I was passed of to several different people and finally was able to get a knowledgeable technician but he was working with several other people and technical staff constantly asking him other question. After the diagnostic tests, it was determined the motherboard was faulty and would cost $400-600.00 for the repair but it might be other aspect, he never checked the actual battery which was what I was asking about. I told him, I just got this iPhone 12 Pro from Amazon several days ago. This technical support person said he sent me an email but when I checked my backup iPhone 5+, (I was upgrading to Apple 12 Pro) email was never sent and he was only interested in selling the newest iPhone 17 and i felt like this support was not enough for me, because he was constantly working with everyone else but me. I was observing other Apple customers who had purchased new devices and these iPhones were experiencing the same problems I had with iPhone 12 Pro. Not a happy customer service experience. I know from Apple newest IOS 26 release has caused major issues which was on my new IPhone 12Pro which could be why it never worked to begin with and battery was never mentioned to me if it was working or not. I contacted Amazon and returning the defective Apple 12 Pro. Luckily, my old iPhone 8 + is still working but I had to get a new SIM card at T Mobile. Why is Apple constantly updating their IOS with terrible updates which are causing me and many others issue? I cannot update past 16 IOS and the IOS 17 updates are on most of my Apps which is terrible. I had to backup my iPhone 5 + via ICloud. website because I can't get into Apple Store, or many other app.

On September 22nd, 2025, I took my phone to Rick to get a new screen installed after I cracked it…read moreand lines started showing up, freezing the screen completely. Rick charged me $140 for a new screen. That same screen had multiple functional errors. Let's start with the fact that it was thick and didn't fit the screen, which messed up my touchscreen accessory. The camera looked dusty and adjusted my pictures to be super bright. Also, the screen's backlight didn't adjust to sunlight as the normal screen would, causing the battery to die more easily and faster. Then, after some time, the whole screen would jump while I was typing, so I got used to locking and unlocking my phone as a way to briefly fix it. Overall, it had multiple faults that it didn't originally have, which I thought was weird. Then, on January 28th, 2026, the whole screen went completely black. Randomly. Unfortunately, I moved out of the state, so I couldn't bring it in since I'd have a "warranty" with Rick. I took it to a new shop in my area, and they let me know that the screen used was a Dupe or a dupe of a dupe. It's made out of the country, and they explained it is a 3rd-generation fake screen and is one of the most terrible fake screens to put on a phone. The lighting was different than what I needed, and they even mentioned that those screens come with touchscreen accessory problems as well because it's not meant for my phone. Anyhow, I paid $160 for a new screen in a new place for a quality screen. Only $20 more for something that lasts. I am very disappointed that I wasted $140 here for a fast fix.

The business is in his house and the parking is around the corner on a side street. I missed it and had to turn around. The owner met me at the door because I told him I was coming, but I'm not sure I would have known what to do if I arrived and he wasn't there. I think you walk on the porch and ring the doorbell. (Or just call him) However, now that you have that info- you should be good to go. He guarantees his work- so I feel good about the work that was done. I'd go back for future cracked screen (though hopefully no more).

Nothing works. My phones do not work at all in Florida and we only partially get Internet here in Ohio, I could go on and on. Don't go with AT&T.

I see on a board to my left that six other ppl are "in line" ahead of me. So now I'm sitting in my car waiting for them to txt me my turn. So five minutes later I'm called in through txt ...mind you I'm parked in front so no one has come out or went in...so how are six customers in front of me? Like seeing that would have ppl go into a store or leave the area and the prompts from txt are short. One minute between your up soon and get to the store it's your turn. The associate was very nice though I'm criticizing the process not this guy.

September 2024 Spectrum reps offered us their cable and…read morephone services. A Buy Out of UP TO $500 Per phone was promised by multiple reps within spectrum. I transferred 6 phones and spent over $2100 in this process. They have refused to process the buy out because the agents in their process supposedly neglected to have me sign a document of intent. ***I want and deserve the $2100 promised to me for initiating these transfers. However they refuse to stand behind their policy and tell me it is too late to adjust because X document was not provided or me to sign.
