I ordered a gizmo watch at this location. The rep never gave me a receipt, told me a order number etc. Instead they shipped it to a different location in Shelton Washington. I was told to go pick it up there. Not sure why I would travel over an hour plus when I went into my local store. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. Waited an hour and half to even be talked too. I needed a simple upgrade for my phone and it took 3 hours to transfer everything and the guy transferred it incorrectly so I wasn't able to log into my Apple ID and then he ended up sending us home to come back another day because the store was now closed but that was after he wasted an hour of our time messaging around with other things in the store and left us to do the transfer. Will never go back to this place. It's better to just drive farther to a different store. Again terrible service. I now have to go to the apple store to pay to have my ID unlocked because they locked me out. Go anywhere else but here. read more

I have been a Verizon customer for many, many years and generally this go wireless place is helpful and knowledgable BUT NO MORE. They are chronically understaffed and act as if that's acceptable. One young man who seems like he knows what he's doing with phones has no concept of customer service. They submitted an insurance claim twice because his writing was illegible. I knew what happened and couldn't figure out what he was saying. After it failed the second time, they began treating us like we had a problem. THREE DAYS we sat in their lobby trying to get our $1100 phone replaced, a service we pay dearly for. I love Verizon but am very tempted to switch services because of the service in this store. I suggest you go elsewhere. read more

Had a really great experience here today, when I went in to have a look at the iPhone4 and the new HTC Thunderbolt. I got there around 11:30 and all the registers were busy with customers it seems that's the case with most verizon/go wireless stores. While the store was busy, they still had time to greet me and tell me they'd be right with me. It's funny, but anymore now this is something of a customer service "treat"...even though it should be a matter of course. Rachel came and showed me the phones I was interested in and easily ran down the pros and cons of each one. She took plenty of time with me going through the features of each phone and then once i made my decision she set up the new line, transferred everything to my new phone and I was on my way. read more

I went in to Bonney Lake Town Center because I was in need of a new phone. I was helped by Trish, she went above and beyond. For some reason the system was not cooperating and she stayed almost an hour past closing time (8pm). She also came in the next day to make sure we were all set to go with my new iPhone 6. I highly recommend this location. I will definitely be going back to Trish for help with all of my tech needs :) read more

What a never ending headache I have had because of this store. I bought a phone from Trey in May....it is August and I am still getting billed from my old phone never being turned in by the store. And everytime I call I get blown off with no follow through on their end to fix their mistake. Will never go back to this store and wish I never had. read more

Less than 6 months ago I got a new phone from this store. I bought the insurance. Within a few weeks the front screen cracked. I didn't take it to be replaced because I didn't feel the small crack was worth the deductible when the new phone would be coming out shortly. Months later the battery no longer charged properly and soon the phone didn't charge at all. I took it in to be replaced. They said that I can't replace it without paying the deductible of$169.00 because the screen was cracked. They said they would overnight ship the new phone. I called the next business day, left a message, and received no return phone call. I went to the store the next day. After the rep investigated, they said the new phone was shipped to Santa Fe. They told me that I called them and changed the shipping address. The insurance company asked me if I had family in Santa Fe because they insisted that I called and change the address from Bonney Lake to Santa Fe. I did not call to change the address. The store continues to refuse to replace the phone with a phone they have in stock. They tell me they are required to wait for the shipped phone even though they have the exact phone in stock. After the phone was refused in Santa Fe, the phone was supposed to be shipped over night. two nights later and visits to the store...still no phone. I Called and left messages...no reply. I will go in tomorrow again. Terrible service. don't go there. I am changing providers. Don't go there. Annalise read more

My husband and I went to the Bonney Lake store in search of upgrading our phones. Nicole greeted us and asked us what type of phones we were looking for. She brought out several phones and we found the Droid and new industrial type phone fit our requirements. She was extremely helpful and got both phones working and all of our information was transferred to our new phones. We were very happy with the customer service we were given and the professionalism among the staff. The store was very busy as usual for Verizon and the staff took care of all the customers as quickly as possible and let everyone know they would be taken care of in an orderly fashion. Both of our phones are working very well. We have been Verizon customers for about 20 years and would not even consider changing. We have traveled across the United States and our phones have always given us great service. read more

I am so disgusted with the experience I had at this store. I went in to purchase 2 new phones and ended up spending 4 hours in there one night. When we left, only one of our phones had been activated and our MiFi didn't work. They assured me that the other phone would be working in 24 hours. 5 days and many arguments later, that phone still didn't work. On the 5th day, the phone that did work, stopped. I went to the store to return everything but they told me that if I got a refund, I would loose my upgrade. So I decided to exchange the phone for a different one that worked. After 3 hours, when I was about to leave, I saw them selling the exact same phone to another customer for $50 less than I paid. Although the staff had "tried" to help me up at this point, they were no longer interested in helping me. I was told by a staff member that he, "had taken time out of his day to try and help me". I then reminded him that it was his job and he wasn't doing me any favors. Needless to say, do not waste your time or money at this store. Just deal directly with Verizon. read more
