I took my son's phone to this place to get a new battery and the back glass fixed on his IPhone…read moreyesterday. We dropped it off about 11am and was told it would take about 3 hours. We go back up there at 4pm and was told it's still not ready to come back in 45 minutes. We get back up there at 5:15, get the phone and leave. 2 hours later the phone blew up! I take it back up there this morning and they tell me a technician needs to look at it and says it was the charger and all they can do is give me a $75 store credit as if I would EVER purchase anything from them again! They also took the battery out that they replaced when I went back up to get the phone back. If the battery was not the cause of the issue then why wouldn't you leave it in there? Seems shady to me.

Don't even try to argue, just buy it online and maybe after the sales in the store go diwn they might start pricing in line with their own website. In my example, store price: $79.00. Online regular price: $69.00, but online "permanent reduction" price: $14.99. Yes, 15 dollars vs 80 dollars.
