'you have been routed to t-mobile & it looks like you have a sim card that i not yet activated'! at this point i realize she is messing my service up on purpose & it is not the phones...both phones are doing the same at this point! conclusion: i did not get service back until 6 days later once corporate investigated what she did...lololol! if your phone ever states...
