I have even called Verizon and they are unable to help. I recently went into this place to upgrade my phone through a trade-in promotion. Something went wrong during activation on Verizon's end (not this retailer's fault) and it created some issues with obtaining the correct promotion. These issues pop up from time to time and it really just provides an opportunity for customer service to prove themselves. In this case, Drake the representative who was helping me, went above and beyond. He provided top notch service by following up with me, taking the time to make sure everything was resolved, and did so in a patient and professional manner. Give this man a raise! read more

I visited the Verizon wireless store on 214th in Bonney Lake today and had the most outstanding service from Parriss. I was unable to access my online account due to recent changes. Parriss called Verizon for me and patiently jumped thru hoops and waited until we were able to get a rep. He worked very patiently in guiding the rep and keeping me informed until a complete solution was reached. I recently ordered a new android phone, based on great reviews it got. But it had problems, right from the start. I took it back to the store after a few days, and they attempted to fix the software issues. Similar problems soon resurfaced, so I took it back, again. I upgraded to an iPhone. It was a complicated transaction, but Ruby handled it with great skill and patience. I had been a bit frustrated with the phone, and the store, but she made everything right. I'm happy with the iPhone, and pleased with the great service that Ruby provided. read more

Terrible service. My mom had gone in to buy a glass screen protector as I stayed in the car and she comes out of the store not even a minute after goin in. She explains that the sales person JASMINE refused to sell her that screen protector because my mom didn't have the phone with her! My mom had explained that it's not for her but for a gift, and we are not Verizon customers so we didn't know if that was policy. She proceeds to ask for a phone number and name 5 times and she didn't understand. Like listen jasmine, you're getting an easy sale why are you refusing one?! She was saying she can't sell her the product because she didn't have a phone to put it in. WHO CARES?! ITS A GIFT. I work and retail and you never refuse a sale! If I was there I would've straightened out the situation really quick. That's no way to talk to a paying customer. As my mom tells me this we go to a different Verizon and I asked the manager there if that was okay and he told us that was not professional. So I go back and JASMINE was not there. I told the employee that was working and explained the situation and he even questioned why she was saying "I'm sorry I can't sell this to you because you don't have the device". He apologized and he was so sweet, I wish I got his name! But never go to her, I don't know if she doesn't know what she's doing or but if she doesn't like the way you look she will refuse to sell you stuff. Very unprofessional!! I was having an issue upgrading my phone due to an issue with American Express, not Verizon's fault at all. I had called their customer service a couple of different times as I originally purchased the phone online. I spent a total of an hour and a half on the phone with various CSR's and still the issue was not remedied. I decided to give the local Verizon store a whirl and I am so glad I did! Alex was the CSR at the store that helped get this all figured out. She was very patient and diligent when she was on the phone with Verizon trying to get this handled for me. Alex handled the issue in about 20 minutes and I walked out of the store with a new phone. Problem Solved. Cellular providers can be inherently frustrating and Alex made this a pleasant experience. She even walked me to the door and thanked me for coming in. Thanks Alex! read more

Not only are they not helpful at all but the person who offered initially to answer my questions could not have cared any less. Dressed in a Go wireless shirt with numerous tattoo's and plugs in his ears, their "customer service" representative went out of his way to show me that my questions were of no importance to him. As I asked him questions about my contract with Verizon he started typing on a computer, I thought to look up my account, I was wrong. He pounded away at his keyboard without so much as even looking up while giving me one word or no word answers and at my suggestion finally telling me that YES canceling my contract was always an option available to me. I will say that he did yell to me to have a good day as I left the store. With this as the standard of service I've received so far I see no reason to ever return. May 2016 I walked into a Verizon store in Bonney Lake WA. where I was greeted with a smile from the store manager named JOSH. I told him that I lived out past the 'new development' where Verizon just put up a new tower . I asked him how the towers worked with other carriers who used those towers. I told him I had Straight Talk and could not get service from my house that I had to go out in the middle of the driveway or a certain spot in the yard. Josh told me that , and I can't remember exactly the numbers, but other carriers using their tower got like40% usage and Verizon non-contract users got 70% and Verizon contract users got 100%. I decided to switch from Straight Talk to Verizon non contract as it is $45 a month the same as I was paying now. My Straight Talk was on auto pay so I contacted CHAT to stop my auto pay that I was going to try Verizon. Long story short, they cancelled my service thus putting my phone number in jeopardy. I went back to the Verizon store, told Josh what happened, he called Straight Talk and the guy on the other end said "NOPE, too bad, she cancelled." And would not restore my number ( less than an hour had passed) or the service of which I still had two weeks of talk time on. The Straight Talk guy was a real bully and very rude.Josh told him I was cancelling 'Auto-Pay... Just for that fact, I would never go back to Straight Talk . Josh worked hard for the next couple of hours HOLDING on the phone trying to get resolve. It finally happened and I have my same phone number and Verizon service. I so appreciate Josh's work and his knowledge-base I can only praise him here online. Josh, if you happen to see this maybe you can comment as to the rude bully from Straight Talk. Thanks again.
