Came to Men's Warehouse in Bolingbrook to have (2) adults and (1) child fitted for a wedding tux rental. I had made a 3:30pm appointment ahead of time to ensure we could be helped. When walking in, no one was there to greet us. Finally someone came out from the back who said they could help us. We started looking at offerings and quickly were told the staff member was working with two customers at the time. When attention was finally turned to our group, AJ and Tom both helped us pick the best jacket, shirt, vest, shoes, cuff, bow tie, and pocket square. I was surprised by how many options were available. Our family could try on pieces to check fits and noted they had regular, wide, slim, and tall fits for adults only. They are flexible with pick up and return locations and guarantee the rentals being ready 3-4 days ahead of wedding as long as you do a final fitting 2 weeks ahead of time. Pricing seemed fair for how much was included. Overall, the store did seem understaffed but we still enjoyed our experience. RAVE - Need (not wanted) to buy a new suit. Everyone at Men's Warehouse in town are so nice and accommodating. My body shape is not an easy one to fit, so I don't blame them that one size is too small, and the next size up is too big, even unable to tailor because of my shape. (Big shoulders and lats, while being a short man). Nick went in back and came back with Mike, the store manager. He went well above and beyond, trying countless labels in different sizes to try to find the right one. After trying on so many pants and jackets, he found the one I think will work. Went into the store to buy a suit for an 81 year old gentleman with a walker. No one acknowledged we walked in to say "hello, will be with you in a few minutes/ Can we direct you to what you might be looking for and you can start looking until we can help you more?" Two sales people on the floor were with customers but after waiting 15 minutes needed to approach them. The atmosphere was they could care less that we were waiting with an older person with a walker waiting with us. Will not go back again. read more

Me and my wife went to Mens Warehouse in Bolingbrook Illinois on 1/14/23 at around 12 noon in order for me to purchase a Suit.I let my wife out in the front of the store because she has a cane.She went into the store and was completely ignored no acknowledgment.I eventually made it in and as soon I walked in I was stared at as if I was an alien. Than the Manager than glared at me as if we where having a staring contest or seeing who was going to speak first he eventually asked how could he help me.I told him I wanted to purchase a suit, he than told me to sign in with a tone of disdain. At first when I walked in there was one sales guy who was very rude and unhelpful for the entire time. He just was rude and did not want any part of helping. Luckily there was a girl there who stepped up to help me even though she was already doing a sizing for two other groups while another sales person did pretty much nothing. She was SO kind and helpful even though she was doing so much already. She asked the guy to please help take a few simple Measurements for me and he seemed so upset to have to do the bare minimum. Generally I go to the one in Oak Brook, but I just so happened to be in Bolingbrook and decided to stop in because I have two suit-up events about to happen. Now I normally hate salespeople, but I understand that when buying a suit it's a little more than grab something and try it on. The people here get that I'm not into being fussed over, and Melanie (who always sells me my suits and to my surprise, moved from Oak Brook to Bolingbrook - yay!) gets me. She's patient, listens to what I want, and gives me choices without overwhelming me.I always lean toward the fancier suits because you get what you pay for. Their in-house brands are nice too. But every few years it's nice to splurge. Calvin Klein, I'm looking at you. Now look at me. Now look at your man. I look better than him because I bought my suit at Men's Wearhouse. Haven't purchased a suit in years but lost a bunch of weight and have a wedding to attend. First, I appreciate that the entire staff was wearing masks (properly). Noel. Was. Awesome. He was cool and good humored when I gave him sh*t for his white sox mask while I was in my Cubs mask. Then he directed me to the right section, gave me some suggestions and then finished with another customer and came back. When I told him what my neck size used to be he was incredibly complimentary of my weight loss. Then while I tried on the suit and the tailor (also fantastic) made her marks, he pulled out shirt, tie, socks, belt and pocket square options for me. Noel even went so far as to ask my girlfriend what she was wearing to the wedding and if she would like my clothes to compliment hers. He CLEARLY understood who was in charge! Lol. I'm not dumb. I know he pulled as much out as he could to entice me to spend more but there was ZERO pressure. He brought fantastic merchandise out and let me decide. Honestly, I felt bad for not buying more. I ended up purchasing 3 suits, 3 dress shirts, 6 neckties, and one belt for less than $1,000. A very good deal, indeed. Men's Wearhouse saved our daughter's wedding day! I've never been to a Men's Wearhouse before but we were in a desperate situation so my daughter suggested we try them out. I won't bore you with the crazy details about my husband not having a suit for our daughter's wedding, but we didn't realize it until the day before the wedding! His only suit, that actually fit him, was in FL and he had a tux I was not going to let him wear (again, I won't bore you with the details but let's just say he would have stood out like a sore thumb in the pictures!). Frantically I called the Mens Wearhouse in Bolingbrook, told them our plight and they urged us to come in right away. Carrie the manager, and salesperson Anthony, were AWESOME, to say the very least! They helped us pick out a pair of slacks that would look great with the only sport coat my husband had at home, a nice new white shirt and a beautiful tie. Oh yeah, they hemmed the pants while we waited (maybe 10 minutes)! We were in and out of there in less than an hour and my husband looked fantastic for our daughter's wedding!
