This was one of the most disappointing Verizon store experiences I've had. I did eventually get to an employee, but they were unable to help with even a basic request. The staff seemed disengaged, more focused on their phones than on assisting customers, and there was no effort to troubleshoot or find a solution. I was ultimately referred to another Verizon store nearly 9 miles away. When I went there, the service was outstanding -- fast, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. They even mentioned that they regularly see customers who were sent to them because the Chelmsford location doesn't want to handle certain tasks. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding the Drum Hill Road Verizon store. The lack of professionalism and unwillingness to assist customers speaks for itself. read more

We had a special for $700.00 off a new phone with a trade-in. My husband got a phone.I brought our trade-in in. The employee ran my phone to see if it was acceptable and said it was all set. We waited 2 months for our $700.00. Went in the store three times. The third time we were told the phone we traded in did not qualify. They had our phone and $700.00 and would not do anything about it. Do not do business with this store. If you have any deals, go to Nashua! read more

Manager was working in the store alone, I was quoted a price by a male employee on the phone for an upgrade and they where trying to charge me more. i understand the sales business, but also listen to what the customers needs are first. We have been long time customers of Verizon and was looking to reduce our bill not spend more..$200 a month on only two phone lines with all the competitor phone companies is too high. She didn't offer any cost efficient plans, in fact no plans or bundle packages where mentioned at all. she didn't even ask what i was looking for in a plan just wanted to close the sale as quick as possible. read more

I walked in swinging: I AM NOT PAYING $100.00 A MONTH FOR A PHONE! Luis and Andrew worked with me diligently to not only meet, but to exceed my demands. When I spoke to VZW during the period immediately after, they said they had a plan for me at much more data for only a little more money-- but 1, it was over $100 (like 105) and 2, the guys in the store couldn't see that offer when I asked different times about it. They did what I asked. So, then I had a problem with my phone Apple was no help, so I jumped to Android during my warranty period. These guys, again, worked like crazy to get me the phone I was looking for at the right price. I highly recommend going in and speaking with these guys. I was ready willing and able to switch from Sprint to Verizon, worst experience ever. Don't go to this store, they are horrible. The "district manager" so he called himself, was worse then the worst euphemism of a used car sales man. Because I did not want the "HUM" promotion, he intentionally deactivated my phone number, knowing full well that I would not be able to re-activate for 24 hours. On the up side I must say that Sprint has awesome customer service and for that reason I'm sticking with them. read more

Stopped here for a sim card issue, worst customer service ever. He didn't even attempt to help, just said call the customer service #. Go out to the car call, they tell me, go to a store for help. I walk back in & he again refuses to help. I can't even say it was poor service, it was no service. I drove the whole way to the Arlington store on Mass Ave where I got fantastic service. Don't go to this location, it is worth the trip to Arlington for service since this Chelmsfird store refuses to provide service. read more

I have been meaning to get a new phone for a while and during my vacation I was having trouble taking good pictures which finally made me go in and get a new one. The manager Andrew excelled at customer service and even knew how to handle the challenges that a business account can sometimes have when upgrading phones. He helped me get the best deal and was really transparent about everything. I never felt like I was being upsold and walked away very happy with the outcome! Very impressed with how easy it was to upgrade phones during my vacation. :) read more

This Verizon store is not a "Corporate" store is only wants to sell you phones. My phone was not working properly so I went there to find out what was wrong with my I Phone 6. I was told that it was indeed my phone ( 18 months old) and I bought a new phone, with payments for the next two yeas. Come to fine out there was NOTHING wrong with my phone, it was the Verizon service which was later fixed. After two hours on the phone with Corporate Verizon and the "Verizon" store, I ended up with a new I phone 7 and an old I phone 6 which both work perfectly fine. I could have taken the new phone back but it still would have cost me over $150 for stocking fee, transferring data, etc. Lesson learned - ALWAYS GO TO CORPORATE VERIZON and not these Authorized retailers. read more

this store is horrible they are crocks and the person i dealt with should be shot.   I went to this store for 4 phones.  asked if i wanted ins i  stated i did not want it.   He said it's only $5.00  I replied no its $5.00 a month times four times 24.  He still put the insurance on my account.  Also i told the person that i was on ss and could not afford over $200.  After i signed my contract for 4 phones i was leaving and the salesperson put two boxes on the table and says "he's a free gift".   I did not take the boxes my grandaughter and a friend with me grab them.  I had already signed for my phones we were done.   When i got my first bill it was $368.00   They charged me for 4 phones and two devices. alll with insurance.  I have been trying to clear this up for a year.  I was on automatic pay so they have been stealing my money of $64.0 a monyh for over a year.  I have called the ceo Al a number of times with no return call.  He never answers the phone . When he put the two boxes on the table he told my grandaughter to come over to the other side of the room and register them.  I had nothing to do with that.........First of all she was under age and should not have done anything.   They have caused me so much stress , I have gone to 2 stores and talked with many customer service persons  All tell me after months of different conversations oh that's not a corporate store .This was in the mist of the covid crissis .  I am 74 years old and walk with a cane and walker.  What this guy did is dispicable .  Verizon doesn't care they take the money but not the responsibility. Two different customer service people have said Oh there's a few bad  apples in the bunch.  They have removed the salesperson who i dealt with and know all this stuff was going on but still won't fix it. The kid in the store talked a good game, but he didn't set up the phone right and I had to do it all over again when I got home. $50 "setup" charge for nothing. They also charged $710 for a $699 iPhone, and put the insurance on the phone without even asking me. I will never go there again. read more

This store is the worst. I purchased a product and specifically asked if the product has a certain feature. Was told yes and when I took it home found out it was not true. Next day bright it back to return and was told I could only return it to the sales person who sold it to me because it would impact their commission. What????? That is the craziest thing I have ever heard. They are slow, rude, don't know the products and do not understand who the customer is. Don't go here. Much better service at the corporate store locations at the mall or in Nashua off Daniel Webster Highway. Stay clear of this location. Typical sleazy salesmen and complete liars! I've done business at this store multiple times, opened new lines, set up Mifi, etc. This time I went in there to switch one of my lines (I have 4) to another device that I already owned, an old Galaxy S5. Now, I understand I went in there for purely customer service reasons and I wasn't generating any revenue for the sales guys, but their service was terrible. The first guy comes out from the back in a sweatshirt and makes a joke about how he really works there. I tell him what I'm trying to do and he proceeds to tell me that I need to upgrade or open a new line; that the S5 is too old and will be obsolete in a couple months. He said the Android software wouldn't be compatible with the S5 soon... like my phone doesn't get software updates?!? Nice try buddy. I told him I didn't have the money to upgrade at the moment (but would in a week when I get paid) and I just wanted to switch the line to the old device in the meantime. Then another guy comes out and takes over, still trying to get me to upgrade. He said the line I had was suspended and that's why they couldn't move it to the new device. Yes, one of my 4 lines I had suspended, it was the other one I was trying to switch. He just kept pushing for the upgrade saying he couldn't transfer the suspended line (not the line I wanted transferred anyway). Again, I told the new guy I didn't have the money to upgrade at this time. He then pulls out a Galaxy S5 and says I can upgrade to that phone and it would only be 15$ a month... didn't the other guy just tell me that phone was obsolete? Guy #2 just brushed it off, saying no they were still selling those phones so I should totally "upgrade" and spend my $ on a phone that I already have. Bottom line, I left furious and went to the Verizon Wireless website and transferred the line myself. I will never go back there! It's worth the 15 minute trip to Nashua to deal with the real Verizon Wireless... plus no sales tax! read more
