I would highly recommend this business for your repair needs! LONG REVIEW: I purchased my 2nd gen iPad Pro in 2020 brand new directly from Apple. A few weeks ago my iPad suddenly wouldn't power on. After trying all the suggested solutions online I took it to the Apple Store. They told me a major component failed & the only solution they offered me was to replace the entire iPad with the exact same one (amazing they had something that old in stock) & would've cost me about $500. I decided to look for other solutions & reached out to a few different businesses on Yelp. Joey was very quick to reply. I took it in & he diagnosed it free of charge. After a quick analysis he let me know there was major failure in the hardware & parts would need to be replaced. He told me if he could fix it, it would cost the price we agreed on when he diagnosed it. If not, it was no charge. He estimated he could finish the project by tomorrow. The next day he called (which I missed) & texted me to let me know my device was ready for pick up. To my delight, when I came to the shop the screen lit up & my wallpaper was still displayed (meaning my data was still there)! Joey was kind, worked quickly, & I was never in the dark about how long the service would take or how much it would cost me. I take good care of my devices so I've never needed Apple care or repair service. This was such a good experience & I would recommend this shop to anyone in need of repair! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I went with my Korean mom who can't speak English and was pleasantly surprised that there were people who could help her in Korean. Our guy Johnny was amazing. He explained different packages and phones and answered all my questions. I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive phone or plan. I just felt confident he was there to help me get what I wanted for my mom. He also found some discrepancies with my bill from ATT and helped me save money by changing some stuff in my cell plan. There was only ONE employee working with about six other customers waiting. At around the hour mark, another employee finally came out from the back, helped one customer, and then disappeared into the back again for another 20 minutes. Several people ended up leaving because the wait was so ridiculous. Then, once I was finally being helped, the employee took TWO personal phone calls in the middle of assisting me, both about ordering cheesecake. At that point it was almost comical. What makes the whole experience even more frustrating is that once someone actually helped me, trading in my phone took a total of about FIVE minutes. I waited over an hour for something that took five minutes to complete. This store seriously needs to do better. Whether that means having more staff scheduled, better management, or simply having a little more urgency when there is a store full of customers waiting, something needs to change. If you have an entire day to waste just trying to accomplish one simple thing, then this is the AT&T store for you. Otherwise, I would absolutely recommend going somewhere else.
