Very bad experience during a trade-in when purchasing a new Iphone15. Promised me a better trade-in value for a phone and plan change. However, after phone was purchased and old phone returned, they just halved the value without any explanation. Very rude, unprofessional and ellusive customer service behaviour after that. Please take your business elsewhere. These guys don't have a backbone. read more

Wow Monique and Anesha were absolutely amazing and Im very grateful that they were assisting me today. not only was today my birthday, but it was also the anniversary of my father's passing and on a day that I found out my mother would have to have a very serious operation that carried a lot of risks. So I decided to treat myself to a new iPhone and I am just glad that the energy, professionalism, courtesy, and time, and effort put into assisting me helped take my mind off of everything that I was dealing with. Both Monique and Anesha we're very upbeat and positive, and friendly, and just full of life, and it helped to take my mind off of everything along with getting me what I needed for my new cell phone purchase and I'm just really grateful. This review is on Google also with pictures. 8/22/23 According to the 4.7 star ratings, I thought it would be a great place to either fix my old cell phone(locked up on initial screen) or get a new one. Went in about lunch time, no other customers so I was approached quickly. They said they could not get into my phone to update or reprogram so I looked into getting a new one. I've have a prepaid deal for a long time $40/mth- and my job gets me a discount $15 off. Salesman started showing me different phones but none of them were labeled with a price on the shelves- which I don't like because they can make up a price as they go. He wanted to get me into about $850 phone for $200 and sign up to 36 month deal of $65/mth service. I did a little math- $65 is $40 more per month than what I pay. $40 x36 months= $1440 more I would be paying in 3 years just for the monthly service. Plus the $200 for the phone. I asked to purchase a phone and still use my prepaid plan. The salesman showed me 2 phones- 1 about $260-the thicker/older model and the other about $330 appeared to be the thinner/newer model. I got the thicker model because it fit better in my present carrying case-Samsung Galaxy A14 5G and was charged $364.86. Of course, I could not just get on my phone yet to compare prices like I normally would. They did have some problems getting it activated due to my old phone being locked up but almost immediately after swiping my credit card for the sale, the salesman moved on to a new customer. I stayed at the desk trying to figure out some features for a few minutes, then had to ask for my credit card back- he left it on the other side of the counter. A trainee had to give back my credit card, put my old phone and box for new phone in a bag so I could leave. I got home a couple hours later, wanted to know some specifics of my new phone. I searched for the Samsung Galaxy A14 G5 to find out there are several other businesses/companies selling the same phone for approx $200- $165 less than what I was charged. I called this Verizon store to ask about the price difference and was told specialty Verizon Stores can sell phones $30-$40 more and was charged $50 due to the needing the phone today. Salesman also said there is a no return policy, but I noticed Verizon online has a 30 day exchange/refund policy- so that was a lie. My old phone broke down 4 days ago, I could live without a phone a couple more days if it would have saved me $50. I also asked for my receipt which I did not get in my bag. I'm beginning to think I was charged for the more expensive phone and given the cheaper phone. Tomorrow, and maybe the next day I will attempt to discuss the matter with a manager hoping to get a refund/exchange or price match. I'm sure I will have to make several phone calls to fix this issue, but I got the next few days off. Update- this is what I found online about 10 hours after I purchased the A14-- and I printed out a copy just in case I needed it. https://www.verizon.com/smartphones/samsung-galaxy-a14-5g-prepaid/ Update- 8/23/23 about 24 hours later I returned to Verizon, talked to the interim/manager in training- the same guy that sold me the phone. He said he will not adjust the price, price match- even though it is with another Verizon store, OR give a refund or exchange. There is a 30 day refund or exchange policy on the Verizon website. I did get a copy of the receipt he did not give me yesterday. Pics attached- notice none of the signature blanks are filled out, they were not filled out yesterday either because I never saw it. But on the second page- it clearly states under the Customer Acknowledgement "Samsung Galaxy A14 can be returned within 30 days". read more

Do not do business with Kelvin. He lied and sold me a replacement Jetpack for the one I lost. Jetpack was inferior. He also charged me for set up and failed to include those charges on the receipt. I found those charges on the monthly Verizon bill. DO NOT RELY ON THIS NON-CORPORATE STORE. GO TO A CORPORATE LOCATION. read more

My wife purchased a new I14 Pro IPhone from the Wireless Zone at the end of December (28th). She traded in her phone and was to receive a credit for it on a subsequent bill (we were told the next month which would have been January). It's March 30th and she still hasn't received her credit. She's called and spoken with employees twice in March and both said they'd take care of the issue and call her once the issue was resolve - neither has. I've called twice today at 2:45pm and the phone just rings until it hangs up. Be careful with what you are promissed! read more

Monique has no business being in the service industry. She was so rude and disrespectful in front of her co-worker and customers that she needs to find a job working by herself. She was helping other customers on a speaker phone call with customer service and asked me why the account holder was not able to come in to handle the account. I explained to the young man helping me that he lives out of town and I was just needing information on upgrading a phone. She yelled and said, 'what's the reason', to which I repeated a bit louder so she could hear over the speaker phone call she was on. She literally yelled at me at the top of her lungs and told me not to be yelling. She really needed to mind her own business and finish helping the customers she was waiting on but went off on a tirade. She displayed disgusting behavior and even the customers she was helping were in shock at how she expressed herself. It was uncalled for and if she didn't hear me the first time she should've excused herself and came closer to where I was being helped. I will never recommend this location and much less would never want anyone to deal with Monique. She is the epitome of the most hateful and disrespectful person I have come across. It showed me exactly who not to be. She's a horrible representation of a human being and I pray she finds Jesus! Kindness goes a long way!! read more
