Edge program that the service is NOT PRO-RATED! I upgraded TWO days before my billing cycle, instead of a prorated amount for the two days: I was charged the entire month for the Edge AND my previous plan. There is absolutely no way I would have upgraded at that time, had I been informed my bill would be well over $300. I called the call center for clarification on the ridiculous invoice I got attitude from the rep. I waited 25 minutes on hold for a "supervisor"...he was just as snarky as his rep, interrupts like a teenager and essentially tells me I have to go back to this store because they are the ones who "left out" some vital disclosures. I'm so disgruntled I refuse to go into any store for more terrible service. Seems to me the store reps are far more concerned with closing the sale, their stats and/or commission to worry about the needs of the customer. Poor customer service is an rabid epidemic with this company...no wonder they are paired up with Comcast! Billing a customer for service not received and without FULL disclosure from the salesperson, is not only disgustingly unethical; makes me wonder if it is even legal. While I am stuck with the service for a while and for the sake of my credit, I am forced to pay the full billed amount. I will be returning to AT&T as soon as possible. At least their sales team have always been honest with me and their reps are professional. read more

PSA: Should you choose to do business at the corporate Verizon store, at Abilene & Mississippi, you may not get what you're being led to believe. I purchased a Zagg screen protector ($50.) and the sales pitch I was told was that once it's been registered with Zagg, should it crack, it would be replaced free of charge, for as many times as necessary. I also got the unfortunate pleasure of listening to an employee feed the same exact story to a customer, as he was putting his new phone & accessories in the bag. Here were my instructions: Take it to the Zagg kiosk in Park Meadows & they'll replace it. So I did, and in actuality, they charge $6. each time & "Verizon has been giving false information for quite some time." I spend 6 bucks each time it's cracked, to have it replaced, until I'm told it's now $10. I decide I'm done with Zagg screen protectors, clearly they're not meant to last or I'm terribly hard on it, and buy a different screen protector. I take it to the Verizon store and the manager, Jessica, refuses to allow an employee to put it on my phone, -because I didn't buy it there. She then tells me she's not required to offer full disclosure on charges Zagg passes on to customers. She didn't like it when I walked over and told their customer the truth about the charges involved. -- There's a really good reason Verizon has terrible customer service ratings. read more
