Very deceitful sales people!! Beware!! They mislead us on our current plan telling us it was outdated and we would save money to go with a new plan. Wrong! Now we are paying 100$ more a month beyond the double fees for the first monthe for "switching plans"( which we were never told about!!And were told by Customer Service theres no way to return to our old plan since we had been grand fathered in! Im reporting to the FCC and FTC and the State Attorneys office! read more

Stay away from this store! Ordered a new phone online. Went into this store to buy a case and screen protector before my new phone arrived. Told the sale person what phone I bought. He sold me accessories for the wrong phone! I relied on them to know what I needed. New phone arrives - wrong size on everything. I did open the boxes, anxious to protect my new phone. Called the store - told them what happened. Made several trips - always "gone to lunch" or lots of people waiting. Finally went in one night....told me them couldn't do anything because the boxes were open. I said I opened them because I trusted their knowledge when I told them what phone I had purchased. The guy said he would have a "manager person" call me tomorrow..(even though he said the store had no real manager right now and he had to work very long hours!) Of course...no one ever call me. I feel like they should have accepted part of the error as he got the accessories for me! He said it was my responsibility to be sure they were correct. I'm out $100+ for accessories that will not work with my phone. I will never go to that store or trust them again!!! read more

A shady car salesman perfectly describes this location. I turned in my older iPhone for a $700 credit on a new one during AT&T's last promotional over the summer, and I still haven't seen the credit for the phone on my bill, and their two-for-one Apple watch sale didn't pan out either as I got charged full price for both watches. When I called and inquired about this at the store, we were mocked and belittled. I have been with AT&T since 2004, but I am now actively looking for another provider. I also tried to show up during their regular business hours to find the door locked and the employee sitting in their car in the parking lot playing on their phone. They did not bother to get out of their car and open the store back up when they saw us pull up into the parking lot. Shameful location. read more

Very poor service at the Bonneylake AT&T store. We turned in a phone for trade in June and the employee lost or stole our phone. Did not do what they should have and we never received our credit as promised. Have been back to the store multiple times and get no where. They don't care, it's obvious. Do not go to this store let alone AT&T ever! read more

Can I leave zero stars? These people are super shady salesmen. Never again will I go to this location. Ask for a printout because they promise a lot of savings and I ended up with a giant monthly bill and "It was what I asked for," they said. Terrible customer service! These team members are exactly like shady car salesmen and are just in for the promotional gift card that they get for selling phones. My mother went in and was ignored for over an hour by some teenager and then sold an extra line which was not even attached to a phone. As someone who has worked in the customer services industry, I am appalled and so angry that any company that is "customer service obsessed" would allow salespeople of this caliber to represent them! Bonney Lake AT&T...WORST customer service ever! We were charged for a bogus phone and an extra line. After 3 hours on the phone with 4 different departments, someone finally helped and then directed us to see the local franchise owner or manager. We went in and we were basically informed it was OUR fault and nothing they could do. Fraudulent charges and there's NOTHING they can do?? Bonney Lake is not a corporate store, it's a franchised location. ZERO accountability!! Will be tracking down a corporate store to use for future purchases. BEWARE folks! read more

I went into the Bonney Lake AT&T store after having had my service cut out entirely, following a trip to the Federal Way store. At that point I was closest to the BL store and went in. I walked in and Robin was right there and ready to help me with a calm attitude and warm smile. I told him that I'd been at the other store about and hour or so before that to have a diagnostic check done on my current phone because it wasn't working properly, that I was looking into an upgrade on both phone and service but hadn't made and final decisions yet and left. Then my service had cut out about 20min after leaving the previous store. I was on my way to to help my sister who lives in BL so I decided to go to that one to resolve the issue. Robin was such a sweetheart he jumped right in to see what the problem was. Changed the SIM card for me and my phone "service" was restored. Once restored, my phone started sending me messages right away that an email had been set up and my upgrade and plan change had been noted. I hadn't authorized ANY of that and asked him to look into it. He was so sweet and without a beat, again jumped right on his computer to investigate. It turns out the man at the previous store had left my account info open and had done a purchase of a new phone, upgrade, and plan change, ALL ON MY ACCOUNT! Needless to say I was a bit upset and concerned that I would be charged for all of this. He stayed with me, did what he could on his end and then made a few calls to right the wrong. Once the guy at the other AT&T realized what he had done he started reversing things but it was too late. My account was so old that my old plan was grandfathered in and the plan type didn't exist anymore to make reparations. He tried I suppose. Though I never heard ANYTHING from him. No apology or anything. He knew he'd screwed up, that he couldn't fix it properly and was probably just waiting to watch me come running freaking out. THAT, I'm most upset about. I then spent upwards of 3 hours with Robin at Bonney Lake, the poor guy, fixing the issue. He was just so professional and calming for such a young man of 21. I'm sure he'll go far in whatever he decides to ultimately do with his life. Anyway, I digress. Ultimately, Robin set me up with a new phone, service plan and faith in AT&T employees. I realize the sum of a company isn't just one employee. But I'm sure glad I'd had my second experience with AT&T at the Bonney Lake store with Mr. Robin Knorr. Otherwise, had it not been handled properly, I would have considered jumping ship to another carrier. If there's any way this message can be brought to the attention of Robins boss, I would appreciate it. You have one heck of a STELLAR employee. read more

The manager ANDI is a total lying scumbag. she pulled some bait and switch then lied and said id pay nothing on a tab including any sort of activation fee, then I got a 45 .00 fee, when I called Andi at the store she told me she didn't do that, to call AT&T when I called them,they called her and she lied and told the rep she didn't tell me that(little did she kn ow I was on the line) then she said she did, he totally caught her in a lie we also upgraded to an iphone, paid 401.00 and gave up the Note 5 phone and got a 24.00 credit on IPhone next thing I know im still being billed for the note 5 phone so I called AT&T again, they called her again and she lied again said it wasn't her that did this it was a previous employee and then mentioned to the rep about my previous issue with the 45.00 activation fee trying to make me look like some sort of troubled customer,(again,unbeknownst to her,I was on the line) that was a total lie then she rushes the rep off the phone saying she was the only one in the store and had customers and hung up on Hayley the rep. im so PO'd I'm going to be filing an official complaint against ANDI with her BOSS Joe Woodworth at the Puyallup store,I am NEVER going back there again!!!
