Never was it discussed how they were getting the phone bill less just did it. He was rushing to get more sales and moving through everything so fast. Telling me the tablets were free, not that it would also up our bill. Getting us a new tower for internet, not indicating that it changed our plan. All of this also removed our previous grandfathered plan. The person was multi-tasking working with multiple people many times that I was in there it was clear he was just in it for the sales. People should know this is a retail store only worried about sales and making things sound great. Go to a direct corporate center before going to a retail store. I feel very deceived by this whole experience.

In We R Wireless-land, the sales person will give you snark about how you should have read the receipt instead of asking to exchange the defective accessory for an operable one. Fortunately, because this outfit is a franchisee of Verizon Wireless we were able to appeal to Verizon Wireless' very professional customer support line to get a refund for the defective accessory. We are very satisfied with the resolution. Verizon Wireless should look very carefully at franchisees such as We R Wireless because their horrible customer service damages the Verizon Wireless brand.

A small store with accessories (covers, chargers mostly) & some refurbished phones for sale-but it's all about the repairs. I was quoted $129 to replace my iPhone screen. 30-40 minutes for the work. I opted to leave. When I returned my phone was not ready as the Technician noticed my battery was swollen and recommended replacing it. "No thanks as I'm not going to keep this phone much longer." I looked at their price list and noticed there was a budget screen for $95. Ok I'll go with that one instead. Would have been good to mention this in the beginning. Also a 10% discount is available with Yelp check in-didn't see this til after. Service was good and engaging overall with some good information about the repair, etc. My phone is back to pre Light Saber state. Only recommendation would be to give all of the options upfront. When you have the camera it looks as clear as I can remember, thankfully, but on the lenses itself, you can see dust particles and the broken glass from the original lenses underneath. I would have thought the old glass would be cleared completely before putting on a new one but I guess they don't do that. I could have bought a $10/15 lenses repair kit myself off Amazon and done better in my opinion. I just over paid for convenience and hope I can't get my full trade in value for this.. or I just wasted my time/money.

It still played music, I just wanted to fixed the screen. they charm you into signing the contract without reading it by making conversation while you are going over it. thennnn when I came back to pick up my Ipod, the manager brings it out to me and says okay well we were able to fix the screen but something went wrong with the mother board. I try to charge it and got nothing. I come back and tell him I was not pleased and he says "we let you keep the screen!" are you kidding me? I texted the company on a Sunday night to see if they had a replacement screen for a specific…read moreMotorola phone. I received a text the next morning that they had it. I went into the shop Monday afternoon, only to find out they didn't have it, but would order it and have it the next day. I went in Tuesday, and the employee told me the screen wouldn't be delivered until about 4:15 PM that afternoon. I said I would return Wednesday. Wednesday at 10:15 AM - the screen still hadn't been delivered, but delivery was expected by 11:15 AM (FedEx!). I then called at 12:30 PM and still no delivery. Finally got a call around 1:45PM that the screen had arrived. Technician replaced the screen in about one hour. Final repair cost was $10 less than a competitor. Guessing the delivery problem was with FedEx, but recommend contacting them ahead of time to verify they have the parts and equipment on hand to actually repair your phone or computer.
