Apparently that when I got my new iPhone 16 Pro Max this year the cases we got they didn't bother to put them into the payment plan so now they say that that's due so I gave them an extra $106 but they said that that's what caused my bill to double into $500 and if I hadn't stopped auto pay, they would've taken that amount out and cause issues for me. I spent several hours on the phone being transferred after telling my story over and then to a manager and she said there's nothing she can do for me even though I threatened to leave I want to pay off my phones and I want to go if anybody on here can tell me somewhere that's actually good in Jacksonville, Florida. I will be closing out my AT&T who doesn't seem to care that I've been through all this. They are extremely unprofessional. Everybody tells me something different and do not use auto pay because they will randomly double your bill which you might even not see because you don't get an actual bill in the mail and then they'll take it out I'm just done after 20 years. I walked in and was greeted right away…read more Picture this: I'm old I had my new router, it didn't seem to be working, and I really needed it fixed so I could work... and maybe watch some garbage TV this weekend. Within just a few minutes, the store manager, Donnell, came out, and both he and Amayah started trying to fix the issue. A few minutes later, they realized they couldn't fix that router either. I wasn't sure what to expect next, but I definitely did not expect what happened. Donnell basically said, "We're going to take care of this." He took the router that was giving me trouble, swapped it out, and got me a brand-new router that was perfect. Within 35 minutes of walking into the store, I was walking back out. Fast-forward another 35 minutes or so, and I was home with everything set up and working perfectly. Customer service matters so much. I can only imagine how many frustrated, grumpy, overwhelmed people walk into that store every day. I always try to come in with a positive attitude no matter what, but I was still beyond pleasantly surprised. Amayah and Donnell absolutely went above and beyond, and in my opinion, delivered amazing customer service. Friendly. Fast. Problem solved ASAP. They definitely renewed my faith in the T-Mobile store.
